Rooms are a great size. The rooms are clean, however the hallways should be kept up a bit better, it would attract more people to stay and come back. The workout room is better than average and the outdoor pool is unique. Staff overall are pretty nice.

Beautiful rooms with kitchen and comfortable beds and pillows. Great location right next to the highway, with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Close to downtown, and Buckhead and the baseball/football stadiums were a short drive away. Parking was $15/day but that's very reasonable for a larger city. Breakfast was included which consisted of eggs, waffles, sausage and fruits. Definitely recommend if coming to Atlanta area.

My home away from home for a month. I got to know the staff very well the were very friendly and helpful. Zee and Brian at the front desk and miss Janet in the lounge kitchen area. Continent breakfast in the morning and three night dinner with beer and wine Monday through Wednesday. Happy hour. Gym and outdoor pool where you can barbecue if you want. But I especially loved being able to do laundry at no charge just like home. I can't complain about the service and everything else can't be helped it's the nature of the beast. I didn't feel like family keep up the good work.

Our room was switched with another customer's, but was quickly rectified. The room itself was clean and modern a although the AC unit struggled to stay at temp. The hallways were shabby and in need of vacuuming. The pool is on a rooftop and very clean too. Minimal continental breakfast, tasty and fresh. Parking is an additional 15 a day so factor that into your stay.

Wonderful amenities, rooftop pool views, comfiest beds, helpful and friendly staff, spacious suite with updated feel, nice views of Atlanta. I’ll definitely be back. Also the free breakfast was tastier than any other continental breakfast I’ve had before.

Slightly confusing to get to depending on what side of the building you enter from. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast is complimentary with stay, which is always a plus. The halls could use a refresh, but the rooms are open and clean. They'd be best for someone planning for an extended stay; full size fridge and kitchenette area, plenty of closet space, chaise lounge, and desk. King size bed is comfortable and the pillows are just right. The shower is also not lacking in pressure. There is also a pool and gym, which I have not utilized so I can't really speak on either. Overall, I'd stay here again given the option for a business trip or a prolonged stay.

Zvihago and Bria were great at the front desk. pool, breakfast, location, room were perfect for our family. We would stay again!

First day started off a little rough because they had a wedding and alot of stuff going on, but Dana made sure we were well taken care of. Convenient location and big suite was perfect for our family. They were all very friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again !

Absolutely amazing hotel. Clean welcoming with fantastic service provided by Daniel at the front desk. He went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay and felt at home.

Great location, nice rooms and amenities. Only downside was the occasional siren from ambulance but it may have just been the side we were on in the building.

I just checked in today and the service is outstanding. Check in was easy and Data at front desk was very kind and car service was great. I forgot something in my car and Norman the valet person when above and beyond with his service. Thank you Norman for making my first day easier!

I really enjoy myself at this location. My check- in was quick and easy and Zee made it even better. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was awesome.

I want to say the biggest of thank you's to Staybridge Suites Atlanta-Midtown. We stayed here after evacuating Florida due to Hurricane Irma. Daniel and Theresa at the Front Desk made check-in easy, and were attentive to some of the concerns we had regarding the room. The room itself was spacious and clean, making it an easy place to relax. The room even had a desk and super-fast internet, which was perfect for my husband who needed to work remotely during our stay.

Despite having a lot of guests during our stay, the hotel staff took everything well in stride. In particular, the breakfast and social hour teams did a great job accommodating everyone and providing fresh food and snacks.

The bartender working at the connected Crowne Plaza's restaurant was doing a fantastic job in the face of highly demanding customers. I wish I could remember her name, she was working in the afternoon on Monday, Sept. 11. She deserves a promotion! Kept her cool in the face of a very high demand all through the day.

I also want to take the time to thank Stan and the rest of the maintenance team, we had a small issue in our room that needed to be corrected before the storm, they took care of it in a timely and professional fashion. Thank you to everyone at Staybridge Suites Atlanta-Midtown for making a last-minute evacuation feel like a spontaneous vacation!

this is a high rise hotel, with a beautiful view over midtown Atlanta. although you have a beautiful view of the city you can't go out onto the balcony as they have the sliding window screwed shut. apparently for safety reasons and/or city ordnance. other than that, the hotel seems to be very clean and the staff are kind and respectful. I would visit this hotel again in the future.

You could not ask for a better staff than the staff at the Staybridge Midtown Atlanta! I have been here almost a month and they have ensured my company reservations were correct as well as ensured all was well with me on a daily basis!

The hotel is nice. The rooms are clean and spacious. They even take the time to send text messages to see how you are doing almost daily. The only down fall of the hotel is that the outside noise is extremely annoying. There are people that race up and down the street all night long that is frustrating. Other than that the hotel is nice and they even have complimentary drinks and snacks in the evening.

I was upgraded to very nice room with gorgeous view of downtown Atlanta. Employees at front desk, breakfast area as well as housekeeping were very friendly but courteous. If I go back to Atlanta, I will stay here again, for sure.

Good location, and decent rooms at a reasonable price. Just don't expect any privacy while using their free WiFi. In fact their terms says so "Although privacy and security are important to IHG, you understand and agree that you shall have no expectation of privacy or security in your use of this Service.". And they state that they may monitor all communications.

Nice accommodations. The lobby is confusing because it is in the lower level. It is hard to see from the street.

Hotel staff was great, room service was professional and views were awesome. The one issue was the balcony windows were extremely thin so all the road noise came through and was very loud.

The room was huge and felt like an apartment. The staff was so nice and friendly. I will definitely stay there again.

Great hotel if you have business at georgia tech and not a far walk to the main action in midtown or downtown. Like the high rise rooms and views. Rooms are spacious with nice furniture choices. Access to Crowne Plaza amenities such as very upscale fitness center and pool deck. Parking is available in the garage across the street connected by sky bridge. Free breakfast and weekday snacks and drinks during dinner time.

Service was fine- rooms were were nice however fire alarm went off at 7 am and was not my favorite event.

Great Location...Very convenient to tourist attractions, Coca-cola factory, CNN Studio, Georgia Aquarium & Atlanta Airport...
On the flip side, the parking is not available. Its paid vallet parking, so every time you have to go out, you would have to call them ask for the car!!! The rooms are not very spacious, but of decent size. The wifi connection is poor, every now and then connection drops off and we have to sign in again which is very irritating!!! The breakfast menu is pretty small and dont have many options to eat. Its the same menu everyday without any change.

The location is great. There are many things around to keep you busy. The rooms look great. They are nice and clean. The service is also great. They make you feel at home.

A great place to stay for an extended period of time. The kitchenette is very useful and the breakfasts and "socials" (free appetizers on weekday evenings) are nice.
There was a mistake made with multiple holds placed on my credit card; when I spoke with the manager, he immediately tried to help with the reversal of these charges. In the end, he waived all additional fees outside of rooms charges due to this mishap.
I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was very nice and the people ther3 are very polite as well. However we had no choice but to walk down 21 flights of stairs come checkout time because catching an elevator from any floor would require upwards of a 2 hour wait. Not enjoyable to lug a suitcase down that many stairs.

Pretty swanky digs. Flat-screen LED TV that doesn't try to disable the HDMI port (Netflix here I come). Kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, complimentary popcorn. Shower temperature was a bit lower than I'd like, but I prefer it pretty hot. Staff was always helpful. No real complaints.

Derrick at the front desk was great during check in. The room was modern and well-appointed. View was great from the 23rd floor. Breakfast was yummy had a nice variety to offer at the buffet. Would definitely stay again.
