Great hotel, great staff, ok meals, ok prices, good facilities. Rooms are non smoking, quiet, cool. Adults only, no screaming or unruly children. Love this place.

Can you help me please to know what the meaning of adults only?!
As i have an infant baby girl so is it okay to bring her with me or not?!

The place is very good and clean and children-free (which is amazing for people who don’t want so spend their vacation around screaming/crying kids). The swimming pool is so nice and it overlooks the blue lagoon. The location of the hotel is good and everything around is a walking distance. The staff is friendly and the management was flexible and easy to offer us a very late check-out. The only little thing I disliked was the repetition of music (they played an album by an Egyptian singer nonstop for several days).

I recommend staying at this hotel.

The view is stunning from most of the rooms,the stuff is nice. The hotel is near to the shops and the center of the town. The atmosphere is very relaxing. But the views in the following images cannot be seen from all of the rooms.

Hotel's designing is very beautiful I liked it very much. Rooms are also very nice. Good location. Swimming pool is very small but there is also lagoon where u can swimming or u can go by boat from Sultan Bey hotel to the Zeytuna Island where is bigger beach at sea. Food was little bit boring. I felt everyday was same kind of eat, even the dessert. Sometime I felt staff was very bored and they who needed entertaiment from customers not otherway around.

Great cozy hotel with a nice breakfast buffet. Also easy to reach plenty of restaurants in the city by foot. There is a boat shuttle that takes you to the beach about 1-2/hour in 15 minutes.

From the pool man, door man and waiters a genuine welcome. Interested in the customer speaking Arabic, German and English. Nothing is too much trouble. Beautiful buffet breakfast with a chef ready to cook your favourite to order. Evening events including barbeque. Delicious.a place fir tourists but inclusive if longer term residents if El Gouna too. Quality can be judged by the number if guests who return many times fir the experience if a smaller quality hotel. Heated pool in Winter a bonus!

Exellent place to spend your holidays !!! Tranquility, relaxation, nice view, good stuff , polite and friendly manager . I wish I could stay more ... and I hope to go there AGAIN !!! :))

Quite, and cozy

They were very nice to me but they couldn't change how hot the sun was or the evolution of Egyptian mosquitos into blood sucking vampires, so they lose a star from me.

Ich war im Februar 2015 dort gutes Essen saubere Zimmer sehr gemütlich abends im Innenhof beim plaudern mit dem Besitzer des Basares.
