The hotel in the center of the city, very close to shopping places nd 5 minutes walk from the Rotterdam Centraal. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel with great breakfast , but when arrive at 9p.m. the door was locked , we ring the doorbell and nothing for 10 min , we when lucky that one visitor came out and we was able to go in. Unforgivable that the hotel didn't thing about that !

Standard chain - no frills but no problems either. Very clean and the shower was lovely. Good location - very near the train station.

Comfortable hotel near the central train station. It is convenient to many restaurants, stores, and theaters. There is a good breakfast included as well.

Good hospitality. Not so much spread for breakfast. Rooms not so spacious. One might also check for the Hilton close-by before signing up here.

Convenient location with easy access to public transit. Room was clean but lacked any type of in room safe or refrigerator. Bed was also small for sleeping two.

Compliment to Front desk Ashley as she's really nice and helpful, and proactive offered early check-in for customer like me who has bulky luggage. I am glad that I had chosen this hotel for my Rotterdam trip.

Stayed with husband whist visiting Rotterdam. Beautifully clean hotel. Location was fantastic from the station and close to amenities. Staff were extremely polite and accommodating. Will definitely book again this year when we return to the area.

This was a very nice hotel. The room is new and well laid out, and didn't have huge clinical furniture found in other hotels. The breakfast was basic but satisfying. The staff were friendly and it is close to amenities. Sometimes the elevator smelled like pot, but I guess that's The Netherlands for you.

Great location. Good sized clean room. Complementary breakfast - the only problem was breakfast was so busy but if we had gone down earlier I'm sure it would have been quieter.

Very croudy breakfast, but tasty. One night we had to move to another hotel because the hotel was full (although we had a confirmed reservation). I wasn't comfortable for us.

Nice hotel with decent sized rooms. Reserve your rooms ahead to get the best rates. They fluctuate daily depending on demand. Breakfast is cold continental, but not too bad. Locaded right by the city center. Perfect location for shopping, food, and drinks!

Location is great, very close to the main train station. Room is clean and shower is spacious and new. The breakfast is one of the better among HIX. The wait for check-in is long and staff is indifferent to you though.

Good hotel and reasonable priced. Near the centre of Rotterdam, which is great for shopping or going out. The rooms are spacious, tidy and clean (same goes for the shower/toilets). Breakfast buffet which offers a variety of breads, croissants, yoghurts, cereals fruits and drinks.

Our family travels all around the world on both business and Leisure and have travelled to 32 countries as of now. Also now I visit Netherlands often. This hotel has become like our second home now. Our son studies in TU Delft, so when we visit him we stay here.

The rooms are clean and comfortable and the housekeeping staff clean the rooms quite well. Kudos to them too.

We have only One suggestion for improvement: this is about the rates, atleast For regular guests you can give a small discount of atleast 20% because last time we had taken two rooms for almost 25 days and no discount was offered. We get
Good rates for Holiday inn and Novotel in other parts of the world. We are an elite member of the IHG and Accor hotels too .

On the whole our stay was great and strongly recommend this hotel to tourists from all over the world

Good location close to train station. Friendly staff. Room smallish but fine. Bed was really comfortable. Lovely shower. Really what more do you want if all you do is spend a few hours there and go to bed.

Excellent hotel; good breakfast, very nicr and helping stuff. The only thing is that you can't open the windows at the room. But the rest is prefect.

The rooms are very clean and have good facilities. The shower was very nice and I never wanted to get out, I just wanted to stay safe in the shower washing away my problems. The breakfast was lovely although my dad could've done with a boiled egg. Finally, I was promised one soft one firm pillow, but given two firms. This is a firm no from me. Right next to a main road and tram route, but the sound insulation is very good, so you don't really hear it. You're given a couple of pillows, one soft and one firm, other hotels often don't do that. Charging points on only one side of the bed, so if you're sharing a room with someone, only one person can charge their phone overnight whilst keeping it beside them.

Breakfast is very uninspiring. It's a bit of a scrum for not very appetising options. This could be massively improved. The breakfast seating area is not very comfortable or cosy.

Neither of the rooms I stayed in had a secure safe, ironing facilities or fridge/minibar. There is a vending area in the reception, but not a great selection.

Though this is an Express hotel, the quality of the rooms was fantastic with good views (not all rooms may have a good view). The toilet was very clean and shiny. Room is just right size,, but that's what you expect from an Express hotel. Breakfast is very basic. Staff was very helpful. Overall a very convenient hotel at the centre of the business district.

Good location, and small (but clean) rooms. Breakfast was a madhouse though, with very little selection. Check-in also took 15 minutes due to a line of customers and only 1 agent.

The hotel is located near Rotterdam Central Station in the North of the city. The centre of Rotterdam can be reached within 5 minutes. The rooms are clean and include everything needed for an overnight stay. The service is friendly and English is spoken quite well. The breakfast is okay but it could offer more different kinds of food.

Nicely located, not too bad but nothing too special... Decent living space in Rotterdam, very close to the station. Kept clean and tidy with a very helpful and courteous staff. Good value for money... But nothing too luxurious

I really enjoyed by stay. The staff were consistently helpful and polite. The room was spacious and kept very clean. The location of the hotel was a bonus as shops/restaurants were within a 5 minute walk. Will stay again

Stayed 5 nights. Room was nice except there no place to place your clothes except in your suitcase and on the floor. It seems all of the hotels have the same issue. The best part of the stay is the location. 15 min. walking to lots of food places and shopping and a free continental breakfast. One thing this hotel needs is a microwave for guests. Since this hotel has no restaurant it needs this when guest bring food back from the outside.

Nicest holiday inn I've ever been in. Lovely staff and wonderfully clean rooms. Only problem was the AC made me freezing when I had it set to 21C and automatic.

A very nice hotel! The staff is very professional and friendly, I arrived in the middle of the night and left very early but they made my stay as relaxing and carefree as possible. For a very decent price the room was clean and comfortable with everything I could need.
It is close to the station but some extra information would be nice to find it.

Functional, holiday inn express standard

Good hotel, good location.
Spent a weekend at the HI Express hotel. Rooms are smallish and so is the double bed; not a real problem if you're alone. Good bathroom with good water pressure. The breakfast is included and that made the room a good deal. Breakfast is what I would call continental extended. Only hot item is a cooked egg. But it was more than adequate and tasted good.
Kudo's to the cheery and helpful staff.

I stayed 2 nights, hotel was best Holiday Inn I have stayed in, room was large, clean, fresh and quiet. Breakfast, very good - all the hotel staff, tried to make my stay, as enjoyable as possible!

It is the best Holiday Inn Express that I have stayed in. The rooms are larger that others I have seen. The bathroom is very well laid out. Staff very friendly. Location wise very close to Rotterdam Central station and close to the metro.

I Have stayed here several times in the past and always found the staff to be very polite, professional and friendly. The rooms are very good for the price. If you are travelling on business or an a low budget, I highly recommend this hotel.
