The attention is really bad. We ordered an espresso martini and they made it with martini and lemon!!! Also they took one hour to take the order... The quality of the staff training must be really bad.. The outside bar bench was full of spilled drinks and crumbs the whole time we were sat there by the pool. A shame that being such a cool place the quality of the service is so low.

I spent 10 weeks at the hotel and i enjoyed every day. The facilities were amazing. The staff were very warm and friendly. Those charged with taking care of my room, Esther and Eva, were very helpful and friendly.

This would be an ideal hotel for the party animals during the world cup. I wouldn't recommend it for families who are strict about their kids being around smokers (like myself). But great for those who want to smoke hookah on the beach and party at night. I can see it being a popular world cup hotel.

Friendly, helpful staff. Hotel product standard Hilton fayre - clean and well looked after. Has a beach and pool. Cost about QR55 by taxi from Airport. Asking hotel will get to a Limo for QR100. Good views of aircraft departing/arriving at DOH, but you don't hear them - would def stay again

I just have an issue on the lighting and food. Might focus more on the cuisine and this Hotel should get 5 stars from me.

Excellent hotel stay. The room had an unobstructed view of the ocean and the bathtub was positioned to be in your bath while you enjoy the ocean view. It is a few minutes car drive to all the touristic spot or if you don't mind the hike, heat and humidity... it is within hiking distance.

For a branded hotel, the service is not up to standard. seem that managers are play house, like kids. we booked our ifthar, when we walked in , we got a racist attitude when the table was selected (why?), they tried to give us the worst table possible. is our money second class ?. the ambiance was nice, most of the food was Egyptian food (Why ?). the sushi bar and ice cream was great (3 stars only for this). overall a disappointment. Sorry Hilton did not expect this from you

Excellent hotel in Doha. Great views and the beach is terrific. Pool is wonderful and the staff is exemplary. Definitely stay here if you are with a family. The only hotel with better service is the W. Also I couldn't find a prayer room if you are in need of one.

Ballrooms or halls are suitable for both small and large weddings or workshops or other events... staff is helpfull and friendly... neat and tidy...

Excellent service and well maintained hotel throughout.

Staff were readily available to assist upon request and the hotel was very clean and well kept.
The facilities were good but could have had more for young children to make use of.

Best place enjoy your day with friends or loved ones.. the best swimming pool location ever seen in doha. Restaurants & bars are quite delightful and sporty environment.

Very nice hotel, check in was quick and easy and I even got upgraded. The bar was pretty busy and had some decent happy hour specials. The only issue was getting a taxi, I asked the concierge to call one but they said I could just walk out from to the road and flag one down. After about 10 minutes of not seeing a taxi, I started walking and finally came across one about half a mile away.

Room was very nice and had an amazing view. Not too far from the Museum and the market. I would definitely stay here again when in Qatar.

Went to Society Lounge. It's one of my favorite club environments because it's outdoors! They have blankets for you in case the temp runs chili. Music starts too late for my taste. Otherwise, great place.

It's a fantastic place for events and trainings. Leyla is the best sales person I have come across.

Nice place. Good food. Air-con was permanent set to Arctic for 3 days despite 5 maintenance visits. Even when off it was sub polar.

Room is nice and staff are helpful. However there were parties organized outside which caused noise in the room in till late. Bar is ok. Beach was in the shade of the building in afternoon. Buffet is very nice.

Brilliant hotel. Very beautiful lobby. The pool is really amazing . It is temperature controlled. Very close to the pool lies the beach. It is a nice place to lay when you are tired.
The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is very nice. Though the doors don't have locks so I wish that they get locks soon.
The service is brilliant and ready to provide you with anything at any odd time.
The hotel is really close to the City Central( mall), and other important places.
We as a family had a great experience at Hilton Doha.

Very nice hotel with all the amenities you might need. Food was 4 stars, as well as the general cleanliness of the rooms. Our 4 night stay was only bothered once by the extremely loud music that could be easily heard up at floor 20, which came from the hotels own disco/lounge. You would think they soundproof something so loud but oh well. It is also sea side with a quaint beach. It was a luxury hotel, but not so much as Sheraton or Four Seasons, which leave Hilton so far behind that it is not even funny.. Oh and by the way, for the first timers visiting Gulf countries, shut off your airconditioner immediately unless you want to end up being sick on your visit. Let the room heat up and then pick a reasonable temperature to cool it to. 16°C is not that temperature.

Best place to stay and relax. Friendly staffs. Panoramic suite is the best. Surely be back here.. hope to reduce the price ..

Great location for ease of access to the finance district. Has a beach, pool, great bars and easy walk to the cornich. Fabulous views across the city really helpful friendly staff. Accomodation great value, but beer and food Qatar prices.

Good hotel with nice beach front ,pool and gym the staff are very friendly and the rooms prices are reasonable however can be maintained better when it comes to general building maintenance and quality

Rating a day-pass at thr pool /beach. Not the cleanest or the best maintained pool. The was dirt and grease all around the edges and the "infinity pool doesnt look like one. The sea is also murky and green (not the hotel's fault).

Hotel is nice. Had some trouble with my room, had musty smell. Had a King, upgraded me to a musty executive then moved me to a room with two fulls. They did correct the problem but I ended up with less than I booked. Pay close attention to your rate, mine was dynamic and it wasn't made overtly clear on the Hilton site. When I checked out the rate was even higher than I booked but they corrected that too after I requested it fixed. The breakfast is fine, executive lounge very nice, staff is friendly. Near the City Center Mall which is a plus. Food at the hotel is pricey. Valet parking is easy. Security at the door is security theater but I felt 100% safe, mainly because Doha is safe. Never tried the clubs but that is for a different crowd than me. Would I book again? The faults were big ones but they did fix it after I asked...so Yes.

Magnificent room, with a unforgettable view.. amazing to fall asleep with this viem and wake up, with it.. the beach is small, and the water green.. but is still beach and i live beach. You have chairs to liedown everywhere beach, near the swimming pool, on the lounge zone .. the swimming pool was crowded and the water not clear .

oh I love this #HiltonHotel especially their restaurant the #MawasemRestaurnat wide variety of foods to choose and very friendly staffs.

Great hotel with an amazing spa and pool/beach. Trader Vic's isn't t all that great and the live music is extremely loud. The breakfast isn't too bad but it's usually busy so the staff is slow to come by. The executive lounge has a nice view and its staff is friendly.

Very nice place, specially the Trader's Vicks which is awesome and has the best cocktails in town and great food.

Nice hotel. Timely service. The executive rooms are big and simple in design.

Spent the night in the bar - had live music but sound was way too loud. Couldn't hear anything my friends were saying - couldn't really hear anything for the next 30 mins after I left!

Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds and wonderful food. However, be warned; the hotel operates a club most nights, and the music at night can keep people awake as high up as the 16th floor if you're on that side - on the 3rd floor, the music is almost intolerable at night.

They have a very cool Lounge is worth going to it over the weekend, but the drinks somewhat expensive , it's open area they close at 2 am

It looked fine. But noisy because of the club. If you have a family i don't recommend staying here because at night the hotel attracts a certain type of crowd. But overall not bad.

Usually Hilton is know for good food. We had a big corporate event with Family and the food was so bad and late and missed a lot of people left without having dinner. Such an embarrassment for the event organizers.

I enjoy working at Society Lounge. The whole team are super friendly and we work like a family.

Nice, professional and friendly staffs. Decent hotel with reasonable rate. However, the room I stayed smelled badly due to sewer gas from toilet. Not sure about other rooms, but hope this problem would be resolved next time.
