Lovely accommodation and staff will be back again x

Super clean. Not a lot of extras, but was exactly what we needed for a night's rest. Close to everything. Staff was very helpful in providing us with extra chargers for our phones and tablets. Beds were comfortable. Worth the price!

Stayed here for just a night whilst in Birmingham on business. Staff members on reception were very welcoming and friendly and they were expecting me. Room small but clean, comfortable and equipped with a tele and enough sockets for my various chargers. Great shower as well. Didn't eat on the evening but good choices on the breakfast and was treated to a cheery welcome in the morning. Job done. Will stay again if in area.

Having just stayed in this hotel for four nights I must compliment them on a service that is fantastic all the staff are very friendly and helpful you feel so welcome...
I will definitely stay at this Ibis next time I'm in Birmingham .

Lovely and pleasant place to stay in Birmingham. Manager was quick to help with my research work. There had Christmas tree🌲 made from recycled crate's and pallet woods. Picture attached.😀

The four 'F's!' Fabulous friendly fantastic food. Immaculate comfy room @ just the right temperature. Quiet. Clean 'space-pod' type shower room. Would definately stay again.

Good hotel. Conveniently next to McDonald’s and also walking distance (15 minutes) to the bullring. Only downside is the boy races driving around at night time.

We stayed here as we were visiting Heartlands Hospital, Clean, tidy, food choice is limited but OK, very friendly staff. On site parking. I’d probably give 8/10 overall.

A nice little hotel on the periphery of the city centre. The staff are brilliant nice simple meals and the rooms are good. This reminded me more of an lbis Styles. Recommend it.

Nice and clean room. Rooms has a TV and air conditioning though the air conditioning might not be as cool sometimes. Located next to a 24 hour McDonalds though it's a bit of a walk to the nearest shopping centre.

Well situated comfortable hotel with fantastic selection of breakfast items and one of the best showers I've ever used in my room so powerful and massaging made me so relaxed along with the comfortable bed and tea and coffee making facilities and also very clean.

Stayed a couple of times now, nice affordable hotel but was a little rough around the edges but nothing major. Inner rooms have windows that open into an non-accessible open area so you can still open the windows and some get fresh air.

Staff were polite and food and drink were reasonable. The gym is well equipped and available to guests

The hotel was great and staff were very nice but the air con was broken and it was the hottest weekend of the year.

An excellent budget hotel. Our room was nicely decorated and seemed quite modern. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff were courteous and had no issues. For the price I can't really see it being bettered.

Hi, had a weekend away with my son's. Great hotel, funky style, breath of fresh air. Staff and service superb. Really helpful . Three rooms for silly money, great night's sleep before our day out. Would use again. Easy location.

Stayed here for a gig in town. Smart room at a great price. Good location too within walking distance of many venues. Highly recommended.

Not even staying there but am an accor member.phone died with all my essential information bus pass airline check in etc let me charge it. Made me feel welcome when I felt I was taking the p**s. Staff were a credit to the company and hospitality in general.

Clean and comfy bed. Super fast free internet and friendly staff.

Quiet little place not too far from the city centre. The hotel itself is nice, location leaves a bit to be desired but if you're just looking for a place to put your head down its grand. The rooms are very nice and have an en-suite bathroom which has one of the best showers I've ever used. There is free WiFi and a lounge area which sells food and drink. Overall if you're going to be out a lot during the day and just in the hotel in the evening then for the price you can't really do any better.

Nice clean rooms and bathroom. Single beds seemed more narrower than standard single beds but was comfortable but may not be suitable for some due to the width.

Decent location for access to the city, room was very clean and well equipped. I would definitely use this hotel again.

Stayed out of necessity and not choice during snow storm. Upon arrival was advised that as I had used the online check in, they wished to place a hold on my card for double the room amount. This is absolutely not stated in the confirmation email which only stated the rate for one nights stay. I understand the reasoning behind placing a hold for more than the amount of the stay but find it deceptive that it is so hidden that I have not yet found where this amount is stated on any of my email correspondence from them. The rooms were refurbished, very clean and warm and comfortable and were very pleasant to stay in. Be warned that the prices for drinks in the bar are astronomical. I was charged £4 for a pint of draught pepsi, the same price as a pint of most beers which I found bizarre and was annoyed by, we all know that draught soft drinks cost companies literally pennies to produce.

Great hotel, very clean and tidy. I thought the mobile phone in the room was a great idea.

Hotel is in a good location, good parking on site, rooms are basic but clean and tidy. Free WiFi is good, and the onsite restaurant is more than adequate. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Only downside was the traffic noise outside but that's not the Hotels fault.

It was a comfortable stay, staff were lovely in the morning but didn't seem too bothered in the evening. Room was clean. Lift randomly decided not to work which was a bit concerning but this only lasted about 20 or so seconds so probably just a little glitch. All in all it was a good stay and I'd go there again but just a few things to improve.

Used to be an excellent 3 star motel. Now completely "remodelled" (=downgraded) and classified 2 star. Disabled room on 1st floor was tiny and double bed against the wall so one occupant would have to climb over the other to get out. We opted for a standard room instead. When my wheelchair-bound wife and I stayed the lift was out of order. The engineers enabled it to get us up to the first floor but we were told we would then have to stay there until the lift was finally repaired. Thank goodness there wasn't a fire! Stayed here many times before the remodelling but now unlikely to return or recommend to family or friends. Such a shame.

Location was perfect for what we were attending. Staff were very helpful. However I found the hotel and it's facilities very limited. This Ibid is perfect for 1 or 2 people. Not any more. Even a small child, as a mum. U need a bigger hotel room. Room felt very claustrophobic. Very clean. Nice design. But i found to be small. Wouldn't go again. Only due to space as I have 2 kids. But very good for couples or single person.

Rooms are very small. Service is ok though.Not an option for families. Location is good but you can hear the traffic If you have your window open.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were compact but very clean and tidy. Twin beds were a touch narrow. But I did sleep very well, and was not disturbed by traffic despite my room being road facing

Not a bad hotel but there were a few issues and it's not somewhere I'd recommend to light sleepers. My room was clean but the (possibly plastic) bathroom floor was a tad grubby and it looked to be the kind of ingrained dirt that isn't going to come out with a mop. This might be fixed by the ongoing refurb.

There was some refurbishment going on, which seems to have lead to a chunk of the car park being out of use due to skips and containers.

My window overlooked the roundabout and it wasn't very sound proof, so whenever a boy racer drove past in the wrong gear, or drunken revellers went past on the way to the adjacent McDonald's, I woke up.

On the plus side the bed was good and I liked the USB sockets on the desk, making it very easy to charge your telephone.

Great hotel for the price, everything to your neck and call including, WiFi, iPhone pad and everything else as expected. Great layout, the only problem was the bathroom door which had not been designed for that kind of a curve design hence giving 4 stars otherwise I would of given 5 👍

Bed could be better in comfort wise but the receptionist catered to my every need during ramadan

Good location but a bit dated decor

Reception staff great on arrival, but after that very little contact after that. Cleaning staff where very friendly and attentive, all requests asked where seen too. They advertise there beds, but awful, my partner is disabled and neither of us could get comfortable at all which led to lie in due to late nights also disabled bathroom floor slippery when wet got extra floor mats from cleaning staff. Carpets need redoing dirty, iner bathroom rotting away needs attention, room pretty basic, maybe because Birmingham? !

refurbishment inside is done to a ok standard tho the internal aircon units have NOT been changed and are heat only and are practically useless! large amount of reservation in the room was just cover the old with a new layer of wood and fanciness (looks nice but once you figure out its not so good)

The rooms are nice, but the location leaves much to be desired, and the TV in the room is small.

This is a basic hotel but the room was clean and the bed comfortable enough, the service was friendly and they had a decent enough breakfast.

Nice rooms (recently renovated) friendly staff would recommend staying.

Clean hotel rooms couldn't hear any noise so had a peaceful night beds were comfy bathroom was clean and overall room was tidy and we'll presented.

Nice and comfy rooms. It's about 15mins walk from the city centre.

Decent hotel, reasonably priced. About 15-20 minutes walk to the Bullring.
Right next to a McDonald's, so we had McDonald's breakfast instead of the hotel breakfast.
The bed was okay, a bit small. The room was nice and clean, and so was the restaurant in the evening.

Free parking is definitely a bonus!

Excellent :) very pleased. Lovely double bed for £58 would recommend to anyone. We didn't try the food but everything else was excellent and we didn't need to check out till 12 was brilliant. Free parking also

Stayed here for the chili peppers on 20th november. Only £70 for 2 nights for 2 of us. Bargain.
Room was nice and had nothing to complain about. City was walkable distance (15-20mins), secure parking and was able to leave the car here even after I had checked out at 12pm, returned to the car on the night after another good day of shopping. Highly recommended for a cheap weekend away, will most likely return for shopping and a night out soon!

Get the internet rate rather than the standard hotel rate. Ok hotel, especially if you get the internet price. It is acceptable as a hotel room for staying in/business. Basic but good facilities. OK bed to sleep. Good location for nearby football stadium. Staff are pleasant and has restaurant in entrance lobby. Free gated parking. Wouldn't go here for a fancy weekend away though.

In life you always get what you pay for so this is good for the cost. It's good.
