It's really great.. rooms are nice and clean.. there is ample space in the property to roam around. Food is something that needs improvement. Otherwise a great choice. Location is a bit far off from Central and happening Goa.

The level of the property has gone down. It has an advantage with its location. However, this is not a typical beach property as they are on the river front and not next to any beach. Property does have a good landscape and activity options. Pool facing rooms have a nice balcony to sit across. However, the restaurants are not that great. Variety, ambience and service quality all need a makeover

Fantastic experience and stay
Truly world class staff who really care for your comfort who will go out of their way to make sure you have an great stay. This is a Huge property on Bambolim Beach. The best rooms are beach facing one higher floor. The rooms are lavish and beautifully done up. But the highlight is the washroom. It is wonderfully sectioned, spic and span and well done.
The pool is awesome... Even in the rains you swim in the warm water... Which makes it so enjoyable. The pool has temperature control. Always provided dry n laundered towels at the pool. 
The food and drinks are very tasty, thankfully so as there aren't any restaurants at a walking distance from the hotel. So the days you are feeling too lazy to go out, Hyatt has you covered.

😍😍 classy. Just the resort you need to take a break from your life. Connectivity is no issue. And you can experience a perfect morning with breeze and sound of flowing water. Best part about this place is the Gym, the Hot jacuzzi spring, sauna and steam. Pool area is pretty big along with garden. It got a bar in itself as well as 2 restaurants.

Place is very romantic for couples. They will enjoy the view of the beach from the resort. Swimming pool is also quite exciting. Evening time is best time to spend here. Food is not upto the mark. You will get variety of food Indian Chinese continental Etc. There is a garden where functions are held like parties, engagement, wedding receptions etc.

The location of this Hotel is awesome! There's lush greenery everywhere alongwith the cool breezy atmosphere close to the beach. Their services are impeccable and quick. Also to mention, the rooms are well designed for comfort and peace of mind.

One of the best properties in south Goa.. enjoy the sea view from the room... Property has a private beach and it's well maintained.... Only con is you can't get cabs at affordable prices as this hotel is little away from main road.....

Very nice place to stay. Heritage building with their private beach and attached garden to ground floor rooms makes your stay enjoyable...I stayed in sixth block. Food quality is good but not the best.

The property is just perfect. The hospitality,staff,food,rooms everything is upto mark. Even though i got to visit and stay at this property for my work thing, it felt so relaxing here. The connecting beach and lawn area with Hammocks is the best part of it. The staff is courteous and well co ordinated.

Grand Hyatt is quite spacious and has huge lawns for holding weddings or events the rooms are well made and luxurious. The lawns face the beach and there is a small detour to visit the beach, and the hotel faces an interesting landscape. There are nice places to relax and chat and the pool is large

One of the best ambience in the scale of Stay I have been. The location is just right with best hospitality! It’s the best stay I have had. Attended a conference back in 2016! Can’t forget the ambience.

It was an amazing experience to be staying at the property. The property was huge and beautiful. There were a lot of adventurous activities a small private beach and a few awesome restaurants. Overall one hell of an amazing experience staying there.

Great resort for stay. Huge area for recreation. Good swimming pool. There is an adjoining beach. Rooms are very good and spacious.
Service levels are quite slow. Any request takes quite a long time for execution probably owning to distance between different blocks. Food served in buffet dinner was average.
The buffet breakfast included in package was quite good.

Lovely hotel. Beautiful and luxurious. Ideal to stay only in the hotel grounds. Local area has not got much to offer, need a taxi to travel further. Beach was some sort of disappointment - black dirty sand, dirty water, no way I would go for swimming there. Swimming pool staff should be more attentive - uncleared rubish and empty plates etc. Does not talk to the guests much .... robotic.
Really enjoyed international restaurant and superb staff there. Breakfast was served there too which was very good!

Have been coming to Grand Hyatt Goa since it's pretty opening around 2010. It's amongst my most favourite hotels in the world. The charm of the hotel has increased over the years and they keep their game up! Fantastic Architecture, Spa, Food, Pool, Gym, Sunday Brunch, and all backed by an excellent staff! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience.
The rooms are excellent. The buffets have a huge spread and variety for both veg and non veg. Outside spaces have been created for a good stroll. You can walk out to the beach though it is not very well kept. The pool side area is scenic.
MICE hosting is efficient. Though faced a lot of problem with WiFi.

Best place to stay... I promise you won't regret staying here.... You should stay here at least one night before you die... Such a beautiful hotel... It has its own casino too.. High-tech machines at gym.. Splendid experience

It feels like a palace! This hotel has several buildings surrounding beautiful pools with jacuzzi. The staff is so so kind and friendly that you feel like home.
The rooms are perfect, with everything you need, from ironing, hair dryer and the best shower you can have.
The hotel has great restaurants, one by the bar which makes incredible cocktails, another which is more of a buffet (and they serve breakfast there too), one which is more like a pub, and incredible Indian restaurant called Chulha, and an Italian restaurant too, all beautiful with incredible food.
In the evening they have live music and lots of activities going on, including a big casino. The gym and Spa are just perfection.
The downside of this place though is that you’ll be close to the bay, not to the open sea, so if you love the beach, you will need to drive few minutes far from it. There isn’t much around like shops or local restaurants that you can just walk to, you will need a taxi for it. To be honest, you will end up sticking around in the resort, which is not the real representation of Goa. My only tip is, don’t be a prisoner, leave the hotel every now and then.

Booked a King size bay view room at the Grand Hyatt Goa during Christmas '17. The entire property is grand, as shown in pictures - nice, well-maintained gardens and greenery, adjacent to the sea. But upon stepping into our room, the view was less overwhelming compared to what we imagined from the images. Paying 18k per night for it seemed a little too steep. What we believe should have also been included as complimentary is a pickup from the bus stand or the airport, breakfast and at least one indulgent experience. The pool is quite big, we loved our time there. And the food at the Asian restaurant was great - especially the calamari :)

We are here for an official meeting. This is a beautiful property. Kind that makes you want to get up early an for a long walk. There are nice and big pools that you can explore. Beach is closeby and they are tied up with third parties for Sailing and Kayaking. The place is well equipped for corporate events and meetings. Service is to notch too. Not giving 5-star rating because of not so great food. Some of the dishes are good, but I guess it could be because of serving to a large group of people who came for the corporate meetings.

This is amazing place. Food especially breakfast is awesome.. resort has very good view and private beach. It’s totally worth it! Would like to go once again in the future.

We stayed for 3 days here. In the beginning the room that was to be given to us ie beach facing was not given but the next day everything was taken care of so smoothly. Our room was upgraded and then it was the most amazing experience.
Loved the food , the club ambience and the green surroundings. Aqua sailing was fun.

Amazing experience. Great rooms and banquet facilities. My room had three delicious apples which was a treat. Food is good and lawns are amazing. Good pool and open spaces to enjoy. Since it's goa you can't be far away from a beach

We just returned home from a week long stay.
The hotel was so enjoyable!
It was a great breakfast buffet every morning with servers so helpful.
I would say the only thing that could be improved on would be more umbrellas and loungers provided on property overlooking the beach. I know we were there during a busy time but to lay around the pool is nice but with older family members we would have much preferred the solitude of watching the waves. This is the only area that I can see which could be improved. The rooms were clean and spacious and everyone so nice and engaging. Thanks for the great memories and looking forward to returning one day!

Visiting this place from 2011 onwards , every time the property becomes better and better.

Extremely good ambience. Perfect seashore location. Extremely well maintained . Superb food across restaurants. There is a casino inside the premises too..

The location is really great. The green cover is really nice, good for selphies.... food is just good..... there are adventure games( it’s chargeable and too costly) beach view and landscapes are good for a nice walk

Beautiful hotel located right on the Zuari river. The architecture and design is unusual and worth a visit even if it's just to have tea on their expansive lawns with old banyan trees! They even have an old church on their grounds.

Calm and quiet resort at the sea shore. Best for family vacations spending and relaxing. The rooms are divided on 8 blocks 1,2... 8. There is a casino inside. Spa, gym, bar and restaurant also available.

It's a vast property with luxurious rooms and lots of walking space. It has a private beach but it's not a nice beach. The pool and other activities are good.

Just checked out of Grand Hyatt, Bambolin,Goa today after a 3 nights stay.Fantastic hotel, classy, good service.Had 2 rooms overlooking the pool on the ground floor. Good ambience had a wonderful stay.Good food.

Excellent location with many private spaces to unwind just beside the sea beach.
However the beach is not the kind we visit Goa for. Rest- the location, local roads and houses and greenery.. Especially inside the hotel complex... Is just excellent

Quite disappointing by the usual Hyatt standards. The rooms are spacious but the interior looks dilapidated and furniture is coming apart. The hotel was always willing to resolve any issues but it was bothersome to have to ask for everything. Staff lacks the enthusiasm of a top notch five star hotel. Also, some staff was not well informed, e.g. at the activity desk at the pool - They had absolutely no idea what was available or when or at what price - not helpful at all. The swimming pool looks great. Yet, seeing how the hotel allows men to swim in their underwear and women in full gowns, one starts questioning the hygiene of the pool. In future, will always choose the Park Hyatt over the Grand Hyatt in Goa.

The beach is almost private. Guests are treated with utmost hospitality. The lush green expanse of 28 acres adorns the guests. The staff is very very courteous and becomes familiar very soon. The resort in itself is a journey as well as destination.

Biggest banquet hall in Goa, rooms are very far off., Prefer guest house number 3 which is closer to the main banquet building. Very courteous staff. Food is extremely good as well.

Amazing stay. Very comfortable rooms, great food and lot of activities to do inside the resort. They have a private beach and a 24 hour casino which is free for guests staying at the resort. There are two large swimming pools where you can spend lazy evenings.

Great staff, very polite and helpful. It has an Amazing location as well an awesome private beach obviously. They also have great live music playing there. Place to be when you are there to chill out.

Huge property. Spacious rooms. Exceptional service. Great bay view. Excellent location. Delicious food. Room service menu is extremely expensive though. Their biryani was good but certainly was not worth ~Rs. 1000/-

The pool is great, and it's got a super ambience. The staff was nice. It's a sprawling property. It's got a very nice colonial vibe to it and is very well done.
It's on a beach but the beach is quite narrow and isn't great. Also, the main entrance/ lobby area is not very impressive. I didn't eat here so cannot comment on the food.

The rooms were amazing! If you're on your honeymoon, this is definitely the place to go! Food was great too. Only problem is that it's pretty far away from the main places in Goa, and the beach here isn't that nice.

Excellent staff and fantastic breakfast buffet. Location is a bit secluded and the beach near the hotel is not really a beach to visit. The hotel facilities though are very good overall.

A fantastic property. Cordial staff. Great food. Fantastic live music. Although there time I was there only reggae was played. The desha (hookah) was good, specially the flavour brain freeze. Swimming pool, wow. And this one is touching right up to the beach.

Wonderful place ... Loved the casino... So much of fun inside. Once you enter u tend to spend 7 to 8 hours in STRIKE. Food, dance , drinks, game, money... I talked about everything that makes men happy

Food is European in taste and bland. But order alacart and it can be spiced up.

Very nice hotel. Very nice food served in 3 Restaurant. But Rooms are spread in different building called Guest House. Funny thing.

Very nice place. No beach to speak of, it's mud/stone, not sandy, but great pools make for it. Good spacious rooms and excellent food. Everything very clean. Hyatt Club not worth the money but otherwise very good.

Lovely property, spectacular view, average food. The lawn and pool area are lovely and perfect for an evening setting. The grounds were immaculate and a joy to stroll through. The pools were varied and perfect for old and young alike. 

The spa and gym were world class and exceptionally good value. There are lots of activities for children. My kids (11 and 7) were not idle one second over 5 days.

Rooms are nice and cosy and fairly large. Location is very close to the airport (25 minutes) as well as Panjim (15 minutes).

The only reason I'm not giving it all 5 stars is the beach. The sand is grey and full of shells which get your feet. On high tide the beach remains all of 15-20 feet and one has to travel far to enjoy Goa's nicer beaches.

And yes it's not always fish at the buffet, so I missed that the most.

Place: beautifully designed hotel with sea view rooms and open air. You don't wanna come back from this place.

Rooms: big airy rooms, with the best beds(you won't be leaving them early) and perfect house keeping staff and there's TV too if you get time from beach.

Food: Abundance of variety, mostly Portuguese's style so don't except true Indian. Rest they have many like Thai, Chinese, continental, baked goods.

Overall: perfect spot to live and spend your vacations. Kids will love it there. The garden is so big and epic you'll surely miss it the most.

Due to work I tend to stay away in hotel's a lot, I can safely say that this has been the best hotel that I have ever stayed in. It's a new hotel that has been operational since just the last 5 years, the quality of furnishings and the ways the place and the ground has been maintained is immaculate. The quality of food at the 5 restaurants within the premises is amazing and second to none. The service has been prompt and they waiting staff actually try to provide a personalised service. The private beach is really nice and clean and very good, so good we did not want to go to other beaches. The hotel is situated slight away from Panjim but that's a good thing in my mind I like the tranquility and the serenity of the place. Hotel taxis are slightly expensive but you can hire taxis from just outside the hotel gate. I used herecab Goa for hotel transfers.

I came here with an event company.. for 4 days. Usually conferences.. wedding and corporate for meetings, prefer this place. Some staff are just ridiculous in their hospitality services. They will just not come co-ordinate with you. However, the rooms are super cool. Beautiful sea view or pool view options. Don't forget to try the poolside hooka.
it's a 28 acre property. They provide you with buggy and a tata nano for internal travel. Pick up and drop services available.
For travellers / guests / anyone staying - awesome place.
For event companies.. you are gonna have a crazy time.

Had a nice stay at this hotel. The rooms were large and good. However, the food wasn't so great. Had the buffet breakfast and dinner. Was expecting nice Goan fish curry but disappointed to see some continental style fish and that too, Basa :(
Though fish was there on all three days, they served only basa and not fresh or fish caught in Goa. Otherwise, the stay was good.
