The staff at the hotel is excellent. The rooms were very nice and spacious. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a great assortment of Columbian food, the arepas con huevo was awesome. The on-site restaurant also serves great lunch and dinner, specially the arroz de coco and mojara frita. The crab soup was also very good as was there churrasco. They also serve the Bogota Beer Company craft beer, which is great.

I love it... The sad part it's that little pool... I thought was the kids one! And they have plenty space to do a bigger one!.....

This hotel was very nice. The hotel had WiFi, hot shower water, clean rooms and very pleasant staff. We had even left our charger behind and they kept I.T safe for us and we were able to pick I.T up before going to our next location. The restaurant was very delicious, I recommend having a meal there- the breakfast buffet even had made to order egg dishes. This hotel is beachfront and provides towels to those guests who want to stay on the beach. They even have grass section right before the beach for you to lounge if you prefer that. The pool was nice and had a bar for drinks. I.T is about a 7 minute drive outside of the old city and about 20 from the airport. Ideal place for visiting cartegena, however I.T is detached from the action happening in the old city.

Typical tourist hotel. Private part on a beach but all salespeople approach you. So not really tranquille. Small pool. Reception staff not all too friendly. Reception chef not at all.

Modern and clean hotel you would expect from tje brand. Close to beach and downtown. Not much restaurants nearby however.

The hotel is excellently located almost outside town and very close to the airport, the sights in Cartagena are relatively nearby. The breakfast was awesome we had a good variety and everything was very tasty. The service was over the top everybody knew what they were doing and they would do anything to please their guests. If there's anything off about the hotel it could be the parking which was not enough for the crowds that were there for Carnival season. The pool was okay if a bit small but the beach was excellent.

The pool zone is a bit smaller than expexted. Overall great place to be in your vacations.

Service is good but hotel very basic

A nice new hotel. It is about 10-12 min taxi ride to the walled city. We paid about 12000 to 15000 pesos each way from our hotel to everywhere we wanted to go. Use uber to save money. I think they maybe changing their name because there was no signage out front. The lagoon view is nice and not as expensive as the beach view. The breakfast is good, not traditional American breakfast, but good and changes every day. The pool is nice and the staff is great. Don't use the taxi service at the hotel they overcharge. The shower is see through, great for couples ; )

the room was very comfortable and the view is amazing. we have a balcony that oversees a beautiful pool (that we can't use) and the beach. the shower and bathroom are clean and the staff here is very friendly.

the pool that we do have access to is nice, there are lounge chairs and a bar, a spa located below the pool, and access to the beach. We got a couples massage and facials for a reasonable price, and the service was excellent!

the food at the blue lounge is actually really good, we ate there on the first day and we were happy. the breakfast buffet has a healthy choice of fresh fruit, cereals, an assortment of breads, eggs, and some other stuff. if you can, avoid the juices, as they're not fresh and have a weird flavour to them. if you're poolside and get hungry, they have a specific menu that is food from the grill. i recommend you try this, as it's decent cuts of meat, served with grilled plantain and a baked potato with sour cream. if you want a streak prepared medium, as for it medium-rare, as they tend to overcook the steaks.

there's nowhere in the hotel to get a bottle of water. in the room, they'll charge you way too much, so i recommend you go to the building next door, on the other side of the epic morros, and visit the farmacia inglesa. they sell stuff there at a reasonable price.

Good hotel, with access to the beach, pool and good facilities. It's 25 min far from downtown.

Ate dinner and lunch here several times. Great food and drinks. Nice air conditioning and beautiful setting.

Great apartments good veiw, has privet pool and acces to the sea, in the beach it has a lot of sellers but its manageble.

Good price for what's offered, excellent service. the beach is not the greatest, but a really enjoyable place.

Great hotel.

Went to eat in the restaurant. Very fancy, food did not suit the atmosphere, but the prices did.
Foods not to bad, would eat it again, just needs more colour.
Everything was very yellow greasy looking, but was not greasy.
Ordered snapper fish on ratatouille, it's not ratatouille just mixed vegetables. Snapper was perfect.
Tuna sandwich was also good, but lacks visual appeal, very bland looking.
Club sandwich was also good, but again very bland looking.
Crêpe with banana, strawberry, Nutella was OK. Pastry was undercooked soggy. That's was my only real negative.
