We came to this hotel visiting a friend who was hosting a party in the pool area. The grill set up was great and the pool/hot tub area was clean and inviting. The only negative was that there didn't seem to be enough seating for our group and we only had 20 people or so.

Stayed in this hotel for a business trip. Conveniently locatd in the heart of college station. Rooms are spaceous and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room also had a nice kitchen that I did not use. They do not have an associated restaurant but offered free snacks and drinks during an evening social, which was great. Also, plenty of good places to dine within walking distance. Overall, great stay.

Way nicer than expected for the price. The room was really great, the lady that cooks dinners on weekdays is amazing, and the entire stay was pleasant. Also the stairwell was very nice, which is unusual. I hate elevators, and usually stairways are very poorly maintained. This was well lit and clean.

Very spacious, comfortable beds, a kitchenette, good AC. Parking spaces were a little tight but good place with a nice breakfast.

Nice enough place but breakfast and dinner receptio are awful. Unless you enjoy rubberized scrambled eggs and tater tots or watery oatmea or freezer section chicken fingers, then this is the place for you. Rooms are decent and place is quiet though.

Clean, spacious rooms. Friendly staff. The workout room is very basic, just enough for a sweat but other full gyms are not far. So this place has a great location central to many things. Overall great experience.

My wife and I were visiting from Norway on a business trip. This was our first time in college station and the staff was more than helpful. The room was very nice and well kept. Only problem was that the second day we expected our room to be cleaned and have an new set of towels and that didn't happen. When I mentioned this to the front desk agent named Sam she was extremely helpful in getting me what I needed. She kept a smile on her face and although my accent made it difficult for her to understand she was very patient with me. There was also a guy working nights named Ron. I was truly impressed with this gentleman. He was very respectful and made an effort to greet us every chance he got. We felt like family. The most impressive part about him was when he first made contact he realize that German was my native language and he honored me by speaking to me in german the rest of my stay. This was awesome because even though we were thousands of miles from Norway we felt right at home. This is an amazing hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

Extremely nice amenities. Never had to spend $ for eating out. Great FULL breakfast and light evening meal, also. Great place to stay. Nice, clean, spacious rooms. Will use again if needed.

Hotel is a little tired (Seems like older construction). Room was fine and breakfast was decent. This would fit the bill if for a longer stay place that has an in-room kitchen. The front desk staff was friendly.

The young lady working the front desk in the evening was wonderfully helpful. She helped us get a wonderful room that made our sons A&M check in weekend so much better.

This Howewood is quintet and cozy. Haven't gone through the renovations yet. But beds are still soft, nice kitchen, nice rooms.

Nice place for an event. Friend had a baby shower and Hilton did a pretty good job organizing the room! Would recommend for others.

Staff was great. The hotel was clean and we had no complaints. It was a great stay.

The hotel itself was fine and the staff was great. The location of the room (120) left much to be desired. Not only does one hear all the loud movement of those above, but this room is situated right next to an outside door that needs some attention to the closer. Once opened, this door swings shut rapidly with a HUGE bang which room 120 hears and feels at all hours. Also, the pool and basketball court are right outside this room. Understandably, that can't be changed, but the door situation can, and should, be addressed. Other than that, nice hotel with hot breakfast everyday AND complimentary dinner several nights per week. I would definitely stay here again...just maybe on the 4th floor.

Our hotel stay was nice. The pillows weren't too soft or two hard. The bed was soft and so were the sheets. There is a basketball court that game me an opportunity to take a nice health break and the front desk can provide a ball.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The rooms are spacious, comfy and clean. I was glad to have a full size fridge in my room to hold food and drinks during my week-long stay. Also appreciated the free drinks and food in the lobby during the evenings. Staff was very helpful upon check in

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I gave it 2 stars because it was at least clean. The floors/ceilings are paper thin, so unless you're on the top floor you'll hear every time someone above you walks across the room. The walls are the same, so you can hear everything on both sides. The a/c is extremely loud. The elevators are so slow I gave up and just used the stairs. The TV is DirecTV and it poured down with rain both nights I was there. Know what happens to DirecTV when it pours down with rain? I didn't, but I do now...you get no TV signal. The "gym" is a large cupboard with two treadmills and nothing else. To cap off the wonderful experience, I came in to find two unwelcome guests on my pillow (pic attached). Not sure what they are, but hopefully they don't drink blood for a living.

Beautiful lobby, but the rooms have a slightly out of date style. The shower could been cleaner, but the room has a kitchenette, so gain some lose some I guess. The staff was very friendly. Amenities include a pool, business's center (2 computers, printer), small gym, and free meals (including alcoholic beverages).

I was in town and visited the Homewood Suites to pass the time with some friends who were staying there. The lobby was very nice.

There was a lot of construction going on at 8:30 am while I was eating breakfast, wasn't the most pleasant of mornings. Food was fine, though

The place is nice and they have alot to offer. The hotel sits on the back end of University behind alot of restaurants. They have continental breakfast. And the staff is really nice. The rooms are nice and big and work well for a family of 4. They are helpful when it comes to recommendations.

Really nice suite with soft comfortable bedding and good pillows. Televisions channels are slow to respond but two televisions in suite. Nice bath. Slept really well here.

The hotel is located close to tamu, and was clean, with friendly staff and good atmostphere. The one new suite is big and has a good soda bed.

I wish there were a way to give this hotel a half star, but I feel its more deserving of 3 than 4. There are few things that make this hotel a great stay for the time I was visiting College Station: the location, the bed (super comfy) and the water pressure. There were several things that seemed run down, the ac was extremely loud every single night and didn't keep the room cool, the sliding closet doors in my room didn't want to budge so I couldn't use the closet space, the rooms are so close you can literally hear a neighbor sneeze also the elevators are sketchy (sometimes they would take forever, other times I would get in, hit the button for the first floor only to find the elevator never moved). The noise situation is what makes this unappealing to me you shouldn't be able to hear conversations in the room next door, let alone a sneeze.

Clean hotel with a good breakfast and happy hour in the evening. Rooms were standard Homewood, and staff were friendly. Close to TAMU and lots of great restaurants.

Food isn't the greatest. But the staff and cooks are nice and friendly. I've enjoyed staying here. And will for another month

Love this place! Great service, friendly staff. The breakfast is hearty and always has a variety of great choices. They even provide dinner on week nights...with beer or wine. The room is very clean and the king size bed is simply luxurious!

the suite was more than i expected. kitchenette was clean, rather large, & virtually unused. the bed was incredibly comfortable (i think they provided 6-7 feather pillows for my king bed). the bathroom was new and clean, and i especially liked the business desk + ethernet cable. the parking lot literally connects to several restaurants in front, and it's about a 5-10 minute drive to A&M.

they have a free complimentary breakfast that was rather extensive, given they don't have a restaurant per se (i got eggs, bagel, biscuit & gravy, and sausage), and took the dish to eat in my room's small dining area (room service later picked up the dish).

i was completely satisfied. new building, good service, near the university, and near food and conveniences. i would recommend this hotel to friends.
