Great location with close by transport links. Secure underground parking at a very reasonable rate. The rooms are very nicely done, it only loses a star due to signs of wear in some parts of the room. Breakfast is really good as well. Wouldn't hesitate in returning!

Located in between of 2 shopping centers and in the center of Bicocca area, and there is a lot of restaurants in the area.

Visited in May 2017. This hotel has strategic location and easy to find: nearby bus stop 713, M5 Bignami, and Coop Supermarket; all in 5 min walking distance, on Viale Sarca.

Reception service was average: Some of them didn't understand English well. Room service isn't available: You have to look for somewhere else for dinner or late dinner, and the room also doesn't have any water boiler (it means you couldn't eat instant boiled food as well). Breakfast: Standard European. Milan visit information brochure ran out when I came, and still ran out when I checked out two days later.

If you're looking for comfortable hotel, this hotel is not suitable for you. But if you're looking for a hotel with easy access to amenities around or public transport, this is the recommended hotel for you.

The rooms are cosy and roomy. The furniture and the bed are refined with ambience lights. The shower is excellent. Staff is nice, buffet breakfast is decent. The location is pretty bad, but still there are an underground station and a shopping mall within 10 min walking distance.

The hotel is modern and I particularly like their electronic system and their discrete, mild blue light that doesn't hurt one's eyes in the morning. The breakfast could be improved though, as well as their coffee machines. Also, the windows don't have a very goog noise isolation and it is really loud at late hours.

Where I usually stay for business trips to Bicocca. The rooms are clean and the staff is nice. Breakfast is ok but for the price it's not bad.

Very nice decoration, we had asked for rooms close to each other, they gave us rooms that had shared door insides! It was interesting but it was noisy.
You could hear the sounds of other rooms or salon.

The location is good if you need to stay in the Bicocca area, it's only 3 mins away from the purple metro stop. It is very elegant, the right choice if you are looking for a quiet hotel.

Good stay. Was travelling on business and had a very good and comfortable stay. Conveniently located to mall (with food court) and train station. Staff is friendly and polite. Breakfast is good but nothing wow. Overall worth the money you pay.

Breakfast room gets crowded very fast, and because of a lot of people the staff cannot do miracles. Standard buffet breakfast, nothing fancy, but it gets better when you order at the bar, instead of getting yourself hot drinks from the machine. Sufficiently organised, fast check-in, checkout procedure.
There is a mentioned restaurant, but it is actually a snack bar, with limited choice of ready food to warm up. Decent food, though.
Happy hour is also available.
The location is great because the metro M5 is really close, however there is not much surrounding the hotel. University area is few minutes away, two shopping centres apart, we could not find nice restaurants there, it was industrial area and they are converting it, building a lot of business centres and office spaces. Cannot give 5 stars just for these few things, 4 stars Hotel, 4 star review ;)

Great hotel to stay in Milano. The staff is nice and they speak English perfectly. The hotel is a minute walk from the metro station and super market coop. The hotel provides a private parking for 8 euros per day.
Although the room does not contain a water heater. But a recommended staying in it.

Good value for money, clean and friendly staff. Simple breakfast with limited space. Good for city breaks. Very close to the Metro station but there are no shops nearby. The nearest supermarket is 1.2km away no good food options near by. There is a park and a university not too far.

I recommend you get on the metro and head into Central Milan.

Just to be clear I'm happy with the hotel and the staff, just the location and lack of amenities have affected the number of scores.

A nice and fairly new hotel but there are a few drawbacks: limited options for breakfast, room cleaning didn't refill the shower gel and toilet paper (embarrassing to say), fancy tv behind a mirror but the signal from the remote control didn't go through so you havr to raise your hand every time when you wanted to change channels. Minor things that make a difference.

Nice hotel for a short stop
Choosed this hotel for 1-night stop at Milan. It was conviniently located near metro station, so we decided to go for it. When we came to the property first thing we saw was the reception area full of people trying to check-in. Seriously, there were like 20 or even more came into a bus tour. Whoa, we were waiting terrible 30 minutes until everyone went through. My first impression was that I would never go here again. But, let's assume that bus tours don't go there everyday :)
Thus, after all I think this is a quite nice hotel. Room is silent and well equiped, bed is comfortable and there is a complimentary breakfast. You can leave your luggage in the hotel after check-out, if you still have something to do in Milan before departure.
This hotel is quite far from the city center, so be prepared for ~15 mins Metro ride if you plan to go outside.
P.S. For those who don't know how to turn the TV off, like me - press and hold TV button and then press OFF button (spend kinda 10 minutes to figure it out :)

Nice beds, great shower, 8/10 breakfast. Rooms are not that big. Good air-conditioning in the room and lobby.

Modern and efficient. Good prove performance and easy to get to from north highway.

Rooms were small but modern and clean. There was a reasonable selection of continental breakfast but only light snacks in the evening so best to try done of the local restaurants. Wi-Fi was free and very fast.

Hotel molto bello, camera spaziosa e ben rifinita. Letto comodo. Bagno moderno e funzionale con doccia enorme. Pulizia generale ottima. Unica pecca la TV dietro lo specchio, praticamente invisibile se non creando il buio in camera. Colazione sufficientemente variegata è molto buona.

Good spacious rooms and just 5 mins walk to the the tube station.

Nice hotel, rich breakfast, no free public parking places around the hotel, you have to use private garage for 8€/day. Terribly lifts, there are 3 lufts, but you wait horribly long for a free one!!! Our room didn't have windows which could be opened, just air-conditioning= NOT GOOD! Staff at the bar doesn't speek very good German or English! Very good access to the subway so you can easily reach any place in the city center. Shoppin center arround the corner.

Everything was fine. We have nothing to complain about. Nice and friendly service. Clean and comfortable rooms. If you don't want to pay for direct parking at the hotel, you can park for free in front of it, when you have some luck to find one. Not even 2 minutes to the next metro station (M5) to get to the centre of Milan.

We stayed at this 4 star hotel for almost a week. It offered breakfast buffet (suposed to be like in the pictures) which was included. The buffet was really desapointing, it was far different from what they had on their pictures(menu).There were no waffles or pancakes, nor paninis, no eggs florentine or eggs benedict they only had a type of scrambled eggs which wete not fully cooked the same was with the raw bacon. there were no different types of cheese. We also gave their "aperitivo" a try, for the people who dont know what it is: its like a happy hour that includes an antipasti and pasta buffet all you can eat. Their drinks were not tasty and the buffet was poor. Only 3 typesof bad cheese, olives, jam and a toasts with cheese (not melted) inside.
Our room was nice but the small fridge didnt work. The matress was not confortable for a 4 star hotel. and there was this anoying beeping coming out of the bathroom after showering that did not allow
Us to stay in the room longer because we could hear it even whitj the door closed( the beep stopped normally after a few hours).
I really dont know how they even have 4 stars.

Conveniently located near the end of the M5 metro line, this hotel is modern and offers what is expected from a 4 star hotel. Great breakfast, included in the price of the room. The lifts are very slow, and it is usual to wait for 5 minutes for one to arrive.

It's a bit far off from city center - two minutes from the last Metro station of its line (Bignami) but it's easy and cheap to get there (about 8€ for a 48 hours ticket). The hotel building looks great from the outside, is pretty modern and clean, although the card-door-mechanics mostly only work after a few tries and the breakfast is horrible - not much choice and not very tasty - but that's an Italian problem in general apparently. From the seventh floor (or higher) you have a great view to the north and the Alps, although there is a big abandoned ruin right next to the hotel. There are two big malls nearby - one block to the north and one block to the south - and the large and sunny Parco de Nord for sun baths and walking.

It's a real 4 star hotel, clean as a hotel can be, with very comfortable rooms. The Breakfast is very good and the personal very gentle. The hotel is in a quiet district and has bus and metro station nearby to get you in 30 minutes to the center of Milano and a shopping center with super market and other stores very near. In Value for money it is one of the best option.

I liked the location for the proximity to the metro station. It was nice taking the metro line, the most modern robot / no human driver in the machine/. Impressive interior design of the hotel, friendly staff, abundant breakfast.I recommend the hotel both for business and tourist trips.

Only thing that let this down was the location as was outside of the centre, however the metro was close by and costing €1.50 meant we could get to the centre in no time.
Room was nice and clean, shower had a cool blue light.
Staff were friendly and approachable.
