This place was perfect in every way. Although I only stayed 1 night it was a great night. Comfortable and clean room, amazing views and great local access to a mall and restaurants. Even with Covid-19, this is an excellent place to stay. Clean and comfortable!

This is the second wedding I've been to at the Marriott North in Indy. It was awesome, and the staff is helpful/super nice! Elegant ballrooms and great view from the back looking over the lake. Absolutely recommended!

This location is amazing! There are beautiful views and the walkway by the lake is amazing! The staff was friendly and extremely helpful catering to our every need. The rooms were spectacular as well. We also had the opportunity to experience their catering services and they did a phenomenal job!

It was a beautiful hotel room until you tried to live in it. Classy and modern, we walked into the hotel and were impressed. But the whole place lacked user friendliness.

It took us several minutes to get into the room because, tech-savvy as I am, I didn't realize that one of our proximity room "keys" was simply coded incorrectly. And when we walked in to this beautiful room, there was no dresser or even a drawer, so we lived out of our suitcases. The room had two queen-sized beds and so would hold four people, but since the sink was in the bathroom, there's no brushing teeth or making coffee if someone's in the glass-doored shower. And speaking of doors: The door between our room and the room next door (to create a suite, I suppose) was so thin that we knew exactly what the couple next door were doing and how much they enjoyed it.

I must add that we did not pay the $22 a piece for the breakfast buffet. If the food tasted as bad as the hotel coffee, we were not interested. I recommend the nearby Cafe Patachou instead.

Still, the staff were unfailingly friendly and the beds were perfectly comfortable and the view was unexpectedly lovely, so I'm not even mad. But a little more thoughtfulness by the interior designer would have made this a place to remember.

It was nice with a great staff. However, the air conditioning was not working properly. If that hadn't been the case, it would have been just about perfect for our needs. Room service for was good.

Very nice hotel. Everyone was very friendly, rooms were well-appointed. Lobby was recently redone and had lots of places to sit and relax.

It loses a star for being a bit too man-centric for me. The art in the bathroom is a macro photo of a tire? And the shower has nowhere to shave your legs. There is one shelf above hip height for me (and I'm 5'7) and no tub. It's very pretty, but very non-functional for most women.

Rooms were clean and immediately ready. Amenities were nice, but there was no fridge. Something kind of weird and unexpected is that the bathroom in our room has no door - there's a sliding door that doesn't seal shut, and the sliding door is made of frosted glass ... There's not a whole lot of privacy there.

Looks really good on the inside, the bed was the best thing going. Don't plan on too long a trip where you want to unpack your bags-THERE ARE NO DRAWERS! There are a couple of shelves but we had to call maid service to dust them first

Nice hotel, rooms near a shopping mall and a lot of restaurants. The on site restaurant is good. Rooms are modern.

Staff if polite and curteous. Rooms are clean and decent size. Bathroom door is a frosted glass sliding barn door, which does not seal when closed, so there isn't much privacy. The view of the lake is nice and there is lots of shopping nearby. The hotel restaurant is overpriced and a little bland. Overall a solid hotel though.

Very nice upscale hotel. Pool and lightly attended restaurant on premises. Comfy bed and pillows. Modern decor. Many dining options nearby within a mile. Shopping seems popular. Easy check in and out. Good breakfast on raceday this year.

Loved my stay here over the memorial weekend holiday. Rooms are updated and quiet. Restaurant was high quality and the bar staff Sally and Harli rocked it. Great service with a smile, in spite of the poor/lack of support from the guy in the suit. Highly recommend this spot.

This is a nice hotel. They have renovated the rooms and lobby the past few years so it is updated and modern looking. I like the new look but feel some things in the room are not functional. For example, they no longer provide a dresser in the room. So I guess the assumption was made that guests want to hang all their clothes. Also the restaurant area can get very loud in the evenings. I stay here occasionally when traveling for work.

Hotel and rooms are very clean and spacious. Room decor is pleasant and comfortable. I love that I can connect to my Netflix account through the TV in the room. Attentive staff. Hotel patrons are not loud. Good coffee.

Attended for a professional conference. Good facilities for groups. Great career lunch.

For a birthday getaway weekend as a present from my wife. This was our base camp. Located 5 min. away from the Keystone mall. The hotel and room were awesome. Best shower I have had in a hotel room. Only bad part was the mattress was horrible and left me and my wife feeling like we got ran over by a herd of buffalo by the time the weekend was up. Would have been 5 stars if the mattress didn't kill us.

I attend events at this location semi regularly. The catering and professional demeanor of the staff has always been consistent and above average. This is a good place.

Everything you would expect from a Marriott. The staff was exceptional and the rooms comfortable. I would probably try out some of the other properties in the area if ever in area; but not because I didn't find this a fine hotel.

Stayed here back in September for an event I was attending in Zionsville. Beautiful newly renovated rooms, friendly staff, and just a great stay! If and when I come back to Indy, I'll stay here because it's worth the drive from the airport!

Nice hotel. The rooms are updated and comfortable but they tend to be noisy. It would be nice if WiFi was included, but overall a nice place to stay.

Hotel looks nice, staff is nice. Rooms are cheap with weird design. Sliding glass door or close off access to the bathroom, not helpful with noise reduction. Shower door opens when supposed to be closed do to failed installation.
Overall a very noisy hotel. You hear everything! Other guests talking, walking, flushing their toilet, etc.

This is a huge pet peeve of mine. Hotels should be build to be quiet, I dont appreciate being woken up by every passing person and those who are awake in their own room.

Will not stay here again.

Rooms are nice and modern. The staff is very kind and friendly. The front desk staff actually remembered my name! Parking lot is big, but still can be hard to find parking of an event is going on at the same time.

I attended a conference here which was catered and it was wonderful. The food was great, and the wait staff were professional and super courteous.

Newly renovated lobby, lounge and restaurant area is fabulous. One of the best all you can eat brunches including omelette station. Excellent service, very welcoming.

We attended the Brothers United World AIDS Day gala. The food, the service, and the event space were excellent. Beautiful interior, plenty of space, and with eas of access to both amenities in the hotel and outside in the region. Definitely recommend their space for a business or social event.

The staff was helpful and speedy in setting up rooms and lunch. I had a wonderful time.

The lobby was very clean and very nice. The room was ok and clean. It was a nice room, but things that I'd expect in a room (mini fridge, microwave, etc) weren't included. The plugs by the bed stand were loose. They worked, but the plug could (and would) fall out at any second. For the purpose of the business trip I was on, the hotel was fine.

We held our company staff meeting here. The staff was great, the lunch was good. This was our second year here and I hope we get to go back next year

Nice hotel, very friendly staff. Our only problem was with some badly behaving kids at the indoor pool. About 20 kids in the pool with no adult supervision, throwing balls everywhere, hitting people, and being very loud. Made it miserable for our two younger kids. Hotel staff needs to do a better job of keeping an eye on the pool area and actually enforcing the rules.

Stayed over night with granddaughter after a trip to American girl doll store. Picked this hotel for rate and proximity to the store Checked in early and they were very accommodating. Room was newly remodeled, clean. Bathroom was very nice. No free breakfast but we knew that going in. Pool area was very clean and our granddaughter loved it. Overall great experience would definitely stay again.

Here for a lacrosse tournament and our stay was nice. The room was clean, modern, and had a tranquil water view. The people were nice, helpful, and friendly. The breakfast buffet/omelet bar was good. If we are staying in the area we will be doing so back at this hotel.

The updated rooms look great. The sliding glass door that doubles between the bathroom and closet is a little odd, but the bathroom itself has a very modern feel with the lighting behind the mirror. The bed was very comfortable as well. The walls seemed a little thin though.

My day here was fantastic. The room was beautiful and some had a balcony with a stunning view. Breakfast was also very good. Overall, a great place to stay.

Friendly and attentive staff, excellent catering, stylish meeting tech and furniture, easy parking and access. Beautiful, contemporary interior decor and bright, open concept architecture.
Plus, enough space to find a quiet place to go hide if it is necessary to take a phone call.

I went to the Marriott North for a professional training event, and the staff and facilities were fantastic! The conference area was very upscale and professional, while the catering and facilities staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The bathrooms were very luxurious, and the light lunch was delicious! I would recommend the Marriott North to any professional looking to host a training event or conference!

Excellent service! The newly renovated room was gorgeous.... the only disappointment was that there was no refrigerator in the room. Overall we had a fabulous stay!

The staff was nice but when we check in we didn't get something that we needed but they got it to use in the end also the pool only goes to 4-5 feet deep

The staff that handled our conference was fabulous. They were extremely professional and very good at their jobs. All of our needs were met. The food was PHENOMENAL! The building was very well kept. The bathroom was always clean and well stocked with clean towels. The only negative comment would be that the conference room was quite cold at times.

We hold meetings here several times a year. Always friendly staff and good food. They are currently finishing a renovation. Rooms are new. They have expanded and updated the common areas and restaurant.

The location is very north of the city and is right off the internet state so you do get a bit of traffic noise from the highway. But the junior suites are nice. It is a north/south facing property so they are no east facing rooms for optimum natural light.

We had a catered conference. The food was exquisite and service on top of things. There was parking available and enough bathrooms with clean towels.

I have attended around ten conferences here. The rooms are beautiful and the service during dining is astounding. Never have I been to such a fine hotel. Lovely!

The Indianapolis Marriott North has friendly prompt service. The staff are happy to cater to your needs and friendly. They also go above and beyond to assist the customer. The place is clean despite current renovations.

Great staff. They treat you with incredible respect and make you feel like you are a penthouse guest. The entire place got renovated and the new rooms are superb!

We went for a work party. The party itself was nice but the facilities were dirty and freezing. I couldn't take my coat off all night. The bathrooms were disgusting and didn't have any hand towels or toilet paper until we told the front desk.

Plenty of rooms for breakout sessions, and the main room is good for a keynote. The service was also great, and the food was delicious. I would recommend for any small to mid sized conference.

Stayed there for interview at close by firm. Amazing, comfortable bed. Very modern and beautiful bathroom and shower. Didn't get to try the breakfast, but heard from others that it was amazing. 5 star experience.

We celebrated a friend's wedding at the Indianapolis Marriott and the accommodation were great. The ballrooms were gorgeous, and the staff were awesome. Great job all around

The facilities are top notch (reception halls, pool, gym and restaurant.)

The room left a little to be desired. It just seemed unfinished. No pictures/paintings on walls, no light in front hallway, no towel racks in bathroom.

The rainfall shower was amazing, the bed was comfortable, and the rooms didn't have overly thin walls.

Stayed for a work conference. Very nice lobby. Excellent service. The room was spacious and clean. There was some wallpaper pealing off the wall in my rm. 420. That was what prevented a 5 star review. The bathroom was huge!

Hotel was nice and new, but the lack of included breakfast is a downside. Luckily, the near by cafe patachou has awesome breakfast!

Heating and cooling system could use cleaning, the air was too dry and full of allergens, which was also a negative.

Clean upscale hotel that is going down fast. It's getting kinda dingy looking (inside and out). Ceiling cracks with evidence of water leaks from the above floor. The walls need a fresh coat of paint. Bathroom tiles are cracking and loose. This whole place needs an "overhaul".
I have to pay for Wi-Fi? Seriously? I get it free at Tim Horton's with a cup of coffee, but you want to charge me $12.95? The middle finger salvo is high in the air!!
There is some good news! The beds are very comfortable and the staff is excellent! Regardless of the ceiling stains, the room was spotless.

It wouldn't take much to make this a solid "5 Star" hotel, but until the executives at Marriott fix it up, I would bargain for a $100.00 per night price point and demand free Wi-Fi!!
