Beautiful clean rooms,pool,breakfast wine/beer tastings and fitness rooms amazing view of the city if your on the city side buildings. staff is awesome so well mannered,makes you feel so welcomed Thank You keep up the great work. It was so relaxing I'll be back😁

We're in a bi-level room and love it! Comfy breeds and pillows. The kitchenette is attractive and fully functional. The rooms are clean. It's just too bad there's no hot tub.

Dumpy on the outside but actually quite nice on the inside. Queen studio room was very roomy, nice sitting area, and very nice kitchen area with full size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, stocked with dishes. It was great! Rooms are nicely decorated and have been thoughtfully updated. AC worked better than any hotel room AC I’ve ever experienced. We even swam in the pool and it was heated and quite nice.

Only criticism is the bathtub. It was tiny and slippery. Our daughter slipped and almost smacked her head. Definitely could use an update of the shower/bathtub. Other than that it was great!

Really good room and rate. I probably had more fun here than most people do and I was not arrested. I call that a win.

This was exactly what we needed. We were travelling with our 4 kids (4m through 4y). Until we stayed here, we had to stay in expensive suites or adjoining rooms so everyone could have some space. We got basically a 2 bedroom apartment here for less than most of the other places we stayed. Very good accommodations. We weren't crazy about the downtown neighborhood, but it was alright.

On the other side of the highway but located well just outside of the city. Fairly consistent affair for a Residence Inn. My a/c wasn't working when I checked in but front desk quickly found me another room in same general area on ground floor. Evening staff was very kind and attentive.

Rooms are large and built for long stays. Full size oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave included. Pet friendly! (Deposit required). Happy Hours on Monday - Wednesday evenings with complementary food and beverages is quite nice. Would recommend!

Its I. A great location, close to Elitches, Mile High and many other locations including some good restaurants and bars. Staff was great and really nice. The only complaint we have was the upstairs loft bedroom had dirty pillows and pillow cases, and the pool is a little on the small side.

The hotel staff is amazing, especially Matthew. He was able to fix a huge problem made by Priceline, and was very helpful. The rooms are very clean and updated with beautiful decor. The complementary breakfast is a buffet of everything! Definitely coming back!!!

This is a family style hotel, you can even bring food and cook here. Really great.

Very close to Coors field, have shuttle hourly to send you to the field.

Nice room with a loft, felt more like an apartment than a hotel, in a good way. Interior was clean and fairly updated. Easy walking distance to nearby park and restaurants.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Lots of things to do in the area and a shuttle service to take you places. Parking is $8 a day.

I have stayed here twice. Great location to downtown, and within walking distance to good restaurants. Unusual place (I think it used to be an apartment complex), but the rooms are well designed.

Great customer service always gets you what you want and need!!! I stayed here for about 5 months well my house was getting repaired from a fire... From the first day we got here the employee's treated us like family!! Love the breakfast Buffet!!!

Started here with my wife and baby for her work trip. Close to the interstate and within walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants on 32nd Street. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast in the morning was solid. Lots of choices from waffles to eggs and cold cereal. Rooms are spacious and have kitchens with cooking implements. TV is internet capable, so you can watch Netflix and YouTube after signing into your account. Overall, nice hotel.

The rooms are amazing and very clean! This hotel is a must for anyone looking for a comfortable downtown stay.

Loved staying here. I usually don't stay in hotels this nice, but on a trip to the National Western Stock Show, my boyfriend and I believed this was a good fit for us. Very spacey and well-kept rooms! If I could afford staying at a Residence Inn on all the trips I make, I would! Amazing breakfast and large parking lot.

Large modern and comfy suites. Full kitchen, smart TV, living space, and charging stations. In the office there is a small gym, a very good breakfast, and other services (grocery runs). I would stay here again. Staff was very helpful and friendly staff. Free shuttle rides within 3 miles.

Great place to stay. The rooms are big with small kitchens. Everything was clean. They do an average free breakfast. Staff was nice. You could possibly have some heavy footed people above you so if that is a concern ask for an upstairs room. Thankfully we only had that problem for one night and they were not up too late. This location is not too far from Sloan's Lake if you want to go for a run or walk....awesome 2.5 mile loop. Oh and no parking fees. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great hotel. We had the split two story hotel room and it fit four people comfortably. The staff is extremely helpful and they have a shuttle that will drive you anywhere within a 3 mile radius.

Nice area as well. We walked to bars, coffee shops, and other stores.

Best thing... the shuttle. We used it several times to go downtown. Rooms have been refurbished, but ours had a funky smell. If you are used to your typical Residence in you might be disappointed as the outside individual buildings are a little worn for wear. Staff was friendly and helpful. Maid service is spotty. We got one small bar of hotel soap for 5 days. Improve the maid service and I'd give it 4 stars. Breakfast bar was well maintained despite the crowd over the holiday weekend.

Decent and average extended stay hotel but not the nicest I have stayed at. Check-in service was prompt and friendly and the receptionist walked through all of the amenities of the hotel. The room was cleaned and well maintained and looked like it had a recent, superficial renovation. The service at the included breakfast was excellent and the breakfast itself had a good range of hot and cold items. On the negative side, we stayed in a ground floor unit which was very loud from the walking above and the noisy barbeque area outside which had guests chatting past 11 pm. The room also smelled very strongly of air freshener which made me wonder if it was covering a smoke or other smell. For the price and proximity to downtown it is a good option.

The hotel was quite pleasant, though I was mostly there for about an hour in the morning and stayed there at night. The breakfast was decent. The room didn't feel like there was alot of space but also didn't feel to be cluttered. It was close enough to get to where I wanted to go, to shop or see museums with ease.

Rooms were modern, clean, functional, comfortable. The breakfast was hot, good, and there was a great selection. There was a van providing guests with rides to and from the hotel within 3 miles, very convenient. The hotel is convenient to I downtown and the 16th a street mall. Idefinitely recommend this place to stay.

Our mini condo was great! Love the layout. Everything was clean besides a few spots that could be dusted lol. Marriott rewards on top of our military discount took the room from $289 to $178 (before taxes).Great stay close to downtown just great!

Despite calling after housekeeping had gone home, they pulled out and readied the sofa bed for my kids who were already asleep. That made it a lot easier to unload them. Unfortunately the first room they gave us reeked of smoke. The staff didn't smell it which blows my mind, but they said everyone remarks on the powerful perfume in the lobby but they don't smell that either. The second room smelled fine, but the utility closet made a dripping noise that was solved by ear plugs. The sofa bed was still in plastic which meant it was clean. But it still wasn't very comfortable and the sheets were super thin, so we were cold. The breakfast was pretty good. So it's a mixed bag, hence 3 stars.

Rooms recently renovated with nice loft options for groups. Great public centers like grill areas. Helpful shuttle to downtown.

Our stay was May 10 thru May 16, 2017. Our two bedroom mini condo was very clean. Renovating is being conducted on the buildings and other than new carpeting needed our condo was very comfortable. The amenities were excellent.....breakfast every morning with a variety of foods and a shuttle running on the hour that worked out perfectly for our needs. The staff was accommodating and very friendly and I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are clean and nice. Staff is overall pretty friendly. I really like residence inn locations in general. The lady cleaning up the breakfast room was a little rude when I came in after 9. She acted like I should've known breakfast was over, and was really rude when I asked for coffee, telling me to go downstairs. Well, downstairs coffee was out, which is why I went upstairs in the first place. Anyway, they still get 5 stars. One rude employee didn't ruin my stay.

The location is great, we were able to visit so many places. The staff is amazing! I can not complement the staff enough. The room was why I took a star off. There were stains on the wall, the sofa was rock hard and the cushions were flat. The floor was bumpy and uneven. If the rooms were updated I would stay again.

Hotel is currently going through a renovation. We were in a older room. Needs to be updated but very clean. Free Breakfast was tasty and staff was friendly. In walking distance to downtown

It's a unique property. Weather your traveling on business or on a road trip it feels like your home. A cold or hot breakfast awaits for you in the morning. The staff is friendly like family. No car? No problem they have drivers to take you anywhere within 3 miles. Can it get any better then this?

So, full disclosure, I was only sitting in the lobby of this hotel because my car broke down in the parking lot and I was waiting for a tow. However, I felt inclined to review simply because the gentleman at the front desk provided me, not even a customer, with great service. He was extremely kind and gracious in letting me sit in the lobby and making sure I was okay (he even offered me a water bottle). So while I cannot speak to the hotel stay itself, the customer service was fantastic.

Nice studio apt type rooms with full kitchen and fireplace in the living room area. Clean quiet and comfortable. Definitely recommend this location.

The rooms were great! Clean, comfortable, and an extremely friendly staff. Check in was at 4pm however the room wasn't ready until 4:45 which was a slight inconvenience.

Breakfast was great. Coffee was amazing and first time I'd had scrambled egg whites. Rooms are nice, set up like townhomes. Every hour they'll drive you somewhere within 3 miles and even pick you up so I believe. Very large bathroom. Very nice kitchen for a hotel room. Stove/oven, microwave, fridge

Enjoyed a long weekend stay with family in a two-bedroom suite. Staff friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet, while not gourmet, certainly adequate and tasty. Hotel's location is very good. Close to highway and within walking distance of a number of restaurants.

I've stayed here multiple times for just a weekend away from home which is like a 20 min drive from my house so not far at all. I also had a few friends meet me in the room before we had gone out for one of my birthdays years ago and t was just a great experience. The rooms were clean I loved it. We did have a mix up and they booked me for the wrong room but Right away they were able to fix it and get me into the room I wanted. I love coming here just to relax!!

Everything about the unit I stayed in (with 3 other people) was great except for the unconventional floor plan that saw the upstairs bedroom not divided by a door.

The customer service reps were helpful and friendly, the appliances in the unit where we stayed were high quality and clean. It was just weird having the second bedroom be essentially an extended living room.

We stayed for a two days, the room is like a small apartment. The staff was friendly, but not fully professional. On weekdays the breakfast is until 9 which is a bit early if you are on vacation. The free shuttle service was nice. Overall it was a nice stay for that price.

Room was homey with nice breakfast bar. Easily within walking distance from downtown Denver. When using pullout couch, room became unnavigable. Pull out was not comfortable at all. Pillows were not great. Everything else was awesome.

The room is wonderful. It's a short walk to my office, so that's really handy. The hotel shuttle will take you anywhere in a three-mile radius for free (and pickup, too) which is good since it's not really a quick walk to downtown proper. The pillows are way too soft; I wish I had brought my own. I would like the shower to have a handheld sprayer, but so few hotels have that. Will stay again.

Fantastic experience staying here with the family for a vacation over several days. The accommodations were very clean and well kept with comfortable bedding. The staff interactions were smooth and very welcoming. Breakfast options were varied, well stocked, and tasty. Highly recommended.

Suites are nice, almost like an apartment.... Area was gorgeous, so much within walking distance. Friendliest staff ever. Not 1 negative thing to say!

Comfortable stay, very friendly and hospitable staff. Extra ammenities like breakfast, social hour, and shuttle +discount tickets to elich gardens made it a great stay and worth the little higher cost.

Everything you need is within a few minute walk. Free 16th street bus get you to shopping, restaurants and venues. If with a group, the hotel's shuttle makes is a must. Clean room and a courteous staff made for a pleasant stay.
