Great rooms. Unfortunately the hot tub was our of service. I requested to be fix but they didn’t have a person on site to fix the hot tub. Very disappointed

Friendly staff and great breakfast. I love staying at Hilton brand hotels. They Home2Home suites is my favorite more practical choice, but the Embassy Suites breakfast and managers special in the evening can’t be beat!

My Culinary expertise has grown expeditiously here at the Embassy Suites Hotel by Hilton. The food is great and the people are even better! We work hard to ensure you have a memorable experience here at our hotel. If you notice any "renovation", such as, an elevator being fixed or a giant crane for painting. Just know it is to ensure you have a safer and more happier time here at the Embassy! We care that you have a great experience and want you to come back. So we are willing to listen to your feedback to make sure problems like this don't happen again!
As for the hotel room comments I'm seeing here, I cannot speak for that because that was not my department, so I know nothing of that.

Everyone on the staff was exceptional!! From the morning omelette and breakfast to housekeeping, the evening bartenders were so happy and energetic! And the FRONT DESK, so accommodating!!! We had a late flight and were allotted extra time to check out. The Lobby and rooms are so beautiful!! Picture perfect!! Thank you so much

Friendly and professional staff, room was clean, water pressure was nice and warm, evening snacks and drinks were enjoyable and breakfast was nice. Several restaurants within a 10 min walk. The pool is small. There was a hornet nest near the jacuzzi while we were there. We were only concerned because there were quite a few children in that area. It was addressed after two requests.

Great staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Parking supposed to be $16. It didn't show up on the bill. And getting out of the parking lot says youre supposed to have a ticket but desk tells you just to hit the button. Very confusing.

Nice and cozy hotel. Staff is very friendly. The rooms are very spacious and I love it. Plenty of room for all 3 of us. I love the design of the hotel. The shower is nice and that's a big plus for me. Nothing fancy and elegant about this hotel but it's extremely comfortable and at a convenient location. The breakfast is great. This hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I do wish the hot tub was working and the pool was clean. I went yesterday and it wasn't clean. Other than that, I'm enjoying my stay here and l'm glad to be here at the end of my day after driving on the crazy Orlando freeway all day.

This hotel is a great one for any company to have a meeting. Nice lounge chairs, atmosphere is excellent. They serve lunch or dinner depending what you ask the hotel to do for you. An awesome bar that serves good drink.

Nice hotel, but not my best experience at Embassy Suites. Elevators are small and slow. Room seemed smaller then most and poor air conditioning. Bedroom always warmer then living room. Fast room service.

Excellent stay! All hotel staff we encountered were very helpful and kind. Special shout out to the Chef preparing omelettes on morning of 8 June he was very helpful in preparing grits for my wife and me. He deserves a bonus!

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. We were only in town for the night, but the service was well beyond what you would typically see when booking a hotel in the price range we paid. I would have paid double what I did for the service I received. Chrissy, the bartender was the best part! I felt at home during this stay! 5 starts across the board. Great experience 😁

Lounge area and bar were very nice. Contemporary furniture and style. They have a Happy Hour for overnight guests only. For a couple of hours they offer you house free drinks! The front desk was helpful and accommodated us as we were just visiting family that was staying there for a few days.

Staying at Embassy Suites is always nice. This location was no exception, room was nice. The bar area I think was recently remodeled because the surrounding area still needs some work or appeared to be under construction. The only complaint I would have was there is absolutely no reason for a self parking charge. Especially when the gate arm in the back was in the up position the whole time. Anyone could come and go. Being a Hilton Honors member I was tempted to ask about the parking charged waived or at least 1 nights charge waived.

What they don't tell you when you book the room is that the whole lobby is being renovated. Most is walled off and there is a major construction project going on during the day. Dust is everywhere. The rooms are older but clean and the beds are comfortable. The TV takes about 10 seconds to load between channels. It's 16 dollars a day to park your car at the hotel. This is not worth the money. It's in Orlando so they can get away with being mediocre since people from around the world are just happy to have a room so they can go to the parks. Book elsewhere .

Newly updated and still under going renovations. Very clean, safe and reasonably priced for the Orlando area. Conveniently located only 5 minutes from Orlando International Airport. My only critical note is the noise from adjoining rooms when the shower is on. Otherwise, I recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel close to the airport. Free shuttle ti and from hotel plus some additional restaurants and shops near the hotel. Friendly front desk check in. Some renovations going on when we stayed but no noise or active work being done while we were there on a weekend.

Stayed here about two weeks for work. The happy hours with free appetizers and bar drinks was a bit unexpected but turned out to be the highlight of my FL trip. Room was great, service was great, food was great.

The front desk female showed great customer service. The positive hospitality was good. The breakfast buffet was more than enough, the egg omelet station was superb. The engineer lady was super friendly, also the cleaning crew was very helpful.

We arrived 2 1/2 hours early and they were very accommodating providing a room. This is an added value for HHonors members that I enjoy. Transportation was timely. Staff was friendly.

Excellent location. Very nice and helpful staff. Clean rooms with lots of space and amenities. Happy hour 5:30-73:30 free drinks in their lobby bar. Excellent place for group meetings and gatherings.

This property was under construction it was dusty,fountains were out of order, computer room was out of order, the air condition was a fan only, the rooms were muggy and out dated ,the food was horrible. My Husband and I dreamed of staying in this supposed to be beautiful hotel since we were teenagers. It's so hard for my husband and I to get away because of our busy family life ,not to mention my husband travels 4 weeks out of the month for work . This hotel made the Hilton brand look like the super 8 very disappointing . The front desk personnel did refund us one night plus parking to resolve the inconvenience , but our time can't be replaced and that's what is the most upsetting.

The embassy suites failed to mention that there was major construction. From 9am to 5pm. The noise was bad.

The staff tried to get us a better room but the echoing of the construction was loud. We stayed in our original room.

As a consolation the staff was very helpful and gave us a fruit platter for the inconvienance.

As a courtesy next time state that the room is remodeling. At $269 a night and construction for 8 hours was not why I expected or bargained for.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable, and service was friendly and efficient. Reasonably close to shopping and restaurants. I had a very pleasant stay, and wild recommend to cruise travelers.

I frequent Embassy Suites but I was not impressed with this location. The construction left the place with 1 working elevator during my visit. On a positive note, the staff was very polite.

Room wasn't ready at 1730 check in. Waited an additional half hour to get the room. Room itself was clean and the living room cieling fan was quiet and effective. Sleeping room, however, did not have a fan and the room was very warm throughout the night even after placing the air on 68. Very uncomfortable for the kids and wife. Lobby area is undergoing renovations of the bathrooms. Closed off a lot of the initial walkway upon entering, making it uncomfortable to get by or waiting to speak with the front desk. Carpeting in the hallways is dated and clashes with the beautiful tile in the front entrance. Perhaps this is another renovation step later? Interior glass elevators overlooking inside atrium of embassy suites is a design staple that is always enjoyable. But the elevators need a major overhaul. Floor buttons inside and call buttons outside seemed flimsy, with the surrounding paneling easy to move when pressing. Floors in the elevators were just bad and looked like they were missing a layer. Parking is $16. They offer free parking for veterans but I still received a $16 parking fee even though I checked in while in uniform and after showing my ID. Did not notice the charge until traveling back home. I'll need to call, and that is time out of my day. I like normally enjoy staying at embassy suites but I would recommend waiting until renovations are complete for this one.

Close to the airport. Rooms are really nice but the rest of the hotel is a little old. They are making some updates so will be nice in a few months. Breakfast was really good, cooks are awesome. Pool is outside so in the winter not great for people from Florida, but there is a hot tub. Bar and restaurant are adequate.

it appears to be under construction. Very disappointing for the price. Old. The elevator is quite rickety. and the hotel just doesn't have the luster that you would expect from an embassy suite. I checked out the lobbies of other hotels in the surrounding areas Much better at the same price. I booked online. I recommend you see the property before booking. The caveat is the rooms appear to be renovated and are quite nice.

This was a very good place to stay. All the staff was very nice and helpful with the exception of one person. We addressed the issue with management and we're satisfied with the results. Have stayed here in the past and will definitely be returning.

The best part is the breakfast--wonderful made-to-order omelets. The room was comfortable and clean but feeling a bit warn. The desk staff was quite helpful, especially when I needed an extension cord.

We stayed here in 2016 during a hurricane. Room was large with 2 separated rooms. 2 queen beds, non smoking, coffee machine, microwave, small fridge. During hurricanes they have limited staffing, so complementary breakfast, room service, and restaurant access is stopped. It was clean, comfy and quite. Even the sounds of the winds were muffled. I would definitely stay there again. Handicapped access in parking lot, elevator, and rooms if requested.

It's a very nice and furnished hotel from the inside, and outside, and has a pool for kids as well. The rooms (the one I stayed in) are very nice, and have to rooms with a door to separate them. They also have a nice little place to eat at the bottom of the hotel where you just have to sit down and they will help you immediately. All in all I'd give it a 4 out of 5 star rating.

Outstanding free breakfast in the morning. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Even the shuttle driver was promoting the hotel. Rooms were spacious especially for families. Hotel is very family friendly only additions could be a kids movie somewhere near the lobby as parents enjoy happy hour.

One of the best chain hotels I've ever stayed. Great space in all rooms. Breakfast selection is off the charts. And as always service is spectacular!

We stayed one night with our three young children in a two bed suite (with an additional bed in the sleeper sofa) on the second floor. The rooms were impressive, with granite countertops throughout and soft beds. We ordered a pizza in the evening and it was superb. We greatly enjoyed the morning breakfast, particularly the omelets and the "breakfast potatoes". The coffee was also fantastic, but the orange juice left something to be desired by us Florida natives. The pool was quite nice. Our young kids particularly enjoyed the roomy stairs and the shallow end measuring a depth of only 3 feet (0.9 meters). Towel service is proveded and there is plenty of seating including several lounge chairs shaded by trees and tables with umbrellas. For the "cons" category: the fire alarm in our room made a crackling noise the entire visit which was a serious issue for my wife and I sleeping on the pull out sofa. There also was not an ice machine on our floor, and the ice machine was out of order on the floor above. Tips: If you find yourself near the ice/vending machines, a convenient service elevator can be found down the hallway in the back of the room. However, know that it will take you into awkwardly into the heart of the kitchen if you take it to the first floor! There's a mandatory 22%+$2 gratuity for room service. Save yourself a buck or twelve and instead walk down to the bar and order your food. There are a bunch of "pool noodles" in the large plastic chest in the pool area for the kids to play with.

Location is good. Enjoyed the managers reception and breakfast. (breakfast was really busy on weekends at 730 to 830). Room sound proofing is a major issue. You can hear conversations from the next room, and door slamming at all hours. We also found it difficult to get a luggage cart both on check in and out. People take them to their rooms and never bring them back. Staff are friendly and helpfull.

Got in very early on a red eye flight. If course our room was not yet ready, but the staff was accommodating and let us hang out in the atrium and even let us have breakfast that morning. As soon as our room was ready, they texted me and we were able to nap that day and still be able to enjoy the day. Breakfast is always fantastic at embassy suites! Room was comfortable. Convenient location.

Decent hotel near the airport and a few amenities, but overall the property is dated despite some renovations and it's not near any of the main Orlando attractions.

The room was nice. It had a coffee maker. They called a shuttle to get use to the airport at 3:30am

I visited this hotel to see my mother and cousin that were guests. The hotel was very easy to find and get to with other hotels being in the area, there was a major highway close enough to get places but not to close that there was noise. The rooms were nice, neat and clean and the employees were nice and courteous.

Close and convenuent to the Orlando International. Accommodations were clean and updated. Included breakfast was a huge plus. Even though they are going through a change of the locks on the room doors, they gave me both types of cards in case I returned and the new lock was updated.

This is a really nice Hotel. Our neigbors were really a bit too loud for our liking. But we did not want to be complainers. Other than that I would give this place 5 stats.

I always like Embassy Suites, they are very consistent with service and quality. They also have great value for you money. Free breakfast, 2 room suites for everyone, and happy hour.

Room didn't get made up, no diamond parking and long lines at the bar for the managers reception. Overall a decent experience but nothing to write home again, would look around for a different property next time to stay at.

Free shuttle from the airport, check in was quick. Rooms were large, clean and worked well for our group. Will definitely stay again. Huge free breakfast was excellent.

Complimentary drinks were great and the bartender was amazing. Nice atmosphere and front desk was helpful and kind. Rooms were spacious and clean.

The suite was lovely, spacious, and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Security was kind enough to deliver us complimentary toothbrushes and toothpaste, as our luggage was already home from a missed flight. The room service food was very good. Although we were not able to partake, the hotel also offers reception every evening with free drinks and snacks, and complimentary made to order breakfast in the morning.

We ended up leaving very early the next morning and ended up not making a standby flight. We asked to come back to our room until 12 to wait for the next standby. We were graciously told by Christian that we could come back to our room and even do a late checkout of 2pm as our standby was not until later that day. A shuttle came and picked us back up from the airport.

All in all a very lovely experience, especially with the flight frustrations we were experiencing. I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful hotel, awesome breakfast, great shuttle, nice staff, awesome location. Only bad thing is they're working on their elevator and they only have one for like 15 floors....you can imagine how long a ride it takes from breakfast to your room.

My family stayed here the night before leaving on a cruise. We were completely pleased with our stay. The room was clean and spacious. They had an evening reception with free chips and salsa, pretzels, and crackers. Also, free drinks including both beer and mixed drinks. They also had a shuttle from the airport and to restaurants near the hotel. That was also free. If we come back to Orlando I would definitely stay here again.

Little dated, no pool, and lame evening snack fare... pretzels, potato chips and goldfish... Really? I've stayed at an embassy three weeks ago on Philly that had and incredible spread and it changed each night...

Good hotel and customer service. Great rooms and regular cleaning. Only inconvenience was the maintenance on 5th floor. I stayed on the 7th floor and by morning you could hear hammers and other tools working heavy. I know that's a temporary situation but bothered me a lot.

Good location to the airport nice renovated rooms spacious and great breakfast even now can order your omelet ahead of time and your name comes on a TV screen when it's ready.

This hotel is comfortable and the breakfast has set the bar very high for any hotel.

There was so many complementary items and the pool was open late. I'm tempted to take a star off because of the fire ants in the spa, but it was all so nice and they actually had a chef making omelettes for the continental breakfast. That's pretty awesome. 10/9.9 would stay again.
