We had four pretty nice and comfortable overnight stay to this hotel. It is close enough to the historical center of the city and to the port, the rooms were small but modern and clean. The staff was polite, helpful and professional.

The best thing about the hotel is the staff. Very helpful and very friendly from reception to the lady who looked after our room . Rooms are small and adequate with a safe and a balcony but no tea making facilities. Although you can but tea, coffee or wine at the reception. The breakfast is ok but the bread was dry and the fresh fruit was past its best. If you like coffee, it's strong. Definitely recommend.

Now let me start of by saying the service offered here is top notch.. these guys go above and beyond for anything and everything.. room and breakfast are decent. However Hotel location was on back streets and these streets are really narrow so if you plan to hire a car be prepared to drive with a lot of caution. Also at night walking back through the streets felt unsafe but nothing happened.. overall nice hotel would be great for a night stay.

Overall we had a good stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and the receptionists were helpful. Just one request. We booked Freddy tours and they pick up at 8 am. As the breakfast is only served at 8 on Saturday and Sunday, we had a bit of an inconvenience. I kindly request you to pack breakfast for the guests who have booked the tours.

Perfectly acceptable place to stay. Location not great but there is a bus service into town nearby. If driving, be sure to enquirer about separate parking lot close by. Services and amenities all ok.

Lugnt och mysigt hotell. De stora terrasserna är jätte trevliga att sola på. Frukosten är väldigt bra och många små mysiga matställen i närheten.

Nettes kleines Hotel in der Altstadt. Leider ist der Ausblick vom Balkon eher Typ Hinterhof dennoch nicht verkehrt. Das Personal ist sehr sehr nett und das Frühstück auch ordentlich! Zu erwähnen ist noch die zentrale Lage und das idyllische Art Cafe 150m entfernt. Mallorquinische Hinterhof Idylle mit bestem Essen!

Die Bediensteten sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer und Bad in Ordnung und gut. Ein kleiner Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheiten ist sehr schön. Kurze Wege zum Hafen und Zentrum. Frühstück wie üblich in Hotels. Leider Kaffee und Tee aus dem Automaten. Hat mir nicht geschmeckt.

Su ubicación es bastante conflictiva. El Hotel se encuentra entre unos callejones inseguros. Por las noche no os recomiendo salir.
En mí caso, intentaron acceder a mis objetos personales que tenía en la maleta, forzando y averiándome el candado que le puse a la maleta por motivos de seguridad.
No se hicieron cargo de lo ocurrido. La atención que tienen hacia los clientes es demandable y NO FACILITAN A LOS CLIENTE HOJAS DE RECLAMACIONES.

The Hotel location is very conflicting. I do not recommend going out at night.
In my case, they tried to access to my personal suitcase, forcing the padlock. They damaged the padlock that I put to my suitcase for safely
They don't take into account what happened! The attention is punishable, and NOT FACILITATE for the customer CLAIM FORMS.
