Not much more can be said about this place. A fantastic hotel situated in a picturesque cove in Oman, which whilst expensive you get what you pay for. Rooms are beautiful, staff are very helpful and friendly and the resort is a great place to unwind and relax by your private pool. A great experience you should try at least once. Also make use of the free bikes to travel around. Great fun!

Dream location, amazing activities but outrageously expensive.

Was there for my husbands birthday, they organized the place perfectly, the sunrise was beyond perfect, the breakfast is great, we loved it a lot ! Our villa had a private pool which was very nice for us to use..

Stunning hotel. Every villa has a private pool so lots of privacy. I would say this is the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Fantastic food!! Beautiful hotel, villas are enormous and designed in the style of a middle eastern village.

An Absolute idyllic gem hidden at the foot of imposing mountains. The beach is pristine, service outstanding and the villas are an experience in themselves . Highly recommended if you are looking to get away from the world at large..

Stunning hotel, restaurant was a bit expensive for what you get. Getting to the hotel was a bit of a trek expect a bumpy ride up and down the mountain. Best to drive to the hotel during the day so you can see the scenery. No light on the mountain tops. This hotel houses you in private villas. Nice get away resort for the family.

Absolutely stunning, luxury resort.

My wife and I only stayed for one night. We arrived early so were taken to beach area to relax till our room was ready, which was 15 minutes before check in was allowed.
We were taken to our beachside villa which was very nice. The GEM explained the villa and how we can contact him and order food etc.
The beach is very nice and good for swimming, although twice I had oil on my feet due to oil washing ashore.
We had an afternoon drink at the beach bar. I ordered a Peach Smoothie and the menu said only fresh fruit and yogurt used. I was surprised when I saw the bar girl putting fruit syrup in the drink and not fresh peach. She said she didn't have any fresh peach. The drink wasn't very tasty (in fact quite tasteless) and I didn't finish it, but was charged for it. Service was quite slow although only one girl working in bar.
We decided to enjoy our beach side villa and had room service dinner. Service was fast and food and drinks very nice. We enjoyed our dinner and relaxing atmosphere very much.
We did the microlight flight in morning which was very good and the scenery great. The pilot very professional and has a lot of experience.
The location is very nice and quiet. We had a very relaxing time.
We enjoyed our stay here but very disappointed with being cheated with drink as drinks (and food) not cheap and customers should be able to have top quality when paying for it. I do have to wonder if we are cheated in any other way.
Most of the staff very polite and professional.
Would I stay here again? I don't know.
Room 20 is a beach villa and has a private pool and right on beach.

Never get enough time there. Book early to get the villas on the beach. Shua Shack is a great experience... pace yourself! Lots of delicious food! The balinese massage was so relaxing... I could hardly get off the table. Plan your departure carefully, the border crossing is NOT efficient and non-locals get a lot more attention than locals.

Simply put.. awesome hotel properly!
The service, food and rooms were exceptional! This is a place for honeymoons, families and Dubai residents on a staycation.

Make sure they have your pass ready at the boarder.
Tip: if coming from Dubai, use the boarder on Cornish street

For comfort.. Ask for a private room which is away from others.
Tip: one night is not enough!

We have visited Six Senses on our trip from Dubai to Mussandam Penisula. Really worth of visiting. Beautifull, wild location id the middle of nowhere. Very scenic beach with white sand, surrounded by high rocky mountains. Dinner was delicious, very friendly staff and good service.
