I went there for brunch or lunch.. Conrad Seoul is one of my favourite hotels in Seoul.. I have been here before for a drink, but not lunch time. I went on Saturday with a friend, restaurant was very quiet, good workers and lovely food. Fruits were so sweet.

- Beautiful hotel with spacious room + bathroom, large comfy bed and good view of the Han river.
- Breakfast serves quite a number of choices but nothing special in terms of taste.
- Love the toiletries
- It’s connected to the IFC mall and airport bus stop right in front of the door.

Rooms are well kept with some rooms that have large bathroom facility (waterfall shower heads, tubs). The front desk service is excellent, and the concierge will even help you order delivery (if you're like me and can't speak Korean!). Conveniently located in the IFC center, so great options for standard restaurants and also shopping.

The Conrad Seoul is a really nice hotel. This particular Conrad has a more modern feel to it then other Conrad’s that I have stayed. The staff speak very good English and communication is not an issue. Service provided was top notch. Everyone was friendly and attentive to my needs.

I was luckily upgraded to a suite during my stay. The room included two bathrooms a walk in closet and a living room. The tv included an Apple TV and the light control and blinds can be controlled by the counsel by the bed.

The breakfast was quite good. I found the food served at the hotel to be above average. The only draw back is that the hotel is the location. There is a mall close by but you are not close to some of the more happening areas.

A very nice hotel. It was enjoyable and one of the best hotels in Seoul. We had access to the executive lounge and it was very nice. Please be noted that children under 14 can not go to the lounge after 5 (I Think) but on the whole it is an amazing hotel. Nice indoor pool, good views and a very good location since it is connected to the shopping center and is close to a nice park. Thanks for reading my review.

One of my favorite hotels in the world. 37th floor executive lounge has amazingly good service... they have rooms with two queen beds which is nice for a family!

Conrad Seoul is situated in one of the best location, middle of the city with great transportation route. But more than anything, the staffs are very professional and exemplary. We only stay at Conrad whenever we are in Seoul as the rooms, amenities and restaurants and most of all the staffs are the very best.

Sophisticated decor. Helpful and efficient service. Luxurious rooms equipped with comfortable bed, amazing bathroom, fluffy robes and nespresso machine. Beautiful night time views of the river. Really couldn't ask for more.

I was there as a presenter for a Cardiology conference. My whole experience throughout was amazing. The rooms were pristine with a great view of Metropolitan Seoul and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating to my needs. Throughout the conference the hotel staff were very reliable and always provided me with excellent service. Definitely would stay at Conrad again!

This hotel is beyond amazing. The staff were the absolute best and I still can’t believe how spoiled we were the entire time. Views of the Han River are breathtaking and the rooms themselves..just WOW...beautiful. Will definitely stay there again soon

Wonderful hotel for international business visitors to Seoul. The staff is exceptionally polite and knowledgeable, and the concierge in particular should be noted for their ability to arrange anything you require during your stay. Service is top notch. The on site coffee shop, restaurants, and bars are great. The rooms are wonderful, with modern amenities and great bedding. The location is excellent, with easy access to a great mall, business offices, public transit, and highways. All in all, I highly suggest the hotel. You can't go wrong.

Swimming (lap) pool, workout center, and spa is one of the best in Seoul! 🏊👍👍

Probably one of the nicest hotels in Yeoeuido. This an airline crew approved hotel. Everyone loves flying the ICN trip just for this hotel. The gym, sauna, pool and dining facilities is great but can be pricey, even with our airline discount.

Amazing hotel with a great pool with Sauna Stream Room and hot tubs. The noodle bar offers great value Ramen. Views across the river are incredible.

I think the best hotel in Seoul central. All staff is very kindly and helpful. Restaurant have very high class dishes. And wonderful river view. I hope stay again.

Their service is impeccable. Not to mention, it is in a financial district which is perfect for working professionals looking for some semblance of quiet and class. Its also connected to the IFC mall and 9 subway line. I highly recommend. Hands down lounge amenities are far better than the Ritz and J.W. Marriott in Seoul. I look forward to coming back.

Exceptional stay with great, friendly staff. Housekeeping during our stay was absolutely brilliant. I was sick during our stay and they brought up a tray of fruits for us the next morning. Excellence lives here!

Excellent and elegant hotel in the heart of downtown Seoul next to the river. Exceptional customer service, terrific amenities and services, and well-appointed, clean, and luxurious rooms. The bathrooms stand out as having separate showers and tubs with handheld and rainfall heads in the shower stall. Built-in bidet with the toilet is very convenient and fun to use. Great selection of television channels with computer access through the television, USB charging ports, wired and wireless high-speed internet, and an easy to use Touch Screen control center next to the bed for lights, heating, air conditioning, television, privacy, clocks, alarms, and automatic curtain control. Prices are high but if you can manage this is one of the top places to stay in Korea.

Spacious, elegantly furnished room with a nice view.
Other than the IFC Mall, there are no shops or restaurants nearby as the hotel is located in a business district. There are several parks within walking distance including an expansive riverside park.

Nice hotel and good location. Looks new and classy. Connected to mall and subway. Walking distance to Han river. Good service too. Subway is a bit of a walk tho.

Pleasant, professional staff. Rooms clean and well maintained. Breakfast is superb, has exceptional variety of Asian and Western cuisines. While not as centrally located as the Millennium, the IFC Mall is located in the basement and there also is a nice park across the street.

Wonderful service and fantastic city views. The food looked great but cocktail hour and room service food left a lot to be desired. Restaurant food was devine. Alcohol options were great and service desk was prompt with assistance. Everything was really lovely. Only wish the room service food had been yummier.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! The staff were extremely helpful (even to the point of arguing on the phone with a cab driver to get us there). This hotel made the Seoul worth the trip!

Best hotel in Seoul. Stayed here on three of my 5 visits to Seoul and will stay here next times. Amazing welcome services, food is great in downstairs restaurants and in exec lounche. Direct limo bus to ICN for $13 and many other great services.

One of the best hotels my wife and I have ever stayed in. Customer service and room amenities were second to none. The room we were given had a great view of the river and city. The hotel is also right next to a mall, which you will walk through to get to the subway station. Really convenient location for hitting various places in Seoul. I can't wait to stay here again some time in the future!

Hotel is beautiful but lacks practically of service, design, and comfort. Staff was unable to secure a taxi cab and only offered excuses to why it was not available on multiple occasions, asked for room amenities which never arrived, drinks at bar on 37th floor took over 20 minutes, and I was asked room number after paying $16 USD for a beer in order to take glass down to my room. I was given latitude to have a second person my room with king bed, which I have never experienced anywhere in the world as one guest is default setting for reservations (I could understand if it was 3 or 4 people for one bed room), you can't use the closet and bathroom simultaneously due to sliding door, so if one person is changing the other is locked in the bathroom, toilet door is almost impossible to close while using toilet. While staff is polite and courteous, hotel fails to deliver service you would expect from a multiple star hotel high end hotel of its kind. Same beautiful design as most Conrad hotels, but is definitely missing the edge you would expect.

Update: from 2 to 3 stars. Relayed issues to hotel manager with hopes that it will improve service during stay. Manager was receptive and disappointed about difficulties. Indicated she would relay information to respective departments and provided access to special services as an attempt to resolve some of the issues with many apologies.

Last Update: Staff has been super apologetic and consistently trying to accommodate needs and improve service to us since our report to the manager. Would still leave at 3 stars, but service efforts are much better than initially experienced. Certain impracticalities of design still exist, but room feel, look and style is very beautiful.

Final update. Service after the fact made it worth while to update to 4 stars. Staff is very courteous and while there still may be some impracticalities, would recommend this place.

I've spent a lot of time in Seoul and always love staying at the Conrad. Its location is ideally suited and the luxury is turned up to 11. The rooms are fantastic, the views are amazing and the service impeccable.

Probably the nicest hotel in Central Seoul. Has a huge indoor mall and food court attached and also connects to a subway line. Rooms are high tech, immaculate, with views of the river.

37 Bar & Grill is one of the best restaurants I've been in Seoul. Good food, even better staff. Ate their famous Tomahawk, super satisfied. View at night is just perfect. It's a bit pricey place but worth it.

This IS the nicest hotel in Seoul, and I ave stayed at most of them. It is in a great central location with great food and a mall nearby. If you have a chance you should definitely stay here. I once left my ipad there, three months later I came back and it was waiting for me.

If you are staying in the business and government district of Seoul then the best hotel choice is the Conrad hotel without any doubt. The hotel is attached to a shopping centre and moments away from parks and the river which gives you plenty of opportunity to go for a walk. It is also served by two Metro lines so you can get most places without any problems. The rooms are big and airy with lots of lights and a good decor. The executive lounge is very big and has two sections and a very nice and warm fireplace. The lounge has an extensive offering for breakfast, afternoon tea and evening food and drinks. The breakfast in restaurant is fabulous and has both international and Korean food, you also have a great view over the park while having your breakfast. Don't miss trying the pool and the indoor pool when you stay there!

37 Grill and bar has a wonderfully tasteful Champagne brunch. If you think you've tried the best in Seoul.....then you must have been here

Third time I stay. This time for 7 nights. Great experience. Clean, modern, luxurious, good vibes and great service.

Upscale, pricey but service matches the expectations

I was attending a conference so got a price break. My HHonors club membership got me to the 36th floor lounge which has amazing views for breakfast with sunrise, and good discrete but capable staff who remember your name, and are helpful with private orders. The hotel is modern, stylish and directly connected to the IFC mall with good transport options. This place isn't convenient for Gangnam (1h by taxi) so if you have tech meetings in that part of town, this may not be the best option but for me? it worked.

This place is over the top. Service is amazing. The room is very comfortable and spacious. The buffet has pretty much everything you can ask for breakfast.

Awesome! Good amenities, nice wi-fi, incredible breakfeast and, the best of all, a mall just downstairs (sort of) and subway station 500m away. Only bad thing is that the hotel is far from the touristic attractions (it takes from 15min to 1 hour to go to the places of interest).

Great hotel. Cozy room and there's a direct access to the IFC Mall from L1 of the hotel.
The Zest Restaurant has a nice buffet with good selection of foods.
Although the food choices are not that many, most of the ones that are available tastes good.
One thing that I wish were given as a part of standard amenities are the toothbrush and shaving kit. A lot of top hotels didn't give these nowadays and that's quite mind boggling for me.

Luxurious. Large rooms. Get the river view rooms or the larger corner rooms. The staff are excellent. Front desk is very helpful and concierge helped with skiing booking. Called housekeeping for amenities and they come within 15 mins. The airport limousine bus (6030) stops at the lobby. Excellent breakfast buffet. The shower hose broke and the front desk had it fixed quickly.

Stay on one of the executive floors or visit the lounge to enjoy the river view
