Bf buffet in Ibis Yanbu have always been good. This is my 2nd time staying here and the bf has further improved with more variety of food (hot and cold). The staff here are very professional and friendly in serving your needs if needed. The restaurant is kept very clean and the ambient is very good. I am very happy dinning here.

A good place to stay in! Whenever I come Yanbu, I prefer to stay at Ibis. They have very friendly staff. It’s worth mentioning the name of Mr. AbdulKarim, who always keeps his smile. It's my one month now that I am staying in this wonderful hotel. Not because it has a fabulous facilities, room and surroundings but because of varieties of cuisine and friendly staff.
It has recently add food delicacies especially during breakfast..

I stayed in Ibis Yanbu as a part of my long deputation for work to Yanbu city. I stayed 400 plus nights in this hotel. It was more like a second home for me. The staff made me feel like it. Everything right from the time i checked in to the time i checked out was taken care with utmost care. I would like to mention the front office staff and also the team who is responsible for Food who was exceptional. My day used to with an awesome breakfast which was handled by Rahul, who became a good friend of mine. I wish the very best to this awesome team and would like to come back in future. You always get more than you expect when you are in IBIS Yanbu. The standard the STAFF set in my mind is much higher for the hotels in same category.

I’ve stayed two times here. In one of my stay they have provided smoking room which was replaced immediately. It is nice and decent hotel. Breakfast is good. Parking as such is not a problem as you can park at the parking lot belonging to hotel in adjacent plot.

Small room but big price. Cheap breakfast. Limited carpark. Not worth the money.

Very small rooms, and poor housekeeping. They had no toiletries, and had to ask for it 6 times after which they provided. Pool was out of service throughout the stay. The kettle was out of order which they fixed 5 minutes before checkout. And highly over priced, as you can get any other 4 star hotel in the region for the same price.

I visit the hotel for dinner with friends and to watch world cup match, but I was really impressed by the professional, kind excellent services, this the best hotel I fell comfort in KSA.

It's a nice budget hotel with necessary amenities that one need. Rooms are a bit small in comparision to others, but it's a good one to stay if you don't havr heavy pockets.

It's a good place to watch football and enjoying hubbly bubbly, nice foods also there!!

Very efficient place to stay at. Ideal for business trips in Yanbu. The pool side is famous for Argeela and sports TV.

Good economic hotel in town. First class service. The staff responds to complaints quickly by resolving them. Food is a bit pricey but upto the mark looking at the standard maintained. Have spent at least 6 months here and never had any issues as such. Recently the AC Unit had stopped working but they replaced it within an hour, also i was offered an option to change the room.

Clean ordinary hotel, the breakfast is very good. the room was small though. The price is a bit expensive.

Stay is ok for business purposes. Breakfast needs to improve. Internet gets disconnected many times.

The staff is very welcoming. The rooms are of average level. Unfortunately, the breakfast experience is very bad in term of variety and ambient. Also, the gym is a total mess.
