It’s a regular hotel with regular amenities and everything but what stood out to me, personally was the staff. Very polite and helpful bunch. My room wasn’t equipped with a kettle, instead a coffee brewer. They instantly got me a kettle upon request. The next thing took me aback, my mini bar was locked. I needed to store some perishables. I explained the same to the guest services and the very polite lady on the other end said she could hook me up with a portable fridge instead. In the next ten minutes or so, a guy showed up with a fridge I’d never call “portable”. It was bigger than my mini bar! I felt touched by the prompt and humane gesture from their side to make their guests very comfortable. Thank you so much to all for everything. 😊

Excellent hotel at the airport. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Several dining and drink options within. Main restaurant serves well prepared and delicious meals. Great for staying a night or two at the airport.

Room was spotless and very comfortable. Had a lovely dinner at the hotel and a great breakfast buffet. Fast and easy check in/out. So convenient to just walk across the breezeway to the airport.

Amazing experience here. We told the front desk that we had a lot of luggage, and they sent down two wonderfully nice employees who brought our luggage from our car up to our room. After that, one of them even went with my dad to the rental car place to turn the car in and took him back to the hotel.
The room is huge and incredibly comfortable. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud!

I have been in Sheraton few times and the stay is just all right.The rooms are clean and spacious in the old wing. The breakfast buffet is vast but I find the staff little less friendly.As hotel is connected to the airport and train station you can spend some time shopping and eating as airport has shopping area with good restaurants and coffee shops.Hotel lobby has Starbucks that’s perfect for me as coffee is must for me to start my day.Reception is generally busy so you will have to wait for a while for your query to be answered.The best thing I love about the hotel is the sauna and jacuzzi, it’s crowded most of the time but it’s worth after a hectic day.In room dining options are limited and delivery takes time.Its an ideal hotel for transit or a night stay.

Conveniently located, but still, poorly situated hotel: crowds, lines in the lobby and reception area.
And often smell of the people being long on the travel in your rooms, linen.
Restaurant is very good, though.
We have ordered crib for our kid and got it. Without any linen. No linen at all! Have being given explanation:
- This is our hotel policy (after some poor kid died by accident). Don't you get your own linen for a kid with you?

Fantastic hotel with a quick walk to the gates. This hotel has some of the best fresh and seasonal fruit. Also, they have great and spacious family rooms. We will be back.

Great location to Frankfurt Airport. Arrived from Melbourne check in staff excellent. Ate at Kick Off Sports Bar. Basic meal good service just what you want after a long flight.
Ladies in Business centre this morning we're very helpful and breakfast beautiful. WIFI access great.

The sheets are very clean and the bathroom is up to standard. Stuff is very helpful and nice. City is not far from the airport and public transport is cheap. Also there is a grocery shop one floor under the hotel's floor. All in all not bad for an airport hotel.

It's a nice hotel and attached to the airport terminal 1. My room had very sparce air conditioning. We had to leave early and they told us there is a breakfast from 3:30 am on. I didn't expect much but I did expect something. They ran out of food quickly and brought a little more. Totally inadequate.

I have been staying there on a business trip. It is perfect for occasions like that. I haven't tried the facilities, but there are plenty of them. The only concerns are the look of the front building, which is mostly irrelevant for most of us, but doesn't give you the look and feel you are staying at a 5* hotel, and the tunnel that leads there from hall C. It's like a hot tube without air. But otherwise highly recommended.

Best location for a quick in and out at the Frankfurt airport. Very close to the terminals easy to locate. Same as most good airport hotels, impersonal but pretty high quality service. Porter also offered specialised service when we required it. Good place.

One of the best hotel experiences I have had in a while. The service was phenomenal. Cigar lounge is a must. Food was good for a hotel. My only criticism is that there should be more attendants at check in.

Talk about convenient, this hotel is perfect if you're planning to use the train, see the city, and fly in or out of the city. It is attached to the airport and the train station's makes the location ideal to be versatile in your travel. The facility is nice and the rooms are well thought out in design and an overall nice place to stay.

First class accommodations! The staff was great and the room was very nice. Extremely convenient to the airport... Walking distance to the terminals. Loved it!

Attached to terminal 1 and very conveniently located. It is tired and could use a freshen up. Sheets do not feel like crisp cotton. Towels are tired. Room was hot despite trying the air conditioning. Pillows are flat. It's fine for one night.

Room is good.but the porter service is not really thoughtful. They got my tip and even asked me to help him lift my own luggage's. And at last,he just left my luggage on the cart when he saw me open the door,then I have to take them off the cart by myself.....

Great location and amenities. Love the rooms and they have a full sized bath tub, which is always welcomed. Easy access to everything, especially the trains and flights, which makes it really convenient. Would stay here again.

The room was old and in need of refurbishing. The bed was comfortable. We wouldn't step on the carpet barefoot, it looked dirty because of its age. There were good quality slippers, and they also provided bathrobes. We were in a suite - the bathroom was too spacey for me: I couldn't reach the trash bin from the toilet. The breakfast was mediocre. The staff was annoying both in the restaurant and in the bar, showing up when we didn't need them and not showing up when we would need them. When we registered for the room it was not ready yet so they promised to call us when it was ready but they did not. When we got back in the late evening to check in it turned out that they forgot to tell us that there was a 30EUR voucher for the restaurant and bar included in our room price. If they would have told us we could have had dinner in the restaurant too...
The building is generally too big. One has to walk minutes to get from one place to the other like to the elevator or to the reception.

Nice hotel, but way overpriced for what they offer. Aditionally to the steep room price, they ask €38 for breakfast per person. Convenient as you can walk to the terminals.

I just wanted to share how kind and wonderful the doormen working this morning were to us. We had four heavy bags and two dogs. They were so nice and helped us so much. They even waited for us to get all checked out and tried to help haggle the prices of our oversized luggage!

I didn’t get their names but they deserve a raise!

Well despite the Hotel having ONLY one handicap room (wheel chair accessible room) and despite that it is pretty far from the elevator and despite that it's too small for 2 people with one of them on his wheel chair I will have to give the Hotel 5 stars not 4..
Best customer service you will ever find in any hotel in Germany. Employees are eager to assist you and help you with any of your needs.. starting from the front desk (Thank you Phillip) , 9 floor lounge (Thank you Alexander or Alex), Customer relations and Mamagment (Thank you Tania) and the bell men in the hotel who didn't mind going with us to the airport to drop off the bags by the flight check in desk.. Thank you to all the team every where in the hotel and thank you all for your service . it is really Outstanding.

Perfectly located between far distance train station on the one side and terminal 1 on the other side. Air conditioning is quiet and not windy. Very big hotel with many possibilities to enjoy the stay. No swimming pool. Executive Lounge is really recommendable.

Good experience. Had a business meeting in the bar area. Service was good, coffee and drinks, as well as the food especially were really good. The food was a surprise. Had a vietnamese chicken sandwich. Brilliant.

The stay was really pleasant! The service from the hotel was really good although there were too many people for them to manage due to the cancelled flight. The staff was friendly and cooperative. The rooms were exceptional and of course very convenient for check in on the rebooked flight due to it being in the Airport.

Fairly utilitarian accommodations but perfectly acceptable for an airport hotel. The location really can't be beat -- just steps away from Terminal 1 and the train station.

The bars on the first floor are comfortable, with a good drink selection and friendly staff.

Front desk is understaffed -- checkout took 20 minutes at 07:30.

Nice ambiance, though the bar had very limited seating. Drinks were quite pricey but well made. The location itself was very convenient, especially close to trains and parking.

Connected to the airpot through walkway for convenience to both airport and both regional and intercity train stations. Quite possibly the best club lounge visited with extended hours of service of grown up drinks and allowed to use status for free drinks in sports bar

When you are coming out of a long flight and want a good meal and rest without any hassle this is the place to be. Expect to pay above average. Its worth it all the way.

Great hotel with very friendly staff. Rooms were clean and up to date. Can not hook up connections to the hdmi port on the tv however.

This is a tatty hotel which does not deserve 4* status. If you're in transit it is very convenient but otherwise there are many better options.
Staff are friendly, but I wouldn't describe this as value for money.

This is a really beautiful place. The rooms are really spacious, the staff is very friendly. The only disappointing thing is that you have to pay extra for WiFi.

We only got to enjoy the Business area of the Hotel for a Convention. Accustics, Service and Seating were great. Only one Star cut off for the horrible Parking Situation at the Hotel and the Airport in general.

Difficult to find car drop-off point, then we had to pay for parking just to bring in our bags before taking car to rental return.
Check-in staff cold and unfriendly, contrary to number of other places we stayed this trip to Germany.
No informal place to get food, at a reasonable price.

The check in process was quite slow, but I found the hotel comfortable and the restaurants pretty decent. Main complaint about my room: no plugs by the bed. Besides this, it gets the job done nicely for an overnight stay.

Nice hotel. Attentive to guest needs. If you are going there from Frankfurt Airport Terminal 2, the airport operates a courtesy shuttle bus to Terminal 1 that you can use. The hotel is then only across the road.

It's a good hotel. Stayed here for a layover and the rooms were pretty nice but the rest of the hotel wasn't anything special. Although it was still a good stay at the hotel!!!

Great snacks/food in the club, short bus ride to terminal 2 to make our American flight back to the US. Very handy we could take the train in and fly out under "one" roof!

Nice Hotel with a lot of rooms. Service is fast and friendly, rooms are nice and quiet. Food is delicious. Beds are comfortable. Hotel is probably closser to the check-in than the check-in to your gate.

Excellent hotel with clean rooms and very "western" feel. There is a restaurant and bar in the lobby (prices are high, but the service and product are great.) They also have a walking bridge straight to the airport.

You belong used to be their motto and it is still true. People arrive there jet-lagged exhausted or whatever and no matter what you pick up the vibe, you belong! It's upbeat and everything is done properly. I have not had a bad experience there in over 30 years of traveling and using the Frankfurt Sheraton Airport hotel as my home base away from home.

Great newly renovated room (3014) and an easy check in once we got off the train from Stuttgart. They took all of our luggage up to the room quickly and even had a cute, free candy "bar" up for a few hours in the evening. The only bummer was that the ice machine on our floor was out of service and we had to call and wait on the phone for while for them to bring some up. Overall very pleasant stay!

Perfect hotel to stay for a night when your next flight on the next day. Clean and modern rooms, good service and friendly stuff.

The triple-paned windows do a good job of insulating you from the noisy airport, and the breakfast buffet is the most impressive I've seen anywhere. The rooms are nicely furnished, and the staff is eager to accommodate any special requests you may have.

Prices are above similar hotels elsewhere, but that's what you pay for staying right inside the airport.

Overnight stay for a morning flight. Very good staff, quick room service, and a quality room. Easily my first choice for next-day flights out of Frankfurt.

A large hotel with spacious lobby, staff are very friendly. Club lounge is spacious and clean, with plenty of choices for breakfast, it is one of the best I have enjoyed using so far. Yet, need to increase a few hotfood choices during evening meal time. The gym needs improvement, and enlarged, one of the machines broke down, and no trackmill. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, much influenced by my use of the lounge.

Service was very pleasant and the hotel looked the part. For professional use, we were disappointed with the wifi being difficult to use and very slow in the rooms, which you also had to pay for. The restaurant served good food, both dinner and breakfast, and is this recommended.

Much better than expected. I wasn't expecting much from an airport hotel but everything was very good. My wife and I were upgraded to a very large suite with SPG platinum. The bed was very comfortable and we did not hear any noise at all from the airport. The club lounge was also very nice.

Rooms were nice and big. Staff was amazing. Surprisingly not too loud considering how close to the airport it is, but the lights from the airport were a bit annoying. Showers were small, and the water temperature wasn't consistent.

Extremely convenient if you have an early flight the next day. You are literally attached to the airport. Noise is not an issue as they seem to have apocalypse level sound proving on their windows.

One thing that took a star off for me is paid wifi, over 10 euros... Come on Sheraton, get with the time.

Very good hotel between airport and train station. Large breakfast buffet, huge selection. Some rooms are still very old (not able to take a shower standing upright) and almost all rooms lack a power outlet near the bed to charge your phone.

Check in was very easy with professional staff. Room was very clean and comfortable with a location making it easy to catch my flight the following morning. The only improvement would be free WiFi access.

Kind of old. Im there almost every month. Bathrooms very old, not dirty, but old. Beds very small. Either two separate beds too small to share, but even the big ones are max queen size...located right at airport, 5 min walk to trains and terminal

The place is not brand new, but still nice and tidy and clean. We were also very delighted when our simple room was upgraded to a suite. If you have to catch a flight before noon and have kids with you, staying over night can be a real life saver!

Wonderful and cleverly designed family room, posh breakfast, friendly staff. We'll definitely stay there again if we need to catch an early flight. Only downer: our room was apparently situated on top of a club and we could hear the music all too well.

My favorite hotel when staying over night on short layovers in frankfurt. The club lounge is great and staff are extremely helpful. The proximity to the airport is very convenient. (Conecteded by walk ways) a great choice if you travel through frankfurt often.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful English speaking customer service. Clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms with microwave, refrigerator, cable T.V., WIFI access and some great views. In room moni-bar available at additional cost. Has several on site restraunt and bar options.

Had an overnight here ready for a flight the next day. This hotel is closer to the airport than the two Hiltons on the Squaire. Very busy check in but the staff seemed to handle it well.

Room was only a standard one, but had a large king size bed. As usual for European hotels, the bed was firm.

The corridors were undergoing some renovation during our stay but there wasn't any noise. Would stay here again due to the location, but the Hilton felt fresher

Located right outside Frankfurt Airport, phenomenal construction ensures that you can always enjoy nights of undisturbed sleep. Access from the airport is great because you can walk over from the terminal without having to brave the cold winter air.

Check-in was easy, though the bellhop was kind of a jerk about the luggage cart. No free Wi-Fi was a big minus. Our shower didn't drain well and the maintenance people responded quickly. The air conditioning was questionably working.

Possibly the most beautiful Sheraton I've ever visited. The room was beautiful and the food was exceptional (if not a bit overpriced). They even had a spa and fitness center with sauna and steam bath! Terrific property!

Hotel close to airport. Directly connected to the terminal for easy access. Still charges for Internet and the Internet you get to pay extra for us slow and spotty, barely 1 mb when they advertise 5 mb/sec when it's not hung up. Cheap of them to charge 9 euro a day and up top of that have it perform poorly.

This is my favorite Sheraton in the world. Especially if you have status, it's great ... so convenient, great staff, great club floor. It's a bit of challenge if you have to arrive by car (especially if you'll return a rental car after checking in) ... but that's the charm of Europe I guess. Great hotel is you're expecting what you get in the US and, also, want the best of European hotels.

Stayed in a Family room the night before an international flight and the room worked out very well for a family of 4, with a king and separate twin beds for the kids. The club room staff were super and the breakfast quality was very good. Afternoon snacks were a bit less appealing when compared to other facilities like the Westin Frankfurt. Super convenient for flights. The biggest pain was the ridiculous Internet policy. As a Platinum member it is comped, but the hotel system only let one device on at a time, and required a unique code you also needed to get from the hotel.
