Beautiful hotel! My room was amazing big comfortable bed and I loved the big bathroom. The staff were so kind and caring as I was recovering from surgery they were always checking to see if I was OK and helping when needed. The food was yummy I love the amount of healthy options available on the menu.
Only negative is I found the room service a little expensive but this was my only option for food as I wasn't mobile enough to venture out.

Excellent service and all the hotel team was very friendly and helpful. We had an access to Club Lounge and Ms Nokyoong looked after us very well. Garden Pool was beautiful and nice, too.

It’s another great experience in this high class hotel with extremely friendly staff. Rooms are on top level as is the breakfast buffet and the huge garden with the pool! Enjoyed the stay very much!

Great food and staff. Pool is amazing and access to lounges and constant supply of towels made it very enjoyable. Hotel big but peaceful. Loved the generosity in the free things like chocolate hour and afternoon tea. Breakfast buffet amazing.

Stayed for 3 nights for a conference.Room air-conditioning was in poor shape. Had to make 3 complaints before something was done and in 3 days stay, it could touch 22 deg C in room after 72 hours. First day, even had issues with hot water in shower area and fittings. Had other friends with me who did not face these issues. May be I was unlucky to be allowed a bad room. Buffet spread in breakfast can be better. It is laid in two parts and thats not convenient. Otherwise it is a beautiful resort and staff is very courteous.
