Overall pretty good. Only complaint is that the pool wasn't usable and that room service was not available during lunch time. Good view from 2nd floor room

The coustomer service was great. The rooms were nice but could use a bit of tlc. Overall my stay was great at the bed was very nice to sleep on.

The staff were exceptional! They couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. The hotel was okay but had a stuffy smell. The decor was nice and room was very clean.

Very nice hotel! Friendly staff and clean rooms. We had a request for two cribs since the team was traveling with two toddlers under two. When we arrived they had already been set up and placed in the hotel room. The house keeping also left two little Andes mints with a thank you note after cleaning our rooms. So kind. Great place to stay!

The staff at the hotel is wonderful. They bent over backwards to help me with anything I needed. I have three stars because the hotel is desperately in need of updating. The rooms and halls haven't been refurbished in years, and there is an unpleasant odor in the hallway. The pool is not open yet. The breakfast was pretty good but not spectacular.

The rooms were great and the water pressure was AMAZING, it felt great to have it beating on my back

I stay in the area frequently but not at this hotel except in a pinch. Rooms can be noisy because of the major road. Bedding is not great but okay. TV omits my favorite news channel. Cuban restaurant is a cool concept, but the food isn't worth it.

We went to see an event at this hotel. It was not an overnight stay thank goodness because I did not like the hotel. My first impression was it was out dated. Than I went to use the bathroom and the toilet was disgusting and filled with urine and poop. The conference center had outdated chairs that hurt all of our backs by the time we left. Not to mention we were all over heated in that very hot room. Would never recommend that Holiday inn.

The hotel I am sure is lovely but the restaurant was a disaster. Our waiter was great, and he only has been working there 3 weeks. Ordered a bottle of California cabernet we got an Argentina cabernet. The food was not good for what we are guessing should be a form of cuban food. The free round of coffee and sambuca and what was supposed to be liquor 43 kind of told us they were sorry for what should have been a better experience. Good try but we will not be coming back.

A microwave would've been nice. But overall, great service.

Not the best holiday in. The breakfast is served in what looks like a middle school lunch room. AC kept shooting out hot air no matter what you did.

I have not stayed at this hotel so I cannot speak to the quality of the rooms, but the service I've received coordinating 20+ rooms for my company has been great. Mark Elms went above and beyond by making a spreadsheet to help me track check in/out and was great with all the updates he provided.

The hotel was nice. I got checked in quickly and the employees were very nice. The room was also clean and in great shape. Getting to the hotel seemed strange as the only entrance was through a few parking lots and an alley.

Service overall was good, however , entrance to hotel was hidden not easily accessible,; outside noise from highway was constant. Staff friendly & courteous, attentive to detail.

I was only there having drinks with some of my friends who were staying there at the Ruby Lounge there. It was an alright bar. It has some of the more common beers, nothing special. The bartender was very friendly.

Had a nice queit night. Enjoyed dinner and a movie in the room and fell asleep in seconds on the king size bed. Would def go back again.

The hallway has a funny smell, my bed was comfortable. The AC is a little old so it did take a while for the room to regulate to the temp we wanted. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. A nice place to stay at if you need a decent room at a decent price.

I have stayed here just last year for a wedding and again a few days ago for a funeral. Loved this hotel because they have lots of free parking and also the beds and pillows are so comfy and cozy. The beds are like 4 star hotels.
Looks like they have replaced the beds with new ones. Had a good night sleep on both visits though.
The only problem is that you have to drive through a shopping mall to get to the hotel and if you missed the exit, you have to turn around to go back.
I would have given it a 4 start on Trip Advisor but it says "Very Good" and it's not very good. It would have been a 3 and a half star.

Very dated. Mildly cool AC. Nobody has corrected the address that Google maps uses, so the directions take you to the back of the building with piles of trash and no Holiday Inn signs to point you in the right direction. (The entrance is along Rte 46)

Excellent value. Beds are SUPER comfortable - better than at home. Smells weird in the hallways. Bath tub needed maintenance - which they promptly fixed after I told them about it. Parking garage ceiling needed repair. Bed quality made up for everything... I would stay again. (Yes, that good!)

Not recommend for business travelers!

When you first enter, the sliding doors don't open well (often doesn't even open half way). Often, there is no one attending the front desk. This hotel caters to foreign tourists and their bus companies. This resulted in several nights of people loud in the hallway late into the night (midnight) and waking up early (5:30 am) allowing their doors to slam. Thr internet is super slow like what you had 20 years with AOL over the phone line. Every page takes between 1 to 2 minutes to load.

The room and the hotel are very outdated. The bathroom had long women's hair in it when I arrived and still had it there the next day after the room cleaners went through. The shower water temperature fluctuates quite frequently. The 27" TV often doesn't work properly with several channels not having volume.

They do provide a standard continental breakfast and decent newspapers. Parking is ample (most people here are in your buses) and even have covered ramp parking.

Overall, my recommendation is to stay somewhere else if you are going to be spending $139 per night for a 5 night stay.

The room was nice and service was good. Though a bit far from New York City, the hotel is a great place to stay at if you're looking for a New York Holiday on a budget.

Clean comfortable hotel. Spacious room. Spent one night there with my kids. The staff was warm and courteous. Great hot breakfast. Were lucky to get a room. The price was more than I had expected. Will go again!

Feeling unwell I checked in here for a night's sleep. Be sure to ask for a courtyard facing room as a busy highway is on the other side. Staff was gracious and accomodating and breakfast the following morning was complimentary and satisfying.

If you're arriving from the west, be aware that you'll have to go through about three parking lots and four turns before you get to the hotel. The surrounding area was a bit run down, but the rooms are nice and the staff is friendly.

I used to work there for 2 months. I was a breakfast server. When you are an employee, you get to eat free breakfast, especially after the breakfast session was over. I quit because I liked my other job little better than this one. However, if you worked at the restaurant, you get to have some tips from the customers.

Accommodation was acceptable, if outdated. Location is atrocious. Lackluster hotel tucked into a ramshackle, soon-to-be-defunct shopping area.

I was an overnight guest along with about 80 other family members as we were attending a wedding in town. The hotel was very clean and the staff courteous. The rooms were up to par with any Holiday Inn I have been to. Parking was also ample. Many shops and restaurants in the vicinity as well.

Everything was pretty great - quiet room, free WiFi, free breakfast, quiet gym. Driveway to the hotel was awkward - like they don't want people to get to it.

I want to let every one know that how good this hotel is. We were there on Aug 7 and 8 of 2014 for two nights. The service was very good. The employees were very polite,
,friendly and helpful. The most important thing is
the people who work in the hotel from the top to the bottom are very honest and
trustable because we left our 4 passports and small box of our jewellery at the time

of check out in the room without noticing it. We left the hotel to another city and the next day when we wanted to get ready to comeback home we realized that our passports and box of jewellery are gone. You can imagine how we were feeling on that moment. We decided to go back to Totowa to the Holiday inn hotel to look for them with considering less then 5% chance that items to be there. After two hours of driving we reached to the hotel. As soon as we asked for the lost items with a very nice smile they told us that why we didn't answer their calls. They has called us more then 20 times and sent us texts as soon as we left the hotel the other day and they found the items in the room. The problem was that they didn't have the right phone number because at the check in time we didn't notice that the last digit of our phone number in their system was not correct and that was the reason that they
could not reach us.
You can't imagine how thankful we were when we saw our passports and box of
jewellery.
Rating this hotel as one of the best hotels that you can find because of their sincere and honest employe is the minimum that we can do
