Very good hotel and value driven. One drawback was a week with no hotel branded coffee cups no lids at all, shortage? Smart and Final is down the street

I stayed here for three months for a business trip and could not have been more pleased. The building was well kept, the one bedroom suite was large and comfortable, and the amenities were great.

However, the best thing about this hotel was the service. Everyone, from the front desk to maintenance to the cleaning staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location, especially for extended stays!

The suites are homely and have a cozy feel to them. Between the master bedroom and the other bedroom, it felt like a well-furnished apartment. Finding the kitchenette as capable as it was was also great to see.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful and always cheerfully friendly. Parking has always been convenient. The complimentary breakfast is always good and has a bit of variety each day. I consider myself fortunate to stay here for my 2 week business trip.

More than a typical hotel stay, due to the suite configuration of the room and the amenities at this location. Hospitality was fantastic. Breakfast buffet was excellent. The days a week they also host a dinner buffet /happy - hour with free beer and wine.

This is my regular Home away from Home. The staff are the very best. Chris, Eddie, Edward, Chris (night auditor), Anthony and all the front desk staff are so very accommodating to me that I keep coming back. They are led by the most professional front desk manager Mariel and Facility Manager Kassandra. I can't say enough about all of the housekeeping and maintenance as well as the cooking staff at this Hotel. They always go out of the way to make sure I am well taken care of. Otherwise I would not be coming back. They are A+ to me.

Friendly service, clean rooms and a comfortable bed. Only complaint is the TV system is old and sucks! That's all everything else was great!

The room was really nice, spacious and comfortable. They have dinner Monday through Wednesday so that was really nice and delicious. Breakfast was also delicious.

Decent hotel. Room cleaning daily, except on weekends. Apparently you have to request it on the weekends. Free WiFi, pet friendly. Wish the pool, and spa was indoors instead of out.

The best extended stay hotel I've ever visited. The staff is amazing.

I am so happy to write an awesome review for my home away from home. From the first phone call to my latest checkout I have only been treated with kindness and respect! I feel like a princess visiting from a foreign country. I hardly ever open my own door, I get free shuttle rides to and from work and to my train that I take every week to work in Palmdale. They provide the free shuttle service within a 5 mi radius and that is wonderful. They also provide free in-hotel secure/locked storage for those of us who commute to work here, that way I don't have to lug a heavy suitcase back and forth. I launder for free as well!! See why I feel like a VIP here? I have stayed at many 5 star hotels and Staybridge is 6 stars! All the way from the friendly housekeeping staff, maintenance, cooks (Um, yes they provide breakfast and dinner everyday free of charge!!! And by the way have a gym with classes, Jacuzzi, heated pool, BBQ area, BB court, as well as a cozy fireplace in their guest living room!! NEED I SAY MORE? They really help out our military and their families too. Thanks Staybridge!

The room was nicer than I expected, no complaints. Food is pretty good, the complimentary alcohol is pretty great too.

Nice quiet hotel. The rooms are fairly spacious with a large refrigerator and office area. Only a few rooms available and it seems to get fully booked quite often. The hotel is well kept and clean. The one complaint I have is that there is nowhere nearby, or in the hotel to eat.

It was so clean the hotel itself as well a the rooms. The staff is super friendly, super helpful, great example of what customer service should be like. The complementary breakfast had plenty of options. Even my picky eater was satisfied. They have a movie room available for guest and movies you can borrow to use. My kids LOVED that!

As a young couple my husband and I don't always get the best of service and are usually overlooked. THE STAY BRIDGE WAS AMAZING. We have never had such a great experience anywhere else. The staff was fantastic and very accommodating. They went above and beyond to serve us. The room was very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. We slept like a baby. They offer free breakfast and dinner most nights as well as wine and beer! Will definitely be staying at the Stay Bridge again.

My family is staying here due to business and cannot complain. Monday-Thursday breakfast and dinner are provided. Rooms are clean and the staff are very kind and helpful.

Staybridge hotel surprised me. Has a lot of amenities. My room included a stove, sink, and full fridge. Staff was very friendly and professional and assisted with my needs. Would enjoy staying again.

Great studio suites, great hospitality and just an all around great experience. I got home from vacation to an A/C that wouldn't turn on and extremely hot in the house that I couldn't stay so at 10pm at night they were able to get me a room. Thank you!

My only complaint about this place WAS the wifi. They fixed it immediately. A+ Service. Breakfast and dinner are included. Free Access to another gym if you don't like the one at the hotel. They also provide shuttles to numerous locations including the mall. They're military friendly for those who are wondering.

I love this place. It's my favorite place to stay in Palmdale. Pool is so warm and the is very accommodating.

The room was very clean and neat when we arrived, with two rooms and a living room between them with a small kitchen. The service was excellent as well. We enjoyed the hotels 24/7 free drinks in the lobby as well as they're mini "theater".

Rooms were well maintained and the shower had great water pressure. The included breakfast buffet was had a nice variety of food. Great customer service!!

The best place away from home. The staff are super friendly and always ready to help you or answer any questions or concerns. They remember your name and you feel at home away from home. Service, people and hotel excellent. Great location, easy on and off. The free dinner and wine were an excellent treat after a long day of travelling. The dogs were treated with care and had good facilities outside to use.

We stayed at Suites in Palmdale. I choose this hotel because my son has been staying there for over a month for a new job in the area. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I am a member of IHG and stay at holiday inn express sometimes. The are both part of IHG. At check in she upgraded our room to a 1 bd suite and put us next door to our son. We had brought our dog(yes dogs are allowed here) and had concerns about the elevator ride. So without any problems she moved us to a ground floor unit near a door. The lobby was very nice and felt warm and inviting. Even a fire going in the beautiful fireplace. Our room was clean and roomy. The kitchen had all we could need. Full fridge,microwave, dishwasher, 2 burner stove and kitchen utensils. Bed was comfy and room size was large with sofa sleeper and desk.
We stay at Hyatt and Marriott very often and I would have to say this suite had as many if not more than what they offer and for less.
The staff here was friendly and accommodating. The hot breakfast was top notch. Many choices, eggs, bacon,muffins and freshly made sausage muffins and breakfast quesadillas. The staff was very focused on making breakfast great. And a great beverage selection available all day.
They also have evening appetizers Monday-Thursdays, we were there on a weekend so we did not have any. My sons says they a good and saves him from eating out every night.
When we return to this area again, we will be sure to book this hotel again.

Our first time staying here as a family, love the service! Love the suite! They provide you with a roll away bed for toddlers but no crib for new born, would be awesome if the hotel could provide their future guest with newborns with a BBY crib. Overall our stay was delighted

This was one of the best rooms I have had this year. Extremely comfortable and set up for extended stay. Happy Hour 4 nights a week. I only wish that the hotel breakfast started earlier on weekdays, and the WiFi was spotty at best. My devices just couldn't stay connected in the evenings when I needed Internet time.

The rooms is ok, has a little bit of a weird layout. they do have a free dinner and drinks though which was really nice

Stayed for two months when I first got hired on with a company in the high desert. During that time the staff was courteous, breakfast and dinner was delicious, and the room was cleaned regularly.

They place was very nice, room service was took care of my of everything like a regular hotel does but food there is like school cafeteria style.
