I like the view from our room, it was refreshing. Room was comfortable, clean and well organized. Bathroom was good enough. Will definitely be back!

We had a beautiful stay here, the rooms are modern and clean. The best buffet breakfast I've had anywhere in the world!! I still dream of the salted caramel sauce waffles I ate for breakfast here (there was also fruit, yoghurt, cereals, but I also choose off the menu they provide.. all options were amazing!). Wonderful hotel I hope we will be invited back someday!

Singapore hotels really are top notch. The Fullerton Bay Hotel is no exception. Under the guise of the Fullerton Heritage (with a historical background), the place offers clean rooms, full amenities and wonderful service.

It is near the Merlion Park, Marina Bay, and other tourist destinations here in Singapore, hence the location is excellent. Very accessible to a lot of buses and places, so going around the country won't be a hassle - as a tourist.

It’s an extremely nice and amazing decorated hotel. The pool with the bar and the nice view of the Marina Bay is one of the best spots in Singapore.
Even if you are not staying at the hotel, you are able to have a drink at the bar and enjoy the view.

One of my favorite local bars. Walk through lobby and go up stairs and sit in the outside bar in the evening. Cool off with a nice GnT and order some appetizers. Enjoy the rest of the evening right there just relaxing and taking in the view and if you're lucky you will catch a little Fullerton Bay breeze

Great ambience and environment for private event. Good service.
It was a rainy day and there is no shelter from the overhead bridge. When I left, a staff was still trying to clear some water outside an exit. Should consider to patch up the ground.

Compared to other hotels, the restaurants are less packed but more reasonable price. Good quality for this price. Very nice atmosphere. I loved the Asian fusion set lunch at Clifford Pier and Sundown Cocktail Soiree at Landing Point, with the nice view of Marina Bay.

With a glass of champagne it is a perfect place to recharge! There is also a nice restaurant in the lobby (perfect place for a picture- make sure not to miss it)!

Attended a wedding lunch reception held at the Port of Call. The ambience is great, with the view of the river and the Science museum. Very calm and peaceful place in the heart of Singapore, suitable for the solemn ceremony. The solemnization ceremony was held at the roof top. It would be very romantic if not for the sorching weather. The fans could have been placed at a more strategic position so that the guests and the couple would be more comfortable. Thankfully, instead of having the tea ceremony at the rooftop right after the solemnization, the staff opened up the other room. Staff is very professional. Food is good. Ideal for small event of 10-20 guests.

This is where I want to make babies one day so that I can tell my children they were conceived in the best hotel ever. That or really, just go back and sit in the pool all day again whilst eating noodles. One of my favourite hotels ever.

Great location as it's located right in the centre of the central business district of Singapore. The views from the hotel are excellent. The architecture and interior of the hotel is reminiscent of the colonial era as this was the main post office for Singapore then. The popular night life areas of Singapore such as Boat Quay and Clarke Quay are nearby.

Booked the high tea buffet at The Landing Point for a birthday celebration. The staff were nice to provide us with a complimentary cake. Overall service is awesome, however I find the food served a bit overrated. It's overall a nice experience but the food is pretty normal for the price we paid for. Was expecting something unique but the spread were. quite simple. The drinks were nicely prepared. Good coffee and TWG tea to pair with the afternoon tea. Food were well replenished too.

I was invited to a business lunch in Fullerton Bay. It was my first time there and I must admit I am positively impressed. Kind staff, fine food and of course, a privileged location. If I were to host a business lunch this place will be up in the list of choices.

Was there for the weekday set lunch at Clifford Pier. Affordable 3 course lunch with a modern twist on traditional local fare. Decor and ambience was breathtaking. Service could be improved as it was hard to catch their attention at some points in time. The area was probably too big with too few people. But service improved towards the end of the meal.

High tea at the Landing Point was a marvellous treat for the birthday gal. The food and beverages was delicious and wonderful. The view was great with us looking at the Marina Bay Sands. I will definitely go back again.

Had a pleasant time at Lantern. Service was good, although I was a little surprised to see that cocktails and beer are served in plastic glasses. For a luxurious place, this aspect undercuts the experience just a little bit.

I came here for their high tea. It was absolutely outstanding high tea, great selections of tea and amazing food. The sweets were also very on point. Not to mention everything is unlimited (AYCE). I would HIGHLY recommend the Fullerton Bay hotel for high tea.

The hotel ambience was very comfortable. Toilet are clean and good. The sofa at the lobby area also provide a good resting point while waiting. The staff are nice and friendly too.

The environment of the hotel is very good. The front of the hotel is facing the main road while three quarters of it is surrounded by sea.

The restaurant is open to the visitors who are not the guests of the hotel. It is windy because of the sea breeze. The scenery is also beautiful that visitors can take nice pictures of the Sands Casino, Singapore River and the surrounding nice buildings and boats.

Foods from the restaurant are also good. Hotel staff are generally polite & friendly.

The disadvantage of the hotel is that there is no car park here. Customers & visitors can park their cars at the 'one Fullerton and walk about 100m to this hotel.

A small hotel with great service that seems more personal. Very modern with upto date technology in the room, with a nice bonus in the room, which I will let you find out for yourself if you stay there.. If I stayed again in Singapore, the Fullerton Bay Hotel would be my first choice.

Was walking through the hotel after dinner with my wife. The hotel areas are very clean and well kept. Decorations were tasteful and the ambience is calming and classy. Had my wedding reception at the floating pods a few years back and it still brings back wonderful memories everytime I walk past the pods. If you ever visit Singapore, don't miss out on the Marina Bay view by staying at the hotel.

Easy availability of cabs and local transport, both. A lot of places around to eat and drink outside as well, which are merely a 5 to 10 minute walk away.

A gorgeous boutique hotel with marvelous views over the bay. Brilliant staff serving around the clock. We had one of the rare Bay view rooms that are equipped with a balcony. We will keep this stay in memory for ever.

I had the Heritage Dim Sum brunch, which was excellent. The food was good, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was fantastic. The place was spacious with plenty of room between tables.

Now a hotel with ballroom, spa facilities for guest in demands. Cosy courtyard serves good buffet breakfast. Location of hotel's exit to river side leads a trial of exploration in the heart of the garden city & historical landyard.

Gorgeous hotel. The inside of absolute stunning. I went here with my friends and the views are phenomenal. I will say that I was a bit disappointed in the rooftop lounge, The Lantern, but this review is about the hotel itself. While I haven’t stayed in the hotel itself, it’s definitely a great place to go to overlook the commercial center and the Marina Bay Sands.

The hotel is conveniently located at the heart of the central business district yet it has a nice and relaxed atmosphere. The waterfront view coupled with the tasteful Victorian furnishings are a good match and I recommend it for any small to medium event. The service is impeccable; attentive and fast. The food are generally well above average. You can see the details and care when they heat up the French loaf before serving. Note that I attended a wedding hence our experiences may differ slightly.

I work at an events company. The place is beautiful and has a good view of the marina bay sands light show. The rooms is not too bad and the Clifford pier is a beautiful venue at night if lighted up.

There's very little people in the hotel during this peak season of the year end, so service is exclusive and you'll get to enjoy the facilities with much privacy! Visited the restaurant at the hotel. The service was quite slow and I had to remind the staff before I got my drinks. Other than that, the food was good and the price is reasonable.

Lovely heritage hotel in Singapore. The main hotel lounge and restaurant is reclaimed from the old Clifford Pier. Sitting at what used to be the end of the pier for a drink affords a majestic view of the Marina Bay Sands and surrounding areas. High tea is pretty good too.

Had a nice evening and enjoyed the "evening soiree" offer. Espresso Martini cocktail was amazing. Just a shame the food was 100% 'afternoon tea at night' rather than dinner / evening soiree themed

Went to the Landing Point for there 'Evening Soiree' tea set. Had a great time. The savories and sweets were all good and refilled and the welcome cocktail - Espresso Martini - was excellent. Just thought it would be better if the food was evening themed rather than afternoon tea at night :)

Situated at Collyer Quay facing the seafront, it has a fantastic view of the Marina Sands. Rooms were modernly spacious and service brilliant. 5 stars.

Beautiful architecture meets exquisite service at The Fulerton Bay Hotel. It's absolutely stunning, decorated with modern decor with classic Singaporean and colonial touches. Its located right on the bay with a great view of Marina Bay Sands and the Singapore skyline. We went for the heritage dim sum buffet at The Clifford Pier Restaurant which was delicious and a great value. The manager personally introduced himself and gave us his card, offering to set us up with the best table if we should return. We'll definitely be taking him up on his offer.

The Clifford Pier restaurant has an outstanding brunch buffet on the weekend. Great selection of food that can be enjoyed by everyone, but specializing in local inspired offerings. My favorite was the chili crab. It comes pre-peeled and the buns that go with it are perfectly fried. Who can say no to all-you-can-eat chili crab!?

A good place to take photos and selifes.
Get ready to pay exorbitant amount for can drinks and ice creams.
Best to bring a big bottle of water.

I can't speak highly enough of this Hotel - the amazing service from ALL the staff, all were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble - always friendly and went out of their way to help 10/10. The food was so good!! Beautiful views from our balcony room overlooking the marina, the roof top bar and the most comfortable bed & pillows ever! I highly recommend this hotel if you are after that bit of extra luxury, when you are away from home. The perfect Honeymoon stay :-)

We had high tea here and it totally made our day in a bad way.

1. Their crew could not answer our questions relating to their champagne menu.

2. The waiter removed the dish without consulting us.

3. We were served water the whole time until requested.

4. Waitress had horrible form, facial expression, composure and tone when approaching us.

5. Lobster roll were overly dressed with mayo making it too moist, texture of the lobster was no good.

6. Waitress' bare hands grazed the utensils as she placed the food item.

All of the above happened in a single seating.

As expected of Fullerton Bay Hotel, job well done.

Both Fullertons are the highest end hotels in Singapore. I heard their bathrobes are great. Too bad you cannot buy them online.

This place provides a good history of Singapore harbour front in the early days. Now a nice hotel and restaurant have taken over the harbour. A good place to go for high tea. The view of Marina Bay Sands from the restaurant is fantastic.

it is a good place to rest and i loved their pillow and bed. you can choose in the 9 types of pillow they served. And swimming pool in the rooftop are perfect, specially night time, watching at the marina sands bay view.

Kind and clean.
Because "Fullerton hotel" and "Fullerton bay hotel" is same company so you can visit and use facilities in "Fullerton hotel" too.
Food is delicious, working people from reception to swimming pool are very very kind. The hotel is totaly peaceful so you can enjoy.
Both of the rooftop swiming pool in "Fullerton bay hotel" and old one in 2nd floor of "Fullerton hotel" are awesome, I recommend you to visit both places.

Boutique hotel of Fullerton hotel. This hotel lobby used to be a ferry terminal which they've transformed into a very chic hotel. I love hanging out at the lobby having some coffee while relaxing to the jazz performers.

Beautiful hotel with an opulent lobby. The view over the harbor is spectacular, especially at night with the lights. Prices are higher as this is popular with tourists, and forget about it during the F1 race.

Lots of privacy Very Cosy place suitable for private events although pricey but 5 star service with classy modern unique architecture and automatic rest room amenities.
