It's a nice hotel but the air conditioning is somewhat intermittent in different rooms so if you're there in the summer be aware the great location right in the centre of town near food near the square near the train station a nice place

Hotel discreto. L'ingresso è molto accogliente ma la stanza non sembra mantenere lo stesso stile curato della hall. Nel complesso nulla da dire.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, gute Lage in der Mitte, in der Nähe mehreren Restaurants. Gutes Frühstück mit vielen Optionen, auch für Glutenfreie Personen. Leider war das Bett sehr hart, und Rezeption konnte uns nicht helfen. Auch war das zweite Zimmer, in dem wir versuchten zu schlafen, auf der Seite der Strasse: Jedes Fahrzeug und Motorrad, dass vorbei donnerte war laut, obwohl die Fenster doppelt geglast waren. Wir dachten zuerst, ein Fenster sei noch offen. Leider nicht. Schade! Das Restaurant sah gut aus, war aber leider am Sonntag geschlossen.

It was just a conference. I can't say anything about the rooms and the restorant. Any way the reputation in the town of Alessandria is pretty good.

A nice and cosy hotel with helpful staff. The rooms are ok, and so is the breakfast. Prices are fair.

The place was very fancy and smart. the service at the bar was quite slow, other than that nothing to say: I went there for a concert

+ Old building, big rooms with old-fashioned furniture, good service and kitchen.
- Air condition works not so good and some rooms have view on communications which is ok if you are not looking for landscape.

Good food and comfortable rooms. All in all a good hotel.
