Clean room, comfortable, AC is working real good, stayed here for 1 night and felt happy bout my choice... the shower is next to the toilet: the floor will be wet after taking a shower :D

It’s good, however if they are late for your check-in will offer you a “free upgrade” to surprisingly the same room you paid for. Otherwise is a nice hotel, with nice views. I don’t think it’s a five star hotel, as I’ve stayed in many 5* around the world and it’s not even close. So I give it 4*

Great hotel! Good breakfast and good location

Styled and comfortable rooms, helpful stuff, an art designed hotel with perfect location. The hotel is situated at the beginning of the walking central street and just a few minutes walking distance to the sea garden.

They are asking a credit card preauthorisation deposit of 100 euro that they are charging very fast. But on the checkout they had difficulties to release the amount. I left the hotel without the cancelation receipt and just with the receptionist calling some operator to release the payment.

Perfect Reception desk extremely helpful and professional, great rooms and housekeeping service, very good quality of the food in the restaurant and they prices are more then O.K., very nice spa including professional staff for massages.

Trendy, clean & each floor has a different theme. Has an indoor pool, gym and a wonderful restaurant. Pricey but definitely worth it.

Nice place, located in the heart of the city. The food in the restaurant is stylish and well served. The facities for conferences and workshops are flexible, with staff that helps for arranging the room and technical equipment for an event.

Artsy hotel that provided a luxurious room with soft large beds, great TV choices, a large comfortable chair and spacious bath. Amazing location. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and fresh. Would stay again.

The overall decor of the room is to me quite appealing, all amenities make your stay delightful, especially the bathroom with its full size bath tub and wide shower. The lightning system in my room had some minor issues, despite that, lightning was soft and pleasant. Decent breakfast, good small crepes, with various toppings of your choice, fresh fruit, cheese and "affettati" bar, classic bacon/ham/eggs and some pastries. Fresh juice. Did not try the swimming pool or sauna. Location is very convenient, located close to the beaches and pedestrian area.

The Hotelstaff is very friendly and does everything that you feel well.
The Hotelroom is really big for a normal doublebedroom and the room is amazing designed like the whole Hotel i really like this place. The breakfast is good is aswell you have a Menue with a good choice. Located is the Hotel aswell really good would recommed this place for short trips or Holidays!

The hotel is not as nice as it looks. Certainly there are a lot of eye-popping design choices which give you the impression that this is a fancy boutique hotel. But beyond the trendy veneer, my room had loose electrical sockets, in outlets that were installed crooked; I was unable to control the room temperature (front desk said "just shut it off" but the heat stayed on anyway, so I had to crack open a window in December); and housekeeping did not visit my room at all during my stay. I would gladly take standard hotel comforts over avant-garde design next time.

Excellent hotel with great decor. Check out the painting below :) it was outside the restaurant. Only thing I didn't like was the confusing light switches. Excellent shower!

The room was comfortable, modern, well-designed, and clean. I highly recommend this hotel if you want designer luxury in Varna.

Cool, stylish, modern. Big rooms. We were 5th floor with balcony. Street noise can be loud (howling motorbikes). Receptionists friendly but need more training. Recommaendable.

Excellent hotel in a central location. The rooms are spacious, well stocked, and well decorated. The cleaning service was very good, as expected. The included breakfast is excellent, with a very good selection of high quality buffet items: fruit, cheese, bacon, sausage, egg, cakes etc.

Some minor notes: could do with a towel rail in the bathroom, i know the room is highly stylised, but this would be useful. The room lights were quite difficult to control, and it took a lot of experimentation to figure out how to use them. Charging money for teabags in the room seems quite petty, they are very cheap.

Overall, I would recommend staying here if visiting Varna!

This is a lovely botique hotel with a great location in the center of town. Rooms are decorated differently​ at each floor with great detail and style. Staff was friendly and helpful. One of the best surprises of my stay was the breakfast - amazing quality and great choices.

Good hotel in varna. Location is near best but prices are expensive

Cosy place greta drinks. You should try the hot drinks like cappuccino or hot chocolate and ask your waiter to right your name on ot drow u a picture.

It is definitely the Best city hotel in Varna If you can find an empty room. Every floor has its own Feeling and design. It is clean and the location is Perfect.

Great service offered at Graffit gallery hotel. Rooms are large and clean. Service is good. The parking mught be an issue since it is under the hotel but the parking boy will help you park your car.

Best hotel in Varna. Cool, professional, nice pool and beds with great mattresses that allow to let dreams come true ;-) - build a second elevator add a little more attention to the breakfast presentation and you are miles away from any other hotel in town.
