A very nice hotel with great amenities! The breakfast is very good and changes day to day which is nice. The gym is great with 2 ellipticals, 2 treadmills, a stationary bike, free weights, and a weight machine. The pool area looks very nice and even has a grill, although I didn't go to the pool during my stay. Also, the washers and dryers are free, but you do need your own soap. The best part is that it is very dog friendly, lots of grassy areas and sidewalks to walk your pup! There are many places around to eat as well, and there's a Target and Walmart within walking distance. Great place, I would highly recommend it!

We like this hotel, the complimentary breakfast is good and the staff (Violeta) is very friendly and gives excellent service , even the guy at the reception (Mambo) is very nice too. The room is clean and has kitchen. We enjoy staying in this hotel.

Spacious, comfortable, clean room. It was a great place for a girls weekend.
We experienced a relay during check in. The front desk clerks were thoughtful offering cold bottles of water and kept us informed of the status delay.
Variety of breakfast offerings. Some of the fruits could have been fresher.

The hotel staff was nice and polite. They offer a pretty decent breakfast downstairs. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Love these suites. Have kitchens, its like a fully functioning apartment for 1-2 people. Depending on room size. Hot breakfast in mornings, elevators, nice staff, just all around good.

Most friendly welcome from I can tge shuttle driver followed by the front desk agent. I felt like this hotel would do anything to make sure my stay was nothing less than perfect. Had trouble sleeping and wanted a snack. The Bistro had a lot of choices and the chicken noodle soup hit the spot. I highly recommend this hotel. Close to airport as well!

Rooms are okay. Average looks and cleanliness. Hosts are super friendly. Breakfast in the morning and Monday thru Thursday there is a social hour from 5:30-7:30pm with a light dinner. A whole lot of restaurants around if that's not enough for ya. Would recommend all day.

Great hotel. Rooms are clean, tastefully decorated and frankly at a high grade level. The studio suite (the smallest) is more than adequately designed for a couple. The complimentary breakfast and dinners Monday through Wednesday are very good and save you money if you choose to eat them. Also, it is located by many different restaurants within walking distance if you would rather dine out. Comes with mini kitchen with dishes and cooking items, beds are also very comfortable with new mattresses.

Staybridge Suites Natomas is home away from. Rooms have full refrigerator, stove, microwave. They have free breakfast and have socials Monday through Wednesday where they have different menu and serve beer on tap. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Excellent staff. Very nice and helpful! Quiet, hot breakfast every morning. So many options. Serves meals with drinks (soda, beer, wine) every Mon, Tues., Wed. Would have given them 5 stars but the room keys seem to become demagnitized a lot and when you are here for extended stay they don't provide much housekeeping, which wouldn't be bad if they had complimentary cleaning supplies in the room to dust and vacuum. Pool and common areas are always clean and inviting!

First impressions are big for me, and the gentleman that checked me in was very kind, efficient and informative. When I arrived to my room it was clean and met all my needs. All the staff I have met up to this point have been very kind and helpful. I ran into the gentleman that checked me in, and he remembered why I was staying here and engaged me in conversation and seemed to genuinely care how my stay was going. This is just the beginning of a two week stay in the hotel and I'm looking forward to the remainder.

I stay here often for work, around 100 days a year. The staff is very nice but seems to change quite often. There are times when the cleaning service will forget to clean the rooms and i have to ask for more towels and other items.

Only stayed here 1 night, but a very nice extended stay hotel. Room was nice, some food available for breakfast and happy hour. A bit isolated in its location, but you can walk to a couple plazas nearby.

Nice rooms, great service, complementary breakfast. Apparently there is a manager's special in the evening too with free food and drinks but I didn't make it to that. Very good overall experience

Front desk staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Room had all the amenities I needed for my stay. I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

For my family and myself the Staybridge was perfectly centered since we had several locations we needed to visit during our stay. The room was fantastic and this is probably the first time I've ever said that about a room. The AC was a life saver since it had gotten up to 110 degrees outside. The housekeepers did amazing even though my kids left some rather large messes on their bed from building forts. There is no doubt in my mind, I will stay there again.

We were there visiting my sister in law who came to visit from Portland. The room was nice and clean and seemed very comfortable! We took the kids to the pool area and that was also very nice. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The door from the pool into the lobby wasn't unlocking from the outside and the gentleman at the front desk let us in about 10 times without even a hint of irritation. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed there for several weeks as our house was being repaired and it was just like home! All the amenities and staff to bring you what you needed. They even had complimentary dinners with all you can eat and drink (beer and wine too!) three nights a week. We appreciated the kind staff. If you going to stay in Sacramento I would recommend this hotel. The rooms are big , the kitchenette in every room was great too! After a long day the Hot Tub was a god-send. it is just minutes outside the downtown area yet close enough to everything you would want. Come and stay awhile. :-)

Very happy with the staff and management here - Jeric Skeeter - he was very helpful and considerate when we needed to make some last minute accomodations due to a death in the family. The room is beautiful - and I actually wish I had a reason to stay longer!

The first time I came here was on Valentine's Day 2015, and we were impressed by the fact that the suite kitchen was so well prepared! The furniture was clean and probably better than mine at home. It didn't feel like I was only a temporary guest because the whole environment was welcoming. The only bad thing to happen was that the fire alarm went off at some point in the night and gave me the fright of my life but I'm sure the staff took care of the situation as soon as they could after letting the guests know we weren't in danger. Thanks guys, I'll definitely look for a Staybridge the next time I'm traveling.
