I stayed at the Hampton Inn for 12 nights due to being there for work and it was fantastic! Breakfast was good, 24 hour coffee/tea is always great, and cookies after 6 pm, can't complain at all. The staff was always friendly and always looking to help you out with whatever you may need

This location was recently renovated and is very nice. Beds are comfortable. Staff is pleasant. Very nice place to stay if you are passing through Summersville, WV.

New, updated rooms, really nice bathrooms, excellent breakfast, close to restaurants (McDonald's next door), free parking. The pool is outdoors.

Some work was going on with updates that made some areas a little messy but not bad. Room was well decorated and comfy. Staff was pleasant and helpful

Fantastic location to stop on a road trip! Great breakfast, outdoor pool, but a small exercise room. Hotel rooms are brand new and pristine. Also right next to a Walgreens, gas station and McDonalds. Will definitely stop by again.

Not sure if this is a new hotel or they are renovating it currently. The room we stayed in looked new. No issues with the hotel whatsoever. They have got a great staff too

Fully remodeled. New flooring, tub/shower, bathrooms, hallways... everything. Excellent economizing of space. Corner sink in bathroom. Closet is built into the wall by the window. Beds were excellent. Got a great nights sleep. Friendly staff. It was a great stop in our travels.

Although they've been under renovation for years the staff are great and the beds comfy.

The hotel was decent even though it was under construction while we were there. The staff that I dealt with were completely incompetent. Are room was clean and properly done up. I wouldn't stay here again.

Did not book a room, but had business there. This facility has just completed a full renovation inside and out. Looks really good, and cant wait to go see the completed work to the interior.

Wife and I have stayed here a few times on our route back from FLA. It's the perfectly timed location. I've always preferred Hampton Inn. This is like the rest: very clean, well priced. I wasn't too thrilled about the breakfast selection last time, so I did McD's breakfast buns next door. But I was just being fussy. We will stay there again this April!

5 stars for great customer service! Hotel is currently under construction which is good because it needs revitalization. Unfortunately after the renovation they won't be allowing dogs so we won't be returning sadly!

Hotel is very outdated and a bit pricy for the area. Staff is friendly and helpful and rooms are clean. If you want newer hotel for cheaper, look somewhere else.

The staff here could not be nicer. I've stayed at many Hampton Inns. This is one of the best, because of the people that work here. The lady making breakfast literally hugged a guest and she's a rockstar at making bacon.

Our stay was short as we were passing through, but staff was friendly and rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean.

Clean, polite. Delicious and well stocked breakfast. My family and I stayed one night. We accidentally left a cell phone in the room. Upon getting home, we called them. They were able to mail it back to us. Would definitely stay again.

All the workers are really nice, and accommodating, the only thing that would've made our experience better, would have been, our key cards not expiring everyday.

The room was clean, since it was summer the heat did not work and it must of been 60 degrees in the room. The free breakfast is not very good, to be fair I don't eat carbs so my only option was what they called eggs. I'm not sure what was mixed in the eggs but it was not very good. They have coffee in the lobby 24hrs per day which was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I have stayed at this Hampton Inn since I was little on the way down to Georgia. It's always clean, the staff is friendly, and we have everything we need for our stay. This last time, I noticed the lobby decor was updated from what I remembered. The carpet and room decor is a little dated (wall paper border bubbling and peeling in a couple places). But, that's the only compliant. :)

I am an avid Hilton brand only hotel person. So, when you book at a Hampton Inn, you expect a certain standard. For $120/night room, you expect a certain standard. We requested a King bed suite with a pull out couch on the app. An hour before we got there was when this was booked. When we got there, they said they didn't have anymore king beds, even though the hotel looked empty. So, we wee given a double bed room. When we went to the room, the wall paper was literally falling off the walls and it smelled like mold. I asked to change rooms and the person working at the front desk said they were all like that. He did give me $20 off my room. But still, if I wanted to stay in a run-down budget motel room, I would have booked a room for $50/night down the road. Plus, no refrigerator or microwave. When leaving this morning, I noticed the other rooms had them. I was a little disappointed. I'm told they are gonna have a renovation- which they desperately need!

Great location for travellers. Bathroom needed some repair as toilet was very slow to fill. Maintenance said it was because toilet was old but we were lucky because it was quiet. Staff was friendly. Complimentary coffee in the evening was great.

Disappointing; Found that the hotel is getting long in the tooth, the bed was worn out as was the bedding and pillows, wall paper in the room needs attention, the biggest issue was the ac/heating unit. It was one of the older style rather then the units controlled off the wall thermostat where you set the room temp. The noise was unbelievable; a poor nights sleep.

When we brought it to the attention to the front desk told they would have it looked at by maintenance, sorry for the noise. So much for the 100% satisfaction Guarantee.

Really felt that they didn't really care, they understand supply and demand and its located close to the halfway point for those traveling South and when Beckley is booked up, well you know.

The hotel is clean and the kitchen staff was the shining star for our stay, just a worker bee.

Stayed the next night in Kingsville Property and its what you expect when you stay at a Hampton.

We stayed here for a weekend getway. Our room was clean and comfortable.The hotel itself was clean and in good repair. Our breakfast was hot and very good . All the hotel staff was polite and very heplful,especially the manager and the people who worked the front desk. We will be staying here agian.

We were heading south with our 2 small dogs and small parrot. I checked several hotels in the area for pet-friendliness and price. Hampton was a bit more expensive, but there was no pet fee whereas the others had added fees for pets that brought their prices to as much or more than the Hampton. We had a beautiful room that was clean and fresh. The person at the desk was friendly and helpful. We had a great night sleep, nice breakfast in the morning and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was undergoing a remodeling of it's public areas, but one would hardly notice as the effort to save customers from inconvenience paid off quite well! Will be staying here again!! Maybe even when we head back North in the spring!

This is the second time staying here and I will be back next year. The breakfast was very good no need to eat breakfast out. Clean rooms, and bathrooms. Very friendly staff always greeting you with a smile and a hello.
