This hotel is the best!! Their service is amazing and we're so welcomed here. I'm happy that they also provide iron in my room because i really need to keep my clothes unwrinkled before attending every event in Tokyo 👍👍👍 so recommended!

Business hotel , room size is comfortable, better than the average Japanese hotel room which is cramp and small.
A lounge access with simple coffee/ tea/ juice for in house guest at level 14.
Negative is the location from the main train station if u need to travel to city or airport, walk about 10 - 13 mins and cos is summer now, it make the walk more unbearable.

And if you gt luggage, advisable to exit at door A3 for the lift access , if not, u got to carry your luggage cos every other exits are staircases.

My best hotel choice in Tokyo. Very convenient for everything. Good CP.

This is a great hotel, very centrally located. Walking distance to Tokyo Tower, Keio University and the all-important JR Green line.
The hotel is beautiful, with great amenities which now include a fitness room.

So the rooms are small and get hot during the day in summer. There is a lounge where guests can work with some free drinks. No pool. Location is ok, near a subway and train stations. Walk a couple of blocks toward the station and there are plenty of choices for dinner. Wifi can be patchy sometimes. English language tv channel is limited to CNN.

Great Location, Great Facilities and Great Staff. Love this hotel. The room was more spacious than other hotels in Tokyo for the price I paid. They have two breakfast restaurants one opens at 7:00am and the other at 8:00am. The one opens late is cheaper with simple selections but good. The only issue I had with the hotel was the speed of WiFi which was either too slow or disconnected too often. Other than this, overall great hotel. Also there is a bus from Narita airport that goes to the hotel which makes your trip easy.

Only stayed one night but would go back, great location and service make the price completely understandable

Very friendly and helpful staff had our luggage out of the taxi before we even finished paying (and wiped it dry from the rain.) Great location, close to several train lines. Rooms are small but have all the amenities—hair dryer, iron, multiple robes, fancy Japanese toilet, complimentary toiletries, newspaper, etc. They even have a free cell phone for your stay to use on the go. Lounge all has free coffee/tea/water 24-7 and is a nice quiet place to work.

Very good hotel in the center of Tokyo. You are close to Tokyo tower and you have railhead station Akabanebashi from where you can connect to other networks. Tokyo station is 15 mins by taxi. Very helpful staff.

The people who work here are ridiculously helpful. They are so attentive, friendly, professional and their English is amazing. The views from the rooms are incredible and restaurant here is so good. 💚

Well maintained room/bathroom with high quality amenaties. Breakfast of both Japanese and western style buffet is very nice. Not so many choices, but looks like carefully selected and well cooked. Overall very satisfied stay.

Room was a bit small but that's Tokyo for you I suppose. Good standard of cleanliness. Immediate surroundings a bit dull but broader area had one or two points of interest.

Great hotel! The desk staff was curious and kind. The rooms clean and comfortable, and the mini bar was very reasonably priced. I didn't mind buying a bottle of water when the local 7/11 had closed. The breakfast offers some variety, and you can get some American style food. Location is great, with a few reastuants around the block, and having cabs waiting outside is very convenient.

Everything was first class at the Celestine hotel, particularly the breakfast and the atrium where coffee/tea is available on the 14th floor. My thanks to the exceptionally friendly staff.

Great location, very comfortable private lounge for ALL guests with a quiet courtyard, full guestroom amenities, and above all efficient, professional service rendered with much discretion and charm.

The staff were wonderful, available to do what you needed done. Breakfast in cafe is good bargain unless you are a REALLY big eater. Since floors start at 14, your views of the area are fabulous. Very nice area on 14th floor to relax, have a cup of good coffee (or tea if that's your preference). Only downside is that its a little far south, but plenty of options for public transport if you want to go somewhere else to dine. BUT just a few blocks away you can find great, inexpensive restaurants for almost anything you want. Would I go back again...probably.

The staff were amazing! Mai speaks wonderful English was extremely helpful when the airline lost the luggage, and other staff were helpful as well. The rooms were adequate. Good lounge with coffee all day. Good location: close to a subway line and a metro line. Using Mita can get you straight to the airport for 540yen as opposed to 7600yen for a taxi

A great western style hotel with exceptional staff and helpful service. Well appointed rooms with nice touches like international power cord adapters and fully stocked bathroom amenities. There is an excellent lounge style communal area. Breakfast is expensive though. The room rates show very good cost performance for a central Tokyo location . Pro tip - For access to the hotel via the Asakusa Subway (train) Line from Haneda / Narita Airport use exit A8 as there is a lift - otherwise be prepared for many stairs.

My wife and I spent 2 nights last week in a deluxe double, king bed room and we thought the Celestine delivered excellent value and experience in every way. The room was clean, quiet, good size (apparently for Tokyo), in excellent condition and well looked after by the housekeeping staff. Service by everyone we encountered at the hotel was excellent. The wifi was great. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel.

Location was very good relative to central Tokyo and, as we preferred, in a quiet area at night. We flew into Haneda Airport and took one subway line directly to the Minato subway stop, which was a short walk to the hotel. Alternatively, it would have been a relatively short taxi ride....less than 15 miles.

On a next visit to Tokyo we would certainly consider staying at the Celestine and would encourage others to consider it if they are seeking a very good, reasonably priced, understated, quiet, clean and well managed property in a very good location for exploring Tokyo.

This is my fourth time staying here and this hotel never disappoints. The rooms are large for Tokyo and the staff are wonderful. If you want a place in the middle of the city but in a quieter neighborhood, this is the place to stay.

Great hotel with a beautiful lobby and a fantastic view overlooking Tokyo from the 15-17th level rooms. Superb location, minutes away from the Yamanote subway and within walking distance from Zozoji Temple, Tokyo Tower, and the Tsukiji Fish Market. Really enjoyed our stay!

Excellent and clean hotel. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The lounge has free coffee and tea along with some cookies. Rooms are large and clean.

You have an excellent hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and orderly. The 14th-floor lounge is very nice.

What was missing is room service that serves breakfast and late-night snacks. Time should also be extended. I would also cut the price of the mini bar prices 50% or to a more normal price.

Still, these are minor points.

Good Hotel in a good area of Tokyo. The staff is flawless and very friendly. It has great views over the city. Breakfast is great with a selection of Japanese and European Style food.

Great hotel, perfect service, nice rooms. In the 14th floor there is a roof garden with complementary tea round the clock. Choose a deluxe or corner room for spectacular views over the city and the Tokyo Bay.

Nice room with comfortable bed and a great view (15th floor), although not very big as we had two big luggages. Didn't eat there so can't comment much on food and other amenities. Staff's generally friendly as usual in Japan.

Closest JR station is Tamachi which is a reasonably short walk (probably 7-10min), which connects you pretty much to everywhere including Shinjuku, Tokyo, Akibahara (anime/electronics) and a near-by station that takes you to/from Haneda Airport via Mono-rail (very cool ride).

There's also a cool tugged away street with lots of good eateries on the way to Tamachi Station
