The concierge was super helpful while checking us in! We were coming in very late and she was more than delightful. Her bright personality enhanced our experience and our stay!

Good hotel! It looks a bit dirty from the outside, but I was very impressed with it once inside. Spacious rooms and there are 2 restaurants onsite.

The Stonebridge Hotel is one of my favorite Hangout due to the waitresses and the bartenders always friendly and a good time to hang out but people that you can talk to and have a good laugh

Don't judge a book by its cover. When we walked up to the hotel it didn't look great but once we got to our room, we saw that this was the nicest hotel we've stayed in on our trip. The continental breakfast was great as well

No problems, could hear the neighbors tv, door and shower. Neighbour was generally quiet didn't hear them much.

The check in process was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The only complaints are the terrible water pressure, that dropped when someone in a neighbouring room turned their water on. Also, the food in the lounge was not even mediocre.

I've stayed here multiple times, the staff is always super friendly and the rooms are always clean and comfortable with lots of modern amenities and great wifi. Their complimentary breakfast and restaurant are also usually quite good!

Dudeeee. Paid cheap for this room, it has a jaccuzi inside the bath tub, spacious area, and beautiful rooms. Tonight was free taco night, you could make as many as you want. There's a cafe downstairs for breakfast, a dining room. Slot machines, pool tables, along with a bar. Beautiful I tell you. People here are nice with everything else nearby. If you come through, stay here and you won't be disappointed. Clean and secure. The elevator won't go up without your room key.

I Always have a pleasant stay here. This hotel recently received major upgrades to make for even better value for your money right in the heart of oil country. The beds are very comfortable. The staff is excellent. The food is very good. There are many amenities within walking distance. It is directly across the street from Grande Prairie's only mall. Overall it is a great location with very nicely upgraded rooms.

The location is easy to access. The parking was barely adequate for the event. The room forr the event was very good. Spacious, good lighting, defined areas.

Very affordable and also better in cleanliness than others in it's price range , but lacks the pleasant costomer service experience. I managed to sleep through the night without any noise interruptions and had a simple free breakfast in the late morning before leaving.

Clean and comfortable, modern rooms. Free gym. Full complimentary breakfast. Has a vlt lounge/bar and a seperate restaurant attached. Offered a discount at the liquor store and attached restaurant for stay. Only issue I had is when I asked for a late checkout and was told it would be a problem due to running at capacity, but when I asked to extend my stay it was no problem. Decent economy hotel.

Clean hotel, free dinner Monday and Wednesday in the lounge. Mainly for crews working in town, but does have nice amenities for business workers. Coin laundry is a bonus.

One of the most underrated hotels in GP. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and modern with decent Wi-Fi and free breakfast.

Greasy little dive bar, but the food is good and the beers are cold. And you don't feel out of place in dirty work clothes.

Great front desk staff, super friendly and helpful. Rooms are beautiful and 10/10 clean. Breakfast buffet in the morning is delicious. The only complaint I have is the beds are a bit stiff. Would definitely stay here again.

Feelings of warmth and welcome come to a front once entering the doors. Trumps staff is awesome! At Christmas time, crashing and dancing at the office parties is the most fun 😉 lol.

Great fast breakfast food in the restaurant. Just the standard fare but brought out quickly and hot. Servers are attentive. Men's bathroom is a bit small, second toilet stall would be nice.

Was in a scramble as my house was getting gutted and they were extremely helpful, especially Melanie at the front desk. They let us have an early check in, the free breakfast is better than most places that you pay for, and the stay in general was great. I'd stay here again without hesitation.

Good hotel, excellent staff. Bed was a little too firm. Scent warning for allergy sufferers though, they use very perfume products. Overall though good place.

Had my wedding here the food was great. The staff were so great in getting every detail on point. Their sound system was great as I plugged my computer in and just played music off of spotify.

The hotel is newly renovated. The room was very nice and comfortable. The king size room, that we stayed in, included a jacuzzi bathtub. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi did not work or turn on. Trump's lounge is just okay and the cafe is basic food nothing special. The free breakfast was a nice spread and the customer service was very good.

Heyyo, their breakfast and lunch offerings are great... Plus they have the BEST Monte Cristo sandwich in town. No other place in GP can beat it... Seriously, I've tried a few and it just doesn't have the same kick as here

It is an older hotel that has been refurbished to look a bit more modern. The rooms are clean, the lobby is clean, but the general atmosphere of the area the hotel is in isn't the greatest. There is one elevator (that I could find) and it is slow, and the rooms don't seem to have Ethernet (which is unusual). All-in-all, I'd say it's worth the cost.

The service I received was fantastic, I went for breakfast and Ladora my waitress was above and beyond. The food was very good as well.

Had breakfast at the restaurant. Very straight forward food, but cooked just right and done well. Server was very attentive and helpful.

The staff was so friendly and nice! My room was very modern and clean. (Bed was huuge) and it is a perfect place to stay if you are travelling on the greyhound as its across the street. As well as a Superstore, Boston Pizza and a mall so you have everything you need around you. I would def stay here again!

The banquet room our professional development was held in was a nice size for our group. The staff working our event were awesome! The lunch that was prepared for us was tasty!! Nice facility to hold an event!

Really comfortable overnight stay. Had some other rowdy guests being noisy at 1am. If they couldve been settled down quickly I would've gave a full 5 stars.

Reasonable rates. Staff was willing to go beyond the call of duty to resolve a problem I had. Complete with smile. Room was clean bed was comfy...

Breakfast was good, the room was clean and quiet. Was there for two days for a conference. Staff were very helpful. There were issues with us setting up the night prior for our confwrance but the staff did what they could to help us. Some issue with emails from our administration help and the hotel manager.

They are doing a whole wack of renovations to the hotel to hopefully improve the looks.
