Best value for your buck. Mini apartments for the price of a room at a hotel. Staff was accommodating and the bed was very clean and comfortable. Would have given 5 stars but there was a faint odor to the place and it could have been cleaned better.

[PROS:] Our suite was clean, spacious, had independently operating climate controlled air conditioning (1 in living room and 1 in Bedroom: Awesome!) Mostly peaceful and serene inside the lodge and the surrounding areas outside. Staff were perfect, never rude or nosy, but very personable and happy to serve. Breakfast was not fancy due to 'Pandemic' but was very complete with high-quality Kirkland brand food items (Costco). Room service never bothered us and checkout was at Noon which is optimal in terms of late checkouts. Also 24 hr. Security/Maintenance guy (just 1) on-site which made us (my wife and I) feel somewhat safe from potential unwanted noise, crime, riff-raff etc....

tab,tab, Ok -- [CONS:] Our suite came equipped with cafeteria odor (because kitchen). We Febreeze'd it up, problem solved. As for privacy and tranquility, we would hear the neighbors' doors thundering shut whenever anyone came or went. I think the door-closer mechanisms could use some minor adjusting for a less violent result i.m.h.o. Also, I would involuntarily hear casual conversation coming from other guestrooms on my way to and from my own room. We definitely enjoyed a somewhat lesser sense of privacy than we'd hoped for. Only other grievance we had was with our KING MATTRESS which was (albeit comfy and in great condition) occupying the space directly on top of '2 pushed-together TWIN-SIZED, and rather squeaky box-springs'. While awake, the bed was not the place to be. Otherwise, we slept soundly enough and would do it again in a heart-beat.

I had three meetings at Homewood Suites for about 10 hours.

The breakfast selections were excellent with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, juices, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and more. Everything was very well prepared. Staff were helpful and bussed the tables and kept the dining room clean, neat, and tidy.

We met in a suite. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Staff was accommodating, helpful, and professional.

A great place to stay with the San Jose International Airport nearby and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I’d encourage you toco rider Homewood Suites for your next visit.

Where do I begin! I stayed here for four weeks on business. The front staff, especially Debbie, was so friendly and helpful! I could honestly go on about how much I appreciate the desk staff meeting my needs, providing transportation, and just being friendly in general. Kitchen staff were so nice and the breakfast was always delicious! Housekeeping was prompt, thorough, and kind! If you are in San Jose for business, this is the place to stay.

I. Would have gave 5 stars but the elevator permit was expired. Loved the room. Loved the bar and social area. Loved the location of the hotel. Overall loved everything but the permit thing is something I would expect from a 2 star motel.

5 star service! we stayed Jul27-30. Receptionists were very accomodating to our needs. They go out of their way to satisfy what our requests. Very professional. Breakfast was great as well and i want to commend JB from the kitchen staff for doing an awesome job. Hes very attentive and pleasant to customers. im from a customer service industry and i can say they delivered 5 star service. Good job to the management, you have a staff that love what they do. Rooms were nice and spacious since its Homewood. But overall 5 stars.

This is a place that gives you 5 star service without the stupid pricing. Quickly, my family checked in to a Full House occupancy. Our room was not satisfactory to our needs. Even with all the front desk had to deal with they made me feel like I was their only customer. You cannot go wrong with this location. It is central to lots and lots that the area has to offer.

Great location, near eBay and PayPal and the San Jose Airport. Staff is extremely friendly and the van will run you anywhere within a 3-mile radius of the hotel. I love the breakfast and the manager happy hour during the week, great touch! Also great food! And great beer!

Nice rooms but quite sub par service. Was made to wait for more than 30 mins beyond official check in time of 3pm on two consecutive occasion. The gym is quite average with no dumbbells at all. Very surprising as I have always had good experience at other Hilton properties.

Conveniently located and the newly renovated suites we're very nice. The staff was friendly and professional. The free breakfast and coffee was good.

Excellent staff: friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. M-Th evenings they have snacks and drinks available. We had potato soup, wings, vegetables, cheese and crackers, lemonade, wines, and beer. I would definitely stay here again.

The place has good nice cozy rooms.. The gym here is a bit light on equipments ... Morning breakfast buffet can be better.... But besides these two points ... This is an awesome place

Access to BART and the 101. Lots of places to eat in the area, best place for Hilton rewards members. I travel a lot and appreciate good dinner recommendations, which the front desk staff actually accomplishes.

Great hotel. Very clean and fresh. Was in town for business so my stay was brief but would be great for a longer stay.

The location is nestled between different businesses in San Jose. Its very quiet, even if it is near the airport. They offer free complementary breakfast everyday and a light dinner Monday through Thursday. They also offer complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport, as well as anywhere else within a three mile radius. The rooms are amazing. They are clean and updated. Inside the room is a minature kitchen equipped with a microwave, full sized refrigerator, stove, kitchen utensils, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, and a full sized sink. The room and living room was separated so it looked like a mini one bedroom apartment with an on-suite. The room had a comfortable king bed, updated flat screen tv's updated drawers, and two night stands, the closet was equipped with an iron, ironing board, laundry basket and hangers. They hotel has laundry machines in the lobby, $1.50 to wash and dry. Overall, the room I stayed at was beautifully put and very clean. The staff was very informative, professional, and very friendly. The front desk manager Regina, was also the person who checked me in, and she was nothing but AMAZING! She was the person who did my check in and very friendly. Because of my great experience, I would recommend to stay here.

We had the one-bedroom king sized suite, it was honestly an amazing room, very modern and classy. It had a full kitchenette, every room was very spacious. It came with free espresso chocolate bars and several white chocolate macadamia nut cookies. The pool area was nice, had heated pool. The free continental breakfast was also killer, plenty of options, from yogurt to cereal, bacon and eggs or sauage links. You name it.

Homewood Suites is conveniently located by the San Jose airport which is 5 minutes away. Free continental breakfast with waffles. The rooms have 2 queen beds, fridge, microwave and stove. Nice play overall. Dennys is about 10 minutes away for a bite to eat as well.

Stay secure in a new place. Complimentary Hot breakfast and dinner . Well maintained rooms with all facilities. Near to offices as well as airport.daily cab facility.additional points that can be used to stay in another hotel..one should experience this literally.. a feel good place..

Hotel was great. Love the remodel and enjoy the room. However the staff had no hospitality. They were very intent on not giving a late check out. They also called our room with more than time to spare to make sure we were checking out. And when checking out we didn’t receive any thank you for choosing their hotel. Or never asked how our stay was, just gave us our receipt. Also thought the pool could have been cleaned out for my family to swim. Overall nice hotel but horrible staff and customer service!

Great staff, extremely accommodating. The heating in our suite stopped working, they fixed the problem quickly and was very apologetic, even gave my kids little gifts for the trouble. We will stay here anytime we are in the area!

Food was spectacular and so was the service. The rooms were ok. I've been to better but these were not bad, we stayed in a deluxe so I wouldn't know but I imagine the are OK. As.for price this was a gift from a friend so I wouldn't know.

This will be our go to place in the Milpitas/San Jose area. Very nice, clean, and comfortable. Staff was great! No reason to look any farther. We will return!

Funny...I drove past this place many times when I lived in San Jose and it never really registered. The room is a very nice suite with a king bed and a decent kitchen and living room. The main lobby was welcoming with a fire in the fireplace. The pool was centrally located...there are at least 5 buildings. Very nice grounds

Nice service. Helpful staff. But the hotel building doesn't have a I closed campus. I felt little safety concern.

It's a nice place. Groups of rooms are separated into several building structures. My room was in the 500-building which is not connected to the main lobby where breakfast and check-in are.

If you have a electric car. Perfect ! With 3 charging stations in this Hotel. What a service, not happen in Canada yet! Hope will soon happen. That will be a good news!

We spent the night here before an early flight out. Hotel is in good condition, beds and pillows were comfy, they have a free shuttle to the airport and free parking. Very convenient!

I very much enjoyed my 3 nights stay at this newly remodeled location. At check in, the lady at the desk was extra sweet to us & I really appreciated it after having had a long, hectic morning. If there are available rooms on my next trip through town I will definitely stay here again.

Easy to find location on Trimble. Fast check in, buildings clearly marked, so finding room at night wasn't an issue. Lots of parking near all buildings, so even with a crowded lot we didn't have to walk far. Clean quiet room, though being close to the basketball could mean lots of echoing noise if it's in use. Quiet wall units that don't hum or rattle loudly. The best part for me was the ability to close the bedroom door, so the fridge, or morning hallway noise, does not permiate bedroom. Standard breakfast of waffles, oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurt, and that homogeneous eggy scramble stuff. Spent no time in pool, but looked clean, well kept and was central to all buildings.

Pros: like living in a small apartment. Bedroom with 2 beds, closet, ceiling fan, TV and AC unit. A second AC unit and TV in the living room. Full kitchen minus oven (including sink, dishwasher, dual stove, and fridge and freezer), including pots, pans, cooking tools, cupboards with cups/ plates/ cutlery for 4. Bathroom and vanity. Small but decent pool and workout room. Complimentary breakfast and wifi. Sofa bed. Lots of lighting. Working fireplace. Mostly pleased with the interior. Great staff, very helpful and nice.
Cons: was oversold, so they asked us if we were ok with going to another hotel for the first night of our 4 night stay, which was fine, but inconvenient after just arriving from DC and being exhausted. Parking is shared with restaurants, so no parking can be found during lunch time. Carbon monoxide detector battery was low, and when they replaced the battery, the new battery was low too. The alarm for it went off 10:30 pm when we were planning to sleep. They decided to take out the batteries overnight and fix it in the morning. Bathtub and sink were clogged when we arrived, but maintenance fixed it up right away when we called.

Tyrone and Joshua the dynamic Duo!! My wife and I Came for a quick stop on our way up to a lake house at clearlake to celebrate my 20th anniversary. As we checked in, Tyrone and Joshua were courteous and extremely friendly, and made us feel so welcomed . As we chatted for a few minutes, I slightly mentioned that we were on a trip celebrating our 20th then went on our way to the room, dropped off our bags and headed out for a bite to eat. When we got back to our room, we found a kind note and a gift from both of them. Hospitality at its finest.

Great place for a professional stay with clean rooms, work area and kitchenette. The taps weren't working at my last stay, but usually they have a happy hour on weeknights with free beer and wine.

My wife and I just did a spur of the moment get out if town trip and ended up here. I don't know why or how but the staff somehow knew we needed some TLC. We ended up with an upgrade on the room and then they comped wine and chocolate. I was completely suprised. Great stay, great staff! The room was spacious, comfortable and clean BTW.

Original 2016: This is my favorite hotel so far in San Jose. It has a fully stocked kitchen with an oven, several tvs, and one of my days I returned to a complimentary milk bottles and cookie on my desk!

Room was clean but could use some repairs on the baseboard in some areas. Convenient location with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Complimentary food and drink is a nice bonus in the evening. Passable breakfast in the morning. Friendly staff. 4 Stars

We needed a place to stay while attending a function at the Convention Center. The staff was great, facility was clean, room was very spacious and bed was very comfortable. Many breakfast items to choose from. Coffee available in the lobby all day.

A goofy layout, with it being very challenging to figure out what entry you should use to get to your room, since all rooms open outdoors. Parking is always a challenge. That being said, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable (isn't that what matters most) and the staff are all extremely helpful.

Such a homey and clean hotel. The breakfast is fresh and hot with a big spacious eating area with wood burning fire place. I wish they wouldn't skip out on a down soft blankets. Always a great stay at the Homewood.

Very nice rooms. I felt like i was at home. The breakfast was decent. My only complaint is there was a scent that I didn't like that seemed to be everywhere. I assume it must be a cleaning product since i noticed it am over.
