Fabulous hotel and it is very central. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Very convenient for the center of Stockholm, the boats to the islands, the parks and all the major points of interest.

Overall a good deal. I was assigned the smallest room on the floor (according to evacuation plan), it is tiny and sometimes frustratingly complicated to move around;(.
Kudos: very friendly and helpful staff, convenient central location, and terrific breakfast buffet with many local and some international specialties. The fitness and spa area is very well equipped for a hotel gym, and I would come back just for that.

Not a 4 star hotel, it's a 3 star hotel at best. Rooms are a bit tired, in need of a refurb. The bar doesn't accept cash, you cant charge anything to you room. No safe in the rooms for your passport / cash or other valuables. Breakfast was ok, this was the best part of my experience at this hotel.

A good hotel close to the city center, not as exquisite as we expected for 4 stars but it didn't disappoint. Good breakfast, laid back staff, overall good ambiance and live music in the lobby one evening.

Great value for the money and location - dead center in the city with walking distance everywhere. Good breakfast, but do go to the bar for a proper coffee, an americano or latte, as it's included during breakfast. There's live jazz on Thursdays in the restaurant and a lot of non guest come as well. And if you like to work out the gym is among the best I've seen at a hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Service has been amazing. Feel very "at home". Restaurant downstairs has a steak and frite that is divine.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Stockholm near the waterfront. Modern. Rooms a bit on the small side but have all the basics (minibar, coffee/tea making facilities, TV, wi-fi etc) .
Nice breakfast rooms and restaurant. Staff helpful and friendly and thankfully speak English. Breakfast had good range of hot and cold buffet. Bar with live music on Thursdays. BUT BEWARE.....THIS IS A CASHLESS HOTEL SO EVERYTHING HAD TO BE PAID FOR BY CARD. In fact most of the city was cashless so you could end up with a larger than expected credit card bill when you return home. Recommended.Would stay there again.

Excellent place, I loved the books and the breakfast. If you don't know Stockholm this is the perfect place to stay because it's near the city center and a Subway station.

The hotel is comfortable and well-located but the customer service is not great. In my case I was assured at check-out (as on previous occasions) that a receipt would be emailed to me. This time it didn't happen, and despite messaging the hotel via their web site and by direct email, I have received no reply (and no receipt). This is not good when expenses have to be reclaimed... I won't be staying here again.

The staff were a little rude and the twin room was small. Sharing a room with a colleague when the beds were close enough to cuddle was a little disconcerting. There were no English channels on the TV, the dinner wasn't very appealing and there was no guidance or assistance at breakfast. The bed however was comfortable and breakfast was very nice with a variety of choices.

Lovely hotel. Quiet, homely room, even though 9t was facing the street. I loved the library theme, with bookshelves throughout the hotel, including my room. Located a couple of blocks from the T-bana so easy to get to. Friendly staff and a nice Swedish breakfast too. Would have liked to have used the sauna and gym but my stay wasn't long enough!

Great hotel, very good food, good wine list. Staff are very friendly and most rooms have a neat selection of books for reading. There are also a number of meeting rooms on site. Subway is just 100m or so away.

Definitely one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The hotel has a classy decorated interior and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet (that is included) offers a great variety of foods. The rooms may be a bit small but are clean and well equipped. The Wi-Fi has a great range and the Mornington Hotel contains a healthclub.

Stylish rooms filled with loads of books. Most important of all, its very clean and the breakfast is superb!

Really great stay at this very stylish and modern hotel. The location is perfect for a short trip to Stockholm. You can reach everything within minutes by walk.
The breakfast could be a bit better and more swedish.

Overall, we had a pleasant 2 night stay at the Morning on Hotel and would stay there again if visiting Stockholm in the future. Pros: The hotel lobby is bright and inviting. Provided breakfast was excellent, with a wide array of food and beverage options. Free WiFi, free fitness center. Hotel staff were pleasant and accommodating. Cons: Our room was slightly smaller than expected, but this didn't really affect our experience, as we spent most of our time outside of the room.

Cosy, nice staff, very confortable rooms with good noise insulation and an excellent breakfast. Also good metro and bus connections to other parts of Stockholm. What more can you ask for?

Great breakfast which is free when you stay here and nice quaint rooms. The shower is a bit annoying though to be honest with the water getting all over the floor.

Check in was quick, and they gave a map of the city. Our room wasn't spacious but was well appointed, and the bathroom was gorgeous. Breakfast was great, hot and cold options.

Great location, amazing breakfast, room and both rooms could be a bit cleaner. Checked in time was 3 pm so I had to hang around for a long time to check in.

I checked in on the 23/07/17 and was told I can log into the WiFi with my booking name and email address. I had problems logging in so I went into reception to as the front desk for help. The guy on night duty was so an helpful, I just left and went back into my room.

This guy needs to be retrained in customer service.

Otherwise this is a lovely hotel to stay in, other staff where ok!

Mornington is a very special hotel, between chic and old-fashioned. The room was nice, service was good and effective, nothing special here. Let me come to the breakfast now. Its the best I ever had in a hotel!! There are so many cheese varieties, english breakfast, healthy options like fruit and chia pudding. They have the most delicious pancakes in the whole wide world. They serve it with jam and whipped cream. A delight! They also have hard and soft boiled eggs. Its not the masses of food that is so impressing but the lovely presentation of varieties of food. This is the best attitute you can have as a hotel.

Great location and good value for money. Our room was a bit small but was well equipped. We even had a balcony. The breakfast was good as well.

Neat rooms, perfect breakfast, millions of books and you reach the centre of Stockholm easily by foot. Totally recommend it

Our room on the second floor was quite small. The toilet wasn't cleaned properly. The beds were very comfortable.
The breakfast was good, many different types of food. But due to many guests, it was quite loud.
The Hotel is located perfectly, you can walk to the Royal castle!

Lunch is ok, but a bit pricey. Got 50% off for booking table online, and value rose accordingly. Overall a good place.

Have stayed here twice and it is a favourite. Rooms are nice and modern with a homely feel. Wifi just works so you can work and watch your favourite Netflix. The gym is great. Staff strikes a great balance between professional and informal. Would recommend to pro travellers as well as those just wanting to spend a nice weekend in Stockholm.

We had a lovely stay at this library-themed hotel. The staff is helpful, the rooms clean and comfortable, and the breakfasts delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

Delightful hotel, beautifully located, with a fabulous library theme that creates a vibrant sense of community. The entire staff is friendly, smart, attentive, and they are wonderful problem solvers and guides. Rooms are minimalist gems, very attractive, impeccably clean, and with pops of color and the warmth of the library even in individual rooms. The included breakfast is awesome, all served in sparkling rooms with fresh-pressed juices, great coffee and teas, every variety of yogurt and smoothie, eggs, cheeses, meats and breads for sandwiches, pastries and Swedish pancakes made fresh. Later on the restaurant has a fantastic chef, bartender, and wait staff for luscious drinks, dinner meals of fish or chicken, steak frites to die for, Caesar salads and terrific desserts. All this with live jazz performances and a clam and pleasant ambience. Speedy free wi-fi, swift elevators, and taxis are ordered to come within minutes. Metro stop is 2 minutes away, along with some other nice cafes too.

LOVED this hotel! Great atmosphere, beautiful and clean rooms, free and delicious breakfast and a convenient location. It's not right in the middle of downtown, but it's close and it has close restaurants and bars. I highly recommend staying here.

I stayed in this hotel from 19thAug-6thSept2009 during our SIDA training program at Stockholm. We found this place very conveniently located. The staff and ambience is quite fantastic. Moreover they very well arranged a vegetarian diet for me. Thanks

Great breakfast..great location...smallest rooms ever!!!....and an even smaller room this time!!! 22square meters altogether.....still love it.

Stayed there for 3 nights. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast and well located!! Would recommand it!!
