My home from home in Hamburg. Situated opposite the grand lake. Ease of access to 'Central Station' and good transport connections generally. The rooms I have stayed in are functional comfortable if a touch on the small side for a big guy like me. A high quality continental breakfast is available providing a great start to the day. An excellent choice if in town for business or a city break

Stayed only for a night. Among the 3 different hotels I stayed in Germany during the week, they have the friendsliest and helpful staff. The good view when walking along the lake is definitely a bonus.

Room: Basic, clean and comfortable bed.
Location: Walking distance to good eatery and supermarket. The only downside is the distance to the central station, as it is at least a 7 to 10 mins walk. Not suitable if you have large luggage or travelling on a winter night.

Room are ample, especially the bathroom. Room got a bit warm at night with the windows closed to block outdoor noises. Staff was very helpful and accommodating for stamps, parking, booking a harbor cruise, and storing our bags before we checked in. Elevator is quite small, but that wasn't an issue really once we realized we'd need to split up.

No air-conditioning, a lot of spiders in my room (30+). Good location! Friendly staff.

I am staying at your hotel from the 2/8 until the 6/8 i.ve being reading the reviews some good/bad I hope when I arrive I have a double room with double bed and I don't expect there to be any problims because this 4 days is a special occasion thank you

Das Zimmer war hinten raus in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Von der Ausstattung fehlte mir persönlich ein Pad-Automat für Kaffee oder Tee. Der Fernseher (SD-Auflösung) wird bestimmt erst in 1-2 Jahren getauscht - schade in Zeiten von ARD HD usw. Die Betten sind mit Allergiker Bettwäsche bezogen. Klasse! Einziges Manko hier - scheinbar sind noch die Winterdecken drauf. Im Sommer bei 25° macht sich das unschön. Dad Frühstück ist der Hammer von der Auswahl her. Was hier verbessert werden könnte wäre ein Automat für Cappucino usw. Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in Hamburg und insgesamt ein klasse Hotel!

Friendly staff, tasty breaky buffet, some rooms with awesome Binnenalster view (but very load cause of the main street in front of the hotel). All together would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful and old fashioned room, nice view, only problem with the bed: 2 single separate beds don't represent a single one.

Der Standort direkt an der Innenalster ist ideal zum Erkunden der Altstadt. Das Zimmer ist sauber und aufgeräumt. Der Service an der Rezeption ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet. Parkplatz OK.

The hotel has a older, classy feel. Spacious bathrooms have a good tub, towel heaters, and double sinks. However, the bed had a stiff ridge in the middle, like two smaller beds were put together.

Reasonable pricing, comfortable accommodations, and excellent service bring this hotel together as somewhere that comes highly recommended by me. Although I didn't have a room with a lakeside view, it was hardly an issue considering the simple comforts provided no matter which side of the building you're on and how much you're willing to spend.

The hotel itself was very nice, great location, friendly service and a nice bar /restaurant.
You can park your car in a parking lot inside of the building complex. Only thing that wasn't perfect about this hotel is that an additional bed was very hard. The normal beds were good tho.

Decent 3 star hotel with large rooms and low prices. 10-15 mins walk from Hamburg main train station. The rooms are spread on a few semibuildings behind the main house. The noice from the high trafficked road just outside the entrance is not noticeable inside these rooms. The buildings has seen its better days and parts looks like 70's-80's, but it is still OK and clean. The staff is helpful and service minded. The breakfast is excellent with warm and cold dishes, and even one small pitcher with hot chocolate for each of the children. Lack of air conditioning can make hot days uncomfortable.

Zimmer sauber aber relativ klein und dunkel. Abfluss im Badezimmer läuft schlecht ab und riecht. Insgesamt bereits etwas abgewohnt. Internet schnell und zuverlässig. Frühstück für zwei Tage ok, aber wenig abwechslungsreich.

Quite nice Hotel but nothing special. Standard food standard rooms a tiny bar and some rooms are in an other house where you have to leave the hotel for...

Das Hotel können wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist für einen Tripp um Hamburg kennenzulernen, sehr gut. Vieles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Zu Empfehlen ist ein Zimmer im Haupthaus nach hinten hinaus, da die Straße vorn sehr stark befahren wird. Hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und die Hilfsbereitschaft an der Rezeption. Im Restaurant herrscht eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, was auch an dem netten Personal liegt. Das Preis- leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung.
