Oh, Hilton, you're a lifesaver. Quiet, accommodating, quality, and partially inclusive!! Breakfast is great! The evening social is great! The saltwater pool is great!

Was expecting the standing reputation for this chain to hold up. It did not. Was told to provide cc as THAT is their policy. I prefer cash over card and so I inquired and asked what would happen if no didn't have a credit card.....the young man said we wouldn't give you a room. The room was tolerable although had only a shower versus the shower/tub combo thanks the normal. And the toilet lid was "glued" back together with calking ........

Great location by the highway. Several restaurants right there. Staff was very friendly, breakfast bar was great and rooms were very very clean and spacious.

Nice hotel with good location. Having serious trouble with A/C in bedroom but other than that good stay. Most of staff has been excellent except for one guy who wants to argue and not take responsibility for helping a guest.

Very courteous staff. The meeting room was a good size for our needs. It was a bit of a walk around to the public restrooms though.

When we checked in I amde a mistake and booked for the wrong night. They were incredibly helpful and kind and helped me get my reservation changed even though I was moving it to a busier date. They told us we had to take a room downgrade, which we were fine with considering the circumstances.. but wow, the quality of the room was still A++! We were genuinely surprised that it was their cheapest size/style room. Staff was quick and helpful when we lost a room key, overall literally no complaints. Definitely plan on staying here again.

This is a very nice place to stay. It is very close to shopping, restaurants, a cinema, and even a park. The work out room was nice. My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool although I thought it was kind of small and plain, but still nice. The complementary breakfast had something for all of the family and it was nice to sit around the fireplace while we ate. The on site store is kind of pricey but it is definitely convenient for a quick snack or drink.

The hotel delivers everything you'd expect from a hotel at this level. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Helpful, professional staff.

Everything was great until I tried to get a water from the overnight desk lady. Gave me an attitude and refused to give me one. I am a diamond member and I was staying all week. Is a water really worth losing a loyal customer???

The rooms we're very clean and nice. There's a nice pool and basketball court. However, the staff was rude and not in a joyful mood at all. And the water was, slimy. It was very disgusting trying to wash my hands and take a shower in this. If you're antisocial and don't take showers, you'll be fine.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. We stayed here during a volleyball tournament. I really like the digital key feature that is on their app. We stayed in a studio with a king sized bed and pull out couch. I liked the full kitchen. We used the fridge to keep our drinks cool overnight. The hotel was kind enough to serve cold items before 7am on Saturday morning because we had to be at the volleyball club by 7am. That kind gesture allowed our team to grab and go quickly. This location is convenient to the highway, nearby restaurants, and Positively Charged Volleyball Club. We will stay here again if we have another tournament there.

I enjoyed my stay at Homewood Suites. The room was great, modern and clean. I loved that they had so many outlets and usb ports for charging devices. The hotel is located in a great location with a lot of places to eat and things to do near by. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in town.

Very clean hotel only complaint with the cleanliness is the outside entrance by the basketball court is just literally covered in bird feces and there was no way not track it inside, this needs to be a area cleaned twice a day. Our curtains did not close all the way to blackout the room but i did notice when we stayed before if you are facing the parking lot they did close all the way. Staff was extremely nice breakfast was always good, the pizza was not a hit with us during the welcome home reception, need more choices in alcoholic beverages but $2.00 for a pitcher of beer was awesome so was the .50 for a glass of wine. Other Hilton’s we have stayed in has a lot more too choose from. Wish they had a hot tub. This is were we have to stay several times a year for work and as i said before staff is always great. I do recommend this hotel they just need to do a few minor tweaks to make it superb!

Stayed here last minute due to snow/ ice storm. Large rooms, frig, big walk-in shower, nice TV, clean, no bedbugs, great staff, AM coffee with vanilla/ hazelnut creamer, and breakfast bar for free. Good wifi. I will come here again! Highly recommend.

Seems like a new hotel. Clean, suite rooms with fully stocked kitchens. Nice breakfast. Coffee all day. They even checked us in and gave us our wedding party favors at 1am hen we arrived.

In fairness to the fitness room problems, i saw a small sign saying the hotel got you free access 24/7 to planet Fitness 5miles up the road. I just prefer on site. I don't need much but this was pathetic. Quiet area with eats and a walmart next door. Good work location.

***in an update, the management actually had the treadmill repaired. So I bumped my rating up to a five as this place had everything I needed for work. It's not a vacation hotel but for what I needed and the staff's courtesy, it's about all I could need. Nice work.

Clean safe and great staff

A few months ago I went here for my birthday and this hotel was absolutely amazing! I booked a suite and it was wonderful! I love the basketball court, indoor pool, and fitness room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though it's far from the city/downtown, I think it was worth it!

Very clean. We stayed in the king size room with kitchen. It was great. The breakfast in the morning was also good. Our kids had a good time staying here and swimming in the pool. Very positive experience.

Best hotel I've stayed at in a long time! Free breakfast and free dinner, with a number of options! Also free beer and wine for happy hour! Staff made you feel like you were family, rooms were immaculate and very spacious. Local dining and shipping close by. 10 min from a huge nature preserve with awesome trails. Stay here if you get the chance!

We had an amazing stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved how close we were to everything. Room was super clean, nice, and kitcken was fully stocked on utensils.

Smoking room and you can not open a window for fresh air, a screw can be inserted into track so widow will open only a few inches like in other hotels. Breakfast was the worst I have ever had at a Hilton and we stay in Hiltons several times a year, this weekend alone we will be staying in 3 different ones. Please make changes in the breakfast either how it's prepared or what is served. We have to use this hotel several times a year because of work. If it wasn't for those two things I would have given you 5 stars

I stayed in a King sized suite, amazing. Staff was great, room was beautiful and so comfortable.

Service was great, staff very helpful. Rooms are always clean and well designed. My daughter had fun swimming in the pool and they had basketball as well! Close to the highway.

We loved our room, our stay was wonderful. Everything was above and beyond our expectations. We had an outstanding complimentary breakfast, which was a great way to start the day. We definitely took advantage of the indoor pool and wish we would had a little more time to enjoy the fitness facilities. Hopefully on the next trip, because we WILL be Returning for another visit.

The homewood suites staff was very helpful and kind . We had pets and we needed extra pillows and blankets for people and they helped right away. Great stay

The room was really nice, had a living room and a bedroom w/ bathroom. There was a joining room. (Optional, we did not get.) The food was free and good. The warm pool was nice as well. Glad that I was at this hotel.

He seemingly new hotel with modern amenities, HDTV, good water pressure, and friendly staff. As always, a good Homewood experience!

This was probably one of the most enjoyable hotel stays I've had in a very long time. Every aspect of my visit was excellent...from check in to check out. The room was extremely clean and comfortable, the bed was amazing and the staff was awesome. Definitely be sure to check out their "happy hour" if you are traveling Monday thur Thursday. If ever back in the area I will definitely book my stay here.

Fantastic facility. Great amenities. Room was spacious and well outfitted. The only issue was parking.

Set up a reservation several months ago. At last minute I had to add a night and called but was not available. Too bad. So I happened to look online and there were several rooms available. It also turned out that even though I had two consecutive nights booked, I had to recheck in the second day. Seems the stupid reservation system does not work.

Otherwise a nice new facility. Rooms were fine. Large with kitchenette, couch, dining table. Bed was comfy but small. Ceiling fan a plus.

Just off the highway and near a target and some fast foodie type restaurants.

Fantastic place. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The shower was nice, lots of water pressure and warm water. The beds were soft and comfortable. The staff were great. Recommended for sure.

Convenient to my work; well-equipped kitchen ; adjacent to 24h Walmart; breakfast and evening snacks. Pool; limited fitness center supplemented by free access to nearby (requires car) gym.

My dad said currently there for an extended stay due to a housefire. The room is very nice. Large bathroom, full sized fridge. The pool is nice for the kids to swim in when we visit. Would definitely stay there.

Everyone was very helpful. Room was clean. Dinner and breakfast were included. Decent selection not bad for free. Lots of restaurants close by if you want something else.

It is the place we always stay when we visit town. Located in a place to easily access entire east side of Cincinnati. Clean rooms and very nice, helpful staff. Definitely worth the extra money you pay for the amenities.

I have stayed there a few times for business. The hotel is very clean, staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfest and dinner are ok for a buffet.

I stayed here for 6 weeks and this place is awesome!! the staff, from Housekeeping to Managers, are very friendly and willing to help. They will take care of you. They set up a movie night for us, they even took care of people when they knew it was one of our birthdays. The little things they do for you makes me want to give more business to them.
Also they have free breakfast(everyday) and dinner(monday through thursday); If you have any food restrictions you can let them know and they will work with you.

I strongly recommend this place!
