Beautiful new hotel in a great location. We were greeted with a smile and the check in process was smooth. The rooms are very nicely appointed with high end cabinetry and finishes. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a huge selection. The pool / spa area has multiple saunas and a nice fitness center.

Everything is fantastic, service is excellent, rooms are clean and well maintained, breakfast has a great variety of food. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is a good hotel in Kiev and pretty normal which is a plus. The rooms are nice and the food is good. There is minimal nightlife which is also a plus!

My acquaintance with this place is restricted by 2 events here, "Sustainable growth" and "NBU research conference" and it's hardly to say anything bad about this place. Awesome service so as an atmosphere, you can find only the best events here. Unfortunately I'm not familiar with the prices, obviously they're high but definitely fair.

This hotel is top notch. Easily the best hotel I have stayed at in several years. Every single staff member that I have had contact with over the course of five days has been courteous, smiling, professional, and diligently working. The breakfast buffet is gigantic, well stocked with lots of high quality food, and the food prep staff is on top of it. The rooms are high tech with great views. There is an on site spa, pool, and larger than most workout room.This hotel is elegant, refreshing, comfortable, and worth every penny. The hotel is located right near the metro station if you are adventurous, or Uber will get you downtown for about $3.

The service is as good as other Hilton, the complimentary spa entry is welcome move especially during the winter season. You will get to enjoy the indoor heated pool , jacuzzi and sauna.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days. Staffs are very helpful and kind and knowledgeable. Hotel room conditions are great and hotel is located at the city center and near metro station and park.

Great restaurant, very friendly and welcoming staff, food is very tasty and also covers multiple different cuisines. Has a great bar and relax area if you want to try a desserts which are just wonderful by the way. Highly recommend to visit.

AMAZING!!! Literally the best hotel we've ever stay in!!! All personal speaks english very good, very kind and always friendly. Breakfast is just incredible, so many healthy beautiful things. And as for us it was the most important reason: the hotel is pet friendly.

Upscale hotel in the city center, near the park and university eponymous of the street (Taras Shevchenko, the great Ukrainian poet). Friendly and efficient staff. The hotel is still brand new, with all the latest (welcome!) gadgets: very convenient and appreciated.

***UPDATE****
To to some serious complaints from a dozens of ppl and probably having on mind actual situation in Kiev Hilton decided to re-book most of the reservation cancelled by Agoda (Mine exactly is re-booked with mistake but anyway. Due to this fact i can reccomend to avoid unserious booking engines like Agoda and book directly at the hotel site what is usally even cheaper.

This is sort of a joke not a hotel. They did make promo super sale for the reservation made via agoda, took money from the credit card and later on after more than a week canceled all reservations. I did made booking for six persons, due to the promo I did book a flights and now i have flight with no hotel. If this is a level of cutomer service at this place AVOID IT!
Cancelling booking after reciving payment and sending a valid voucher makes your company unserious!
