This hotel is centrally located to everything. Shops, restaurants and sites are within walking distance. Almost all staff speak English and are very welcoming and helpful. The place is clean and reasonably priced for 2 people.

For me the best hotel in the city of Hamburg. The hotel is in the city center, it is close to subway. The shops shopping arcades are in the neighborhood as well as the bars and nightclubs. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The service is excellent. The food and the drinks are delightful. The rooms are comfortable.

Top stay in Hamburg at fair or even best rates. The hotel is totally central in the middle of classic and old Hamburg and all its World class and often unique shopping!

Clean rooms, good service and nice premises. The hotel is perfectly placed, with restaurants and bars/clubs/pubs in close proximity. High-end clothing stores are the closest neighbours.

The rooms have aircondition, and there's no mentionable noise neither from the streets nor the aircondition.

Great hotel, the executive lounge has great snacks around dinner time and the breakfast provided is one of the best Marriott has to offer. The hotel is centrally located and is an easy walk to everything within the city. The front desk is helpful and very nice.

I only had dinner and lunch here. But I totally recommend the hotel. The service is perfect and want to make you happy. The meals are very delicious and attracts with new combinations and special presentations.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is very conveniently located very close to Binnenalster and main downtown attractions. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. I scored an upgrade and ended up on the executive floor with access to their executive lounge which has something on offer all day. The spa is nice and has a sauna and a pool: not fancy, but definitely good enough to relax a little. I would definitely pick this hotel again.

Nice facilities but the breakfast was meh and the WIFI is not free. Cheap hotels offer free wifi but somehow the expensive ones think they have to charge for it. Pure greed.

Friendly staff and great location in the city center. The restaurant is not bad, and it's convenient to the U2 line and the Jungfernsteig train station. I often stay here when on business.

Only have been to the lounge for pre NYE drinks. Nice atmosphere, great service and DJ was very good on this night. Casual, relaxed place for a drink and small bites.

They are very helpful and did everything I asked. My bag got held at customs so the front desk called me the second it came in. They are also very friendly and speak fluent English.

In the middle of the city, close to the lake and to luxurious shops. The receptionist are friendly. As soon we arrived the concierge opened the car door, asked if we had a good ride and took our luggage inside. Also parked the car. I have been in other 5 stars hotel and mostly the service is polite and okish. At the marriot Hamburg is great.

Nice rooms, friendly hotel staff. The location couldn't be better. Located in the heart of Hamburg, with everything you need nearby. The hotel parking is a bit expensive but other cheaper options are available right next to the hotel. Loved the pool area! Will visit again another time.

Well maintained and managed Marriott in a great location. Convenient to great dining, shopping, public transportation and tourist points of interest.

We had an workshop at the hotel in a conference room. Everything was fine and all technical equipment was working well.

Everything is perfect, Is my 5th time at this Hotel and I couldn't be more satisfied.

The Hotel is fine. It's central, clean and the bed is comfy. However, I stayed there on business trip and at the check in the receptionist asked me for my credit card, which is a standard practice. What I found out at my bank account later was that they charged 100 euro from me and returned it 10 days later. I did not authorize this transaction and found it really annoying.

While the service, location, and rooms were great, I would give four as there was no hot water the past few days. Hopefully that is resolved soon as it is otherwise a great hotel!

Piano Bar at Hamburg Marriott - our group's most favorite bar in Hamburg. My best friends and I often enjoyed our weekend's evenings at this elegant and cozy bar. My favorite drink: the Strawberry Cheesecake... looks girly but it tastes awesome

Excellent location! It is right in the city center. Not five stars because I received disposable slippers the day before checking out. (I would expect the slippers on my arrival, not after a week of stay, on the day before checking out.!)

Update, forgot to mention our shower water temperature fluctuates every 10--15 seconds, very annoying.

High level of service, but worn out and Internet isn't free (the price is a whopping €10 a day for the *slow* package). That's just silly!

The service in the frontdesk it's excelence also the room service which takes care of are your belongings with details like putting your stuff below a towel and small things like this. Also the Lounge it's really good :) I love this hotel!

Nice Marriott conviently located near the city centre. Staff was friendly and the executive lounge was nice with the standard lounge breakfast 7 days a week. It was a bit expensive the weekend we were there and I was surprised they charges an extra €20 per night for a roll away bed for my son, but overall a nice Marriott.

Amazing service, concierge lounge, and location. Extremely eat and ideal location. The bar has a great atmosphere with great selection.
