I really enjoyed my stay. The room was modern,spacious, and with every penny. Also the room smelled nice and refreshing when I entered. I would highly consider staying here again if I were back in El Paso.

This was a relatively good stay. Nice sized comfortable room except the bed was too firm for my liking. A full sized refrigerator, stovetop, microwave and dishwasher were a big plus. Free breakfast daily was another positive. The best part of the stay was the genuine desire of the hotel staff to make their customers enjoy their stay. Everyone I came into contact with were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Employees are excellent! You feel so welcome, rooms are clean, they also have a laundromat which makes it easy when traveling.

In the morning I showed up late for breakfast. The staff from the hotel took me back to kitchen and let me pick my own breakfast in spite of it being after hours. I enjoyed my personalized meal and would highly recommend others to stay based upon the personalized and genuinely caring customer experience I had.

VERY clean and all staff are friendly and helpful. Meals are such a plus. Martha in food service is such a dear! Only draw backs were ice machine in the room making noise through the night (dropping ice). Remedied that by turning it off at night. Other was the pillows. Personal preference for sure. Yet, first time could not find a way to make pillows work for me. Overall, would still stay again. Would just pack a travel pillow for me.

An awesome hotel, especially for longer stays. The room was large, clean, and had great amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food offered at Breakfast and dinner were excellent considering they were free. If you don't enjoy what they are offering you have a full fridge in your room, a stove top (no oven) a toaster and a microwave to make what you want. The room also had a sizeable desk, plenty of light and space, I can't really say enough good things.

New feeling facility. Free parking. They serve alcohol and dinner Monday through Thursday and breakfast diaily. Rooms feel clean and spacious. Kitchen-ware is a little thin (staying here for two weeks) but sustainable. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Pool is nice. One negative about the placw, it's next to a highway so it's somewhat noisy and hard (strange and weird merging)

My mother came into town to visit and stayed at this hotel. The breakfast wasn't the greatest, but the rooms were clean and spacious.

The room walls seem to be very thin. I would wake up a few rimes in the night from hearing noises coming from other rooms. Other than that it was great.

Hotel and rooms were neat and clean. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Location was convenient for what my stay required.

Our family loves this place. We have stayed here multiple times and would do so again. The rooms are comfortable with everything you would need. We stayed both for long visits, such as 2 weeks and a short 3 day during Christmas. Aside from the friendly staff, clean rooms and facility, and welcoming extras, such as dinners and a gym the building was also built intelligently placing the pool inside a surrounded courtyard keeping out the wind and sand allowing you to enjoy all the features they provide.

Free breakfast bar had hot items and was kept stocked.

NIce enough hotel, with large suite rooms (duh, since its a homewood SUITES). Currently under remodel in the lobby. My room had been noticeably redone, and the staff said all rooms were done. Nice property, and in the short term you'll get good prices since they are remodeling the lobby not in an awful way, just enough that you'll see people working here and there....

Under renovation. But it was a wonderful stay. No noise or inconvenience. Awesome free breakfast. Good service. Friendly employees. All in all a wonderful hotel. I would recommend it to anyone.

Huge room, we stayed in a King suite with Kitchen, oversized restroom, couch that makes into a bed, big closet dresser, table, and desk. We are a family of 5. This was a great room for our family. Breakfast buffet of the morning. A light dinner is provided in the evening, or you can make your own in the room. This location has a pool and mini golf area. Staff were helpful with local community.

Great place, I stay at allot of homewoods and this ones lacking in the dinner selection. They ussually have some snacks etc.

Just OK for a Homewood Suites. Got a handicap room wthout asking. Ridiculous. Seems old and worn overall. Not up to standard I am used to.

Homewood suites are always a great hotel but you can tell it's in need of a upgrade or a lot of TLC

Usual amenities at homewood a bit disappointed in my room. First part of the room ac wouldn't come on and remote controllor didnt work. Called front desk and they fixed the ac which is great cause it was 106 degrees outside! Overall no major complaints

Awesome friendly staff. When we arrived, there were no more luggage carts. Three staff members came to help me move luggage to the room.

Front desk staff was friendly when I arrived. My room was clean, plenty of space to spread out. I like that the sink and mirror are separate from the toilet and shower. I left before breakfast started in the morning, so I don't know how good that is.

Gave us a great room location. Room was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and never empty. Only downfall was that the dinner served was only salad the night we stayed, and the fixings for the salad were sparse at best. Other homewood suites usually have full meals vs just salad and soup. Overall, great place to stay.

I really liked this hotel. It's new and clean and the beds are very comfortable. I travel 100% of the time in my work and this was one of the nicest experiences I have had. Great service, friendly staff, and the meals were unbelievably good. I can dine anywhere in town expenses paid but chose the convenience and quality of their complementary dinners. As a female alone in El Paso I felt very safe and secure in this hotel and the immediate area. Highly recommend!

The hotel is very clean, serves complimentary FULL breakfast AND dinner. Pool and hot tub; full size comfortable rooms. Had no problems with smells. Free wireless and wired internet.

After six week long stays I can say everything was totally fantastic from check in to departure. Exceptionally clean, private and safe. Staff was superior, not to mention very friendly and extremely responsive to all needs. I loved the huge closet, well lighted vanity, and Five Star linen.
