Located in the heart of Lake Buena Vista, surrounded by attractions, restaurants, and activities. Nice continental breakfast, happy hour with free alcohol and snacks, several pools, and various activities around. Large central area where everyone gathers. The rooms are big and clean with good ac. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here!

The hotel is 4 stars and the Amenities are included in 4 stars. I love the staff and continental breakfast are 5 star and the free happy hour they do for the guest. I do have to say why I gave it a 3 it the bathroom that need a little work it clean but shower heads needs to be replace some of the hard wear. But would I stay here again yes. My over all stay was wonderful would tell friends to stay. I hope they work on those few things I stay here every time I come.

Love Embassy Suites! If you have kids the free breakfast and evening snacks are a big money saver! Property is definitely a high traffic property and the rooms show. Not a dealbreaker and wouldn’t not return, but it’s has some wear on it. The only reason I took it down a star was because of the price for food and drinks. The quality doesn’t match the price. Especially the alcoholic drinks - very underwhelmed. Overall - great property and location. Guess they gotta keep the lights on somehow.

Very nice hotel. Our kids loved the pool area and there were lots of extra things to do there. They have Tennis courts, Basketball courts, Putting greens, Ping Pong table, Pool table, and much more. Inside the hotel they have a game area where kids can play we and also watch movies on a big screen. The breakfast buffet is very good, with lots of choices to choose from and they have a waffle station and omelet station as well. In the evenings they have a happy hour were you can get free drinks and also snacks. I would recommend this hotel. The staff is very helpful and nice as well.

Hotel is clean, with modern esthetics. The lobby and dining hall in particular are very classy. Complimentary breakfast is great! Eggs, bacon/sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, cereals, pastries, pancakes/french toast, and a variety of drinks. A great bonus is the made to order omelet bar. We came back and used the pool when we had an extra day to lounge around. Something to keep in mind is the nightly fee for parking. Overall 9/10 would stay here again.

I loved it. Stayed 2 weeks. The hotel is beautiful and they have movie night for kids every night. They have a nice size pool and good food. The only thing i didn't like was the price for laundry. 3 dollars to wash and 3 dollars to dry and the parking is pricey, make sure u get back to the hotel before 11pm or you'll have to find a spot on the grass far away from the entrance. Other than that, the stay was perfect. I would definitely stay again!

It's a great hotel. There's a lot of amenities that you can take advantage of including free breakfast, receptions in the evening with drinks, a pool, surprisingly easy and cheap parking, coffee, microwave and a mini fridge. Everything seems reasonably clean with no major issue in the bed or bathroom. It was our first time staying here and we would have no problem staying here again.

Following through with a promise to Keith. He was the manager on duty yesterday. GREAT guy, took care of all my requests beautifully, and made us feel welcome. The rooms are a great size and the hotel itself is really nice. Breakfast bar, omelets made fresh with your ingredients of choice! The gentlemen that made them were entertaining & fast. Mickey waffles for the kids. Night time snack bar. ALL included!!
The staff was AMAZING!! Everyone from the front desk, to the housekeepers, the servers and girls that were there to guide you & answer all your questions.
Location is great. Very close to Sea World & a reasonable distance from Disney.
We loved it so much we canceled our reservations at a Disney resort & set them up here instead!! Looking forward to our trip in August!!

What a wonderful staff!!! My son has a severe dairy allergy and also a wheat sensitivity, and everyone staffing the breakfast went above and beyond to accommodate us. They used the gluten free, dairy free pancake mix in a cleaned waffle maker to make the Mickey Mouse shaped waffles that were safe for him. The omelette bar set aside a clean pan and utensils every day in expectation of us. The staff were always happy to talk me through what was safe and what was not. This means SO SO much to us as we are always in fear for his safety when we are eating food not prepared by us.

The pool and splash pad were well maintained and great to enjoy. They seem to have consistent problems with their audio for the dive in movies at night but we figured out that if it goes out, they aren't necessarily aware of the problem, so you just have to let them know.

The beds were reasonably comfortable for my husband and I who find it VERY hard to find a hotel with a bed that we can sleep in. I wouldn't say that this was super comfety, but the only hotel in a long time I didn't have to request 5 extra comforters just to sleep on top of. We do prefer a VERY plush soft bed for correlation. The carpets did seem pretty caked up with stuff. They weren't "dirty" per day but you can tell they have been in use for quite some time and they have a very dirty feel to them.

The area around the hotel is VERY allergen friendly which is amazing. We even found a bakery in Disney springs that ONLY has gluten free, dairy free, soy free desserts!!!! My son had soft serve "ice cream" for the first time ever! As well as cupcakes, cookies, cake, etc. Everywhere we went to eat, we felt safe in knowledgeable hands, and at all of the restaurants, the chef would come speak to us about our options and substitutions.

The rooms were clean and they pool area was well kept. The free Continental breakfast was very good. No complaints. Hotel is close to Disney which was our reason for staying. Free shuttle service is offered, but we did not use it as it only leaves at a couple different times throughout the day. Would stay here again.

My family and I have stayed here three times. This isn't must do! The property is very well kept! There's so much to do don't even need to leave the hotel, but if you want to it's close to everything. I highly highly recommend this

Only resort we go to in Orlando. Very friendly staff. Very accommodating. I just wish the complimentary shuttle service was better. You can't even stay to watch fireworks. But, it doesn't matter enough to care about. It's a fabulous hotel. Best breakfast anywhere. Starbucks on site.💖💖💖💖💖. Girl at Starbucks is from Norway, sorry I forgot your name... she's amazing! So nice.

I have mixed thoughts about the hotel. It was definitely nice to have the extra space in the suite with the living room. Made it a more comfortable stay. However the first night we were there, up until quite late, past midnight we just heard running around in hallways, outside people yelling and doing I don’t know what by the pool and such. No sound proofing, that’s for sure. The breakfast was only okay. The omelette guy was funny but the other guy still messed up my omelette, and I thought that was our best option for breakfast. Unfortunately I would not stay here again.I stayed at a different Embassey Suites nearby, much smaller, better breakfast, same nice rooms, and will stay there instead.

Great hotel. Super clean!! All staff members were very nice and helpful. Front desk manager Keith helped us with a billing issue and was handled right away. The guys who cook the omelets are what make your mornings. The snack time between 5-7 is a very good idea. The kids were able to play in the fun zone and in the pool as well. Overall very satisfied and will recommend to others. Parking lot should be bigger though.

Really family oriented! Amazing happy hour and THE best breakfast I've had from a hotel. Indoor pool connects to outdoor pool and even a kiddo water park! Sit back and relax at this family friendly hotel as you can also watch movies at night pool side!!!

I always like staying at an Embassy Suites. The highlight of breakfast were the 2 gentlemen making the omelettes. They were friendly and engaging. I don't know their names, but it was the morning of April 13th. If I had to say anything negative it would be the road noise. One side of the hotel is fairly close to I4, and even being up on the top floor it was still noticeable. I think they would have been better off putting the bedrooms closer to the courtyard on that side. Overall, a good place that I would consider staying at again.

The omelette chefs are fun! And they're so good. And breakfast is basically the entire first floor.

The pools are always accessible, and so is all of the comfy furniture. You can order food in house until about 11.

Room was very clean and spacious, breakfast was great especially the make your omelette station. Happy hour free drinks was a nice touch with snacks. Food was great for the price. There was a basketball, tennis court and pools on site. The shuttles to various theme parks is great as well. Only complaint was the mandatory on site parking costs. 17$ a day for parking, when there is no where else to park.

Our stay got off to a rocky start. First room, the bathroom had not been cleaned nor the bowl scrubbed and then the safe didn't work which kept us from leaving the hotel until our room was changed. We were moved to a second room which was only marginally better, but the bathroom was also covered with sugar ants. The room was fumigated and carpets we're scrubbed. No sign of the ants afterward. Room layout was decent and liked the benefit of the second sink outside the bathroom. Breakfast buffet was decent and saved this review from 2 stars. As a long time Hilton Honors member with 100,000 Points spent on this trip...points wasted on this trip and not enough to make it right....save your points....

Great hotel. Awesome amenities. Free happy hour from 5-7 every day, fantastic breakfast buffet included. Tons of stuff to keep the kids busy. Housekeeping did an awesome job. I would definitely stay here again.

A lovely hotel with a great room. The only problem was we were near an outside door that continually slammed all day and night. The room door would bang and rattle with each slam of the door. Other than that good breakfast and a nice room. Staff was very nice and would stay there again.

Wow, what a place. It's kinda like a hidden gem. Rooms are spacious, guest services are top notch, and the amenities are great. Indoor outdoor pool, hot tub, and two fire pits. Tennis court, basketball court, playground, mini golf, volleyball, kids water park, fishing, pool table, and the list goes on... Breakfast is superior and happy hour is too. It's all you need if you want a place to stay for the weekend and not have to worry about what to do while you're staying. Definitely recommend....

Awesome hotel! Breakfast buffet was fantastic! Pool is great. The dinner snack/drink hour is a great touch. Rooms are very nice too. Pretty close to airport and to Disney.

One of my best experiences at an Embassy Suites hotel. Staff was INCREDIBLE and made my birthday special with a hand written birthday card and chocolate covered strawberries delivered to the room. I was completely surprised and very impressed. Michelle at the front desk and Sabrina in the bar area area were both wonderful!

Staff was incredibly healpful. Got a free room upgrade and was able to check in early for free. They have a free happy hour with free cocktails and snacks. Lastly, but a totally cool touch. They have people coming around randomly just asking if they could do anything for us. We had a great time.

This property in the Disney Resort area is marginal. Staying at an Embassy Suites has some perks such as a free breakfast and happy hour which is definitely nice. The happy hour and breakfast are acceptable because they are free but don't expect top shelf at the happy hour; the breakfast rates higher in my opinion.
The rooms are large, I stayed in a room with a pull out sofa and two queen beds. The sofa 'room' has a large TV with a desk and sofa, next a kitchenette across from a bathroom. You step through to the bedroom which also has a small vanity with a sink(great for 2 people getting ready). The beds are comfortable, the pillows are too soft for my personal taste. The rooms are clean but I found some areas that needed a vacuuming after I did my 'bedbug search'(yes I do that). The shower was always hot although water flooded the bathroom with every use of the shower. It took a copious amounts of towels to soak up the water. There was a bulb out in one of the bathroom fixtures as well.
The TV in the sleeping room did not work at all but I did not need to watch any TV whilst I was there.
The lobby/bar/dining area was messy and needed better vacuuming.
The center part of the hotel is open on all floors looking down into the lobby. While the sound from a full lobby/bar/dining gets quite loud I found the noise never leaked into the room.
I did not get a chance to make use of the pool or any outdoor facilities the property offered mostly due to weather and my schedule. Everything seemed to be in order and clean.
My last and greatest complaint is the fee to park at the property. There is not an option for street parking so you either pay the fee or pay the fee. This is self parking not valet although valet is an option. One would assume that the majority of Embassy's guest will have a vehicle, charging your guests for that seems over the top.
This property is probably good for a family looking to get as much as possible out of their hotel. If you are looking for luxury, look elsewhere; if you are willing to overlook a few flaws this Embassy property will probably fit your needs.

Great place to stay! Good value for your $$, breakfast & manager's reception in the evenings, all included. The restaurant has really good food, but it's expensive. Can highly recommend Pork Chop & Spinach Salad. Only cons i saw, ice machine didn't work our floor, and mattress on fold out couch ridiculous. Had to fold 3 comforters on top, just to make it bearable. That being said, i would most definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious, the pool area was nice, and the lobby was beautiful. I wish the kids splash pad had not been closed for renovations, but it was January. Great breakfast included. Very close to Disney. Nice!

The area immediately around the hotel is all hotels and construction sites, so it seems rather drab from outside, but the interior is modern and spotless. Two bars, one inside, one outside. Heated pool, hot tub, spa and unheated kids play area with water features. Rooms are spacious and clean; all staff are friendly. Free breakfast is great; made to order omelets as well as the regular hot hotel buffet items.

A decent hotel but I am not particularly a fan of the layout of the hotels where there all the rooms face into a quadrangle. This place has free breakfast a d some cooked to order options as well. Parking is charged and there is an additional resort fee which effectively bump tour daily rates by 35 bucks.

Clean facilities, friendly service, great breakfast, conveniently located to be minutes away from the major attractions and restaurants. Pool was outdoors, with limited gym facility, but they had great customer service at front desk. There is also a ticket booth for the Disney parks and free shuttle to the parks, although the shuttles are not always reliable. (Our family ended up driving anyway since we wanted to arrive at the parks at opening time and the shuttles leave at 10.)

The room was not very nice. The "transportation" to and from Disney was pathetic at best. Run down bus was not nice at all. The free breakfast was standard. They did have a nice make to order omlet station. The manager's special was really nice. Free drinks and snacks nightly for 2 hours. We probably won't ever stay at this resort again as there are a lot of nice ones in the same area.

What made this place great was the evening reception and the free continental breakfast. The kids loved the pool and being able to watch a movie outside every evening. We stayed two separate times. Our first room was very nice, with two queen beds, kitchen area, and separate sink and mirror in the bedroom. The kids were excited to have their own bed and cable TV. The second room needed updating as the pull out couch had mold on it, the room wasn't cleaned well, old cracked tub, and the living area carpet was pulling up where you could see the cement floor. Luckily we only stayed in that room one night and if it wasn't so late we would have switched rooms. Overall it was still a nice hotel to stay at.

The accommodations are great! Room is clean and comfortable. There are a lot of amenities including basketball, putting green, playground, tennis courts, and great pools including a kids pool with splash playground. The evening receptions and breakfasts are well worth it too but so far the food that we have ordered (pizza one night, chicken wings the next) hasn't been great.

Nice hotel. Customer service was Great! The room could have been better. The shower rod was broken and that cause a big puddle of water to pool up in the bathroom. Otherwise, it was good. Will stay agaun.

This place is great, especially for families with young kids. Free breakfast every morning, there's also an evening cocktail reception. The kids splash pad was a hit with our toddlers. The only con is that their 'pool' towels are a little larger than bathroom hand towels. You will be better off either bringing your own pool towels or just using the guest room towels at the pool. The room was nicely kept and large enough to accommodate a family of four.

Wonderful hotel that's located near Disneyworld. The hotel interior is very modern and clean. The rooms are relatively spacious and we've had no problems. The breakfast is on par with other hotels. There's also a managers reception from 5-7 where you can get free alcoholic drinks. Would stay here again.

My family didn't stay the night here, but we met up with other relatives for a family reunion. I wish we had stayed at this one! The entire hotel seems very family oriented and friendly. The pool is indoor/outdoor and there is a really cool splash area with slides and water jets for the younger kids. Inside the lobby area there are 2 Wiis to play and an area for coloring and crafts. There was an employee who seemed dedicated to playing with the kids and she was excellent!!

This Embassy is beautiful well designed a lighted rooms extra sink accommodations in bedroom. Could easily hold 4 people if required. Lobby floor plan is refreshing. Enjoying the place now!

The rooms and amenities are clean and comfortable. I like the kid's play area and the complimentary breakfast and complimentary snack time. The only tiny downside is that our room had a few little tiny sugar ants, but so does all of Florida, so not really a big deal. The suite that we stayed in has a separate"guest" area and sleeping area with a door in between. It was nice because we came with our 2 kids, husband, and my father. My father was able to have privacy in the "guest" area with sofa bed pullout and we stayed in the main sleeping area with the 2 queen size beds. There were 2 TV's in our room and 3 different sinks and a mini fridge and microwave. All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Great staff, great food, great pool, great atmosphere, rooms are very nice. I've stayed here 3 times in 1 year because I work in the area. I will stay here again and again. 5-7pm is an open bar for adults. Free breakfast which is great and the breakfast chefs are hilarious, the make amazing omelets! The only bad thing I have found is 5 tiny ants in my room the one time I stayed. Other than that I love this place. Play pool for kids . Hot tub next to the outdoor bar. Pool table. Cigar patio by the pond. Indoor bar is very nice. My room looks pristine when I get back from work. Valet parking if you want for a small fee over self parking. Kid movies on a big screen over the pool. I know I'm missing things but you get the picture. STAY HERE!

It is a beautiful hotel, clean and friendly. Has happy hour very varied for all public because even children enjoy it, has a rich, fresh and varied breakfast. The attention of all the staff who work there is excellent, from the manager to the cleaning people they are very friendly to everyone. I loved staying at this hotel. The hotel is really nice and clean. The breakfast is awesome along with the free drinks from 5p-7p. If you are looking for a place that's affordable and has it all this is for you. There's a kid play pool, basketball court, cigar lounge, Xbox one for kids to play with, spa, and a putting green to name a few. It's worth the money. The only issue is
that you have to pay for parking daily that sucks.

I have visited many Embassy suites but this one rises above the rest! Recently, stayed for my 3rd time and as always it was exceptional!
The staff is so outstanding, and that is what makes this Embassy suite stand out.

The hotel accommodates both children , families, and adults looking for "grown up " time. As always, the rooms are very large, cleanliness top notch and breakfast incredible. Managers reception is wonderful as well.
I live close to Orlando, and jot over on a whim. That makes my choices of hotels limitless, but I won't stay anywhere else.

Staff was awesome! Pool and bar area was awesome! Game area for kids was awesome! Breakfast was awesome (best omelette I've ever had)! Suite was totally awesome! Going back and staying here again in 2 months.

My family and I visited this embassy for the second time and has usual the customer service was outstanding. The staff there was very accommodating and eager to please. Any and everything we asked for was provided with a very pleasant attitude. The rooms were very clean and was more than enough space for a family of six. The extra things like face painting and animal balloons were a pleasant free suprise for the kids. Highly recommend for families.

Location was great with nearby food and attractions however onsite facilities were poor with a low quality pool table. And ping pong balls which were deflated. The rooms were spotless and nearly flawless apart from the increasingly uncomfortable springs digging into my back as I used the in room futon. The food was good and the service in the hotel was outstanding with exciting chefs and polite housekeeping. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any queries. Service and interaction with customers seems to be the forefront of this hotel. Would have given 5 stars if the pool table and ping pong was better kept.

Nice hotel. Enjoyed the room and the amenities provided quite a bit. There are a ton of children, and I feel maybe an "adult only" time slot for the pool and hot tub would greatly increase the amount of enjoyment for people visiting without children.

This is the perfect resort for a family vacation/ getaway. I love the fact they have something for everyone. Basketball court, beach volleyball, ping pong, indoor/ outdoor pool and the fitness center are the areas my family and I truly enjoyed.
The only reason I didn't give the resort 5 stars is because of two concerns. First, there is not adequate parking especially for handicap parking. On top of that you have to pay for parking 😕
Second concern was the fact that the front desk checkout my room to another guest and gave them a key after I had check into the room. My daughter and I was changing after coming from the pool and the strangers open our hotel door. Let's just say embarrassing🤥

They were very accommodating, very nice to let us check in early in the morning when we arrived straight from our red our flight. Hotel is close to Disney World with free shuttle rides, has activity centers for kids, very clean. Highly recommended.

Our room was large,clean and comfort able. Free reception in the evening included chips,several dips, veggies,and drinks. Free breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Location was convenient to Disney Springs and parks.

Brought my wife here for a weekend get away for her first mothers day and the experience was amazing. We stayed in a poolside suite and it was amazing. Rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful. There are a lot of fun activities to do and they offer complimentary breakfast made to order along with complimentary happy hour every day for 2 hours. There are a lot of daily activities for adults and kids that makes your stay even more enjoyable. I definitely will be back again.

This was the first hotel I've ever gotten without parents, I'm twenty one. My boyfriend and I were blown out of the water with this one. From a comfy and spacious hotel room, to a pool and jacuzzi, and free delicious breakfast.... this place was great. And do not forget if you want to chill by the pool you can go inside and get a free drink alcoholic or non alcoholic and snacks!!

This hotel provided excellent service to the tour group we had in town. The staff was extremely efficient in getting the rooms prepared when the group arrived earlier than expected. The breakfast was wonderful as well!!

This hotel ours excellent, and the late is exceptional. We lived the pool and kiddie pool and outdoor activities billiards, foosball and ping pong. The happy topped it off and when you thought it couldn't get better the breakfast was just what we needed to start out day.

Amazing customer service! They always go above and beyond every time we stay here. The hotel had plenty of amenities and games for the entire family to enjoy together. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved this resort! Very nice and clean. Breakfast was very good and everyone was so attentive. Special thanks to Sebastian for making us free welcomed and for the nice face paintings for the kids. We always stay at Embassy Suites and this one was the best one by far.

I love everything about this hotel. The staff, the food, the pools, the on site entertainment, the Hilton Vacations packages, and much more. It's perfect for my wife and 3 kids as it's open in the rooms but feels like home too. We will definitely be back.

Excellent evening happy hour and hot breakfast. Be aware of resort fee and daily parking fee. Staff was very friendly. Requested a baby pack-in-play on reservation with the hope it would already be in the room. Had to remind the front desk after checking in. Housekeeping was quick to bring it up. Parking lot also gets very full at night. Noise from I-4 was never an issue.

Nice looking hotel, good pools and a fun splash-pad area for kids. Could use some more varied indoor activities for kids. The "arcade" they advertised was two Wiis hooked up to some TVs in a corner, one of which didn't work. Overall a fun place, as long as the weather holds up. Otherwise you'll be looking for entertainment elsewhere.

One of the best places I have stayed in Orlando. Family friendly. Manager's reception every evening is above and beyond what most hotels will do. Lots of activities for kids and families. Great staff!

The room was nice and clean. The free breakfast was awesome. The breakfast had a traditional continental breakfast and a fresh omelette station. The guys working the omelette station were very friendly and entertaining. Also, the hotel offered coffee, juice and soda all free during breakfast. All the staff was very friendly and accommoding. We had a little trouble finding our room and the employee that we asked for help insisted on escorting us to our room. We had a great experience and will definitely be returning to this location.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was ok, but the rooms could use work in the cleanliness department. There was hair everywhere the first night we stayed here. We asked for the room to be cleaned and the hotel kindly helped us out! Walls are fairly thin so you can hear people next door and the maids didn't give us enough towels after cleaning each day. The hotel does offer a lot of activities for the family, pizza/ice cream bar, and happy hours every night!

Staying the night was more of an experience than a stay. The children's area at the pool was amazing, outside and inside pools that were connected blew my mind. Night time movie outside? This place felt like a resort! From 5-7 was happy hour and breakfast was perfect with a personalized omelet! Definitely recommend it.

Refused to provide a military discount because they were full, when we were guaranteed one 4 days earlier when we booked. TV in room did not work and the breakfast food was mediocre. Most staff spoke broken English, and the elevators were poorly kept. Overall the hotel has a high end appeal, and looks classy but is clearly geared towards kids and families so the theme is a bit confusing. Rooms were clean and well kept. Charged me an additional $30 I had to call to have refunded.

Recommended if you have kids, otherwise don't bother.

This place is by far had the best hotel that my family and I have stayed at it have a very high price but its worth it. Parents you kids will love this place it has all the fun the need and more. The best part of any day is breakfast. Embassy Suites has a far superior breakfast buffet. Everything is fresh and so appetizing! They have fresh and fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon straps, incredible sausage links,as well as fresh fruit, yoghurt, and various cereals. They were even able to accommodate to my lactose intolerance by offering soy milk! To tell you the truth Embassy Suites even offers Mickey Waffles which is even better than any Disney resort. They are crisp on the outside and fluffy inside. They even have an omelet bar where the chef on duty makes excellent omelets as well as egg whites too. I like to to compliment Executive Chef Treasure and his amazing staff including Christopher and Sous Chef Richardo.

This was a wonderful stay for my family (4 adults, 2 kids, 2 babies!). It has a great pool, lots of activities, great food (especially free breakfast!) and the manager's special at all embassy suites is awesome. The room was very clean and big enough for all our gear. The staff was very helpful with everything we needed and the facility looked great and very modern!

Always a relaxing stay. My husband and i have stayed multiple times. To me this is the best place to stay in Orlando. The only con is that they charge 20 bucks for parking which (considering the price of the room already) I find absurd.

Arrived and received a honors welcome package. The room was clean and comfortable. An added bonus was the happy hour woth snacks and complimentary drinks. Would definitely come back again.

Room was clean, very big spacious room. Beds were comfortable. Overall the room was very nice. The inside of the hotel had a very cool layout. I was very impressed with the breakfast, it was great. My biggest complaint was the parking lot at night. There weren't any parking spots for my car and had to park on the side of a curb of the hotel. If you plan on staying at this hotel and plan on going out out night, just giving you a warning that parking might be a difficult. Also, another tip if you want to check out or check in just go to the Hilton honors line. Apparently you can cut the regular line and they won't check if you truly are a Hilton honors member.

We stayed at this Embassy Suite in early July..Upon our arrival, we were very disappointed in a room mix up. However, I must say that the situation was quickly rectified and the staff was very apologetic during our entire 5 night stay.

We were able to purchase disney tickets and arrange a time for the shuttle, it was so convenient!
However, The cherry on top of this stay was Nicholas...his smiling face and bubbly deamenor. He is a true "GEM" he is really one of a kind!
This Embassy Suites is truly lucky to have him as an employee! He was very professional, friendly and prompt.

We felt very welcomed by all of the staff members, housekeeping was very thorough, the breakfast was amazing...the pool and jacuzzi was very clean.
We will definitely will be back to stay at this Embassy!

Fabulous hotel. Rooms were clean, staff was helpful and friendly. Very easy to relax. Pool area was sort of small, but still an area to relax. The interior lobby rises several stories and I felt comfortable if my young teen needed to go to the room and I didn't feel the need to escort him. We had free breakfast and happy hour each day. They did not skimp on the drinks either. the location of the hotel was perfect. I could stay off of I-4 and get my kids to Universal and Disney. Plus, go over I-4 to get to the Vineland outlet shopping center.

Great hotel for families! Easy access to Disney and Universal. Updated, clean suites. Pool area is very nice and has a great kids area with small water slide. I would call it a playground in the water. My kids are 2 and 4 and they loved the pool. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great pools and hot tub. Wonderful breakfast with made to order omelets. Very nice hospitality from all staff. Highly recommend.

The hotel was in a great location for all the theme parks. The complimentary breakfast and evening receptions were nice as well! The front desk employees were very helpful with any questions we had about the nearby attractions. I would definitely stay again!
