This is the a secluded place far from the hustle and bustle of Abu Dhabi. The best spot to do nothing just relax and chill in the middle of dessert. But the hotel offers a good range of activities, such as camel ride. Friendly staff. I'll miss my exotic Arabian moments -enjoying the sunset, walking in dessert before sunrise. And of course indulging myself with dates plus gahwa or Arabic coffee

The place is really amazing, the staff is great and very helpful. The food is delicious and there is a good variety. The hotel has a really nice ambience, and a great pool with lots of nearby activities.

The only inconvenience is that they haven't quite worked out air conditioning - it was broken in our room which was freezing, and every time we wanted it changed a man with a ladder had to come, step into our bathroom in his heavy, dirty work shoes, open the ceiling and change it manually. Unfortunately it didn't keep for very long, and soon we had to call him again.
AC also seems to be broken in their restaurant, which seriously must've been about 35 degrees warm.

What a romantic spot... the drive out there is worth it, especially if you meet some racing camels along the way 😍 a bit disappointed that the quads were tiny and the area which you could ride them in was also super small... pool lights up nicely at night 👌

Amazing place for a romantic gateway, with an excellent service and extremely friendly staff, ready to help you prepare a special evening celebration with all possible details.
There are plenty activities available for families, the spa and massages are great.
We really enjoy every visit.

I love this place especially in the winter,
Small and cozy. The only negative thing about it is food, the restaurant serving food their is not that good. I mean poor breakfast buffet.
Ordered Chicken Biryani in room and it was good.
Looking forward to come back again in winter.

A nice hotel with great views of dunes from infinity pool. Drove into town to eat dinner. But we liked the place.

We visited the hotel for the second time using a Groupon voucher: great value for money and once again a very good stay! The location is in the middle of nowhere and it's incredible to be able to stay outside with more than 45° (in the shadow) without melting. Good facilities, kind staff and great view.

The place is literally in the heart of desert. It's for a short get away from city life. Expect to travel between 3 to 4 hours from Dubai so do fill up your fuel tanks. Lots of things to try, especially infinity pool and walk along the desert. Nearest mall is 30 minutes drive.

Nice and beautiful hotel in the middle of dessert. But very far from Dubai it took around 2-3 hour to reach there. Staff are very friendly. One thing I don't like is that place are not clean. You can see dead house fly every were, and I mean and that disgusting. Atleast you can expect in this kind of hotel. Rest all good and fine. In evening you can do outdoor activities like camel ride, sand bashing etc. Peace full and beautiful place but best time to visit there in winter time.

You really can't go wrong with this hotel in this region. It's tucked away which fosters a relaxing, secluded atmosphere. However, there is still plenty to do and see here and in the town. They have frequent events going on and offer additional activities at reasonable costs. The environment is beautiful and the rooms are really nice and are kept clean. The staff will bend over backwards to make you feel welcome and accommodated and are all very friendly. If there's any issue, they won't hesitate to fix it. It's truly a nice place to stay.

This hotel is situated in a remote part of Abu Dhabi ahead of Madinat Zayed.

This hotel is admist a desert and has marvelous views. It is usually fully booked during weekends, more so if it's winter.

It has 1 restaurant, Liyali, that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There are not many vegetarian choices in at the restaurant.

They have an infinity pool that overlooks the desert, which is remarkable. The hotel itself is clean. The rooms are large.

Beautiful property, not a fan of food, polite and helpful staff. If you buy the romantic package, don’t be fooled by private butler and 5 course dinner, its basically room service for free from a set menu. I was expecting something more refined. The supposed “butler” came in and put all the food on table uncovered so me and my husband were practically eating cold food. I am giving all the three stars to the amazing spa staff and front office staff.

Very important notice for the visitors, we lost our way in the desert at 18KM from the hotel, we was following the google-map, and it took us to a sandy way, we thought it will be fine after few kilometres! but our cars were stuck in the sand and we was rescued by the Abu Dhabi police (thanks a lot !!) , we was stuck for more than 2 hours!! no indication about the hotel at all and the map the hotel provided was not very clear!!! be careful dears!
in the Other hand the hotel was perfect!! the staff was very friendly and the views was heart-taking!!

After a 2 hour drive through complete desert i had no idea what to expect and was completely blown away.
The hotel is incredible, the location is out of this world.
Absolutely worth a visit any time you're in the UAE - don't let the length of the drive put you off.

Very nice place. Peace and quiet away from the hustle of the city. Belly dancing is 5 star. Nice swimming pool, quad biking is a must. One night would be enough.

Excellent attention to detail. Website offers many special stay packages. You don't want to miss the sunrise which allows for stunning photo opportunities.

A nice remote and quiet hotel. Good for adults but if u take young children they will be bored after a couple of days. All activities are put except sand boarding, but how many times can you do that? The staff are very nice, especially Cindi out front. Theres nothing close to the hotel to see or do so you consider selecting the all Inclusive, but do the maths. The food is ok. Breakfast is average but again restaurant staff very helpful.

Very spacious rooms, quite, very clean, friendly staff , and have nice food option, this hotel is perfect for getaway with family or group of friends, you can enjoy the desert atmosphere and just step out the hotel gardens and you are in the desert, kids can enjoy camel riding, also the hotel has very nice swimming pool and spa, the restaurants inside offers wide selection of dishes, also the breakfast is good. Forget roads that also free bicycles are available and you can enjoy biking around.

Its a beautiful place for families and Couples. Outdoor pool. Desert side Bar and Restaurant, Mon to Sat Live Belly Dance, Quad Bike Hire, Desert Safari, Camel Ride, Gym, Massage, Kiting, Sand Dune Skating, Sheesha, Outdoor Bar, Sand Walk, I must recommend at least 2 nights stay to enjoy the nights and day at this beautiful place.

Very nice hotel in the middle of the desert. We drove from Abu Dhabi and it took us less than 3h to arrive there. Facilities are very good with a nice staff. The all inclusive offer allowed us to not worry about the cost of the food and drinks (including alcohol). This could be important because this hotel is really in the middle of nowhere. But this is its charm. Several activities and services are proposed : quad, camel riding, camel farm visit, spectral on the night, massage, spa, nany for your baby... Even if your budget does not permit you to spend on activities (these are extra and are not part of the all inclusive offers of the hotel) It is still ideal for relaxing for few days.

Great place for a relaxing weekend. The hotel has a beautiful sandy layout. Deep into the desert, however not remotely isolated. The surrounding structures spoil otherwise a beautiful scenic view of the desert. There is only one restaurant and the food is not that great.

Some AC issues on arrival which they fixed immidetly. General ac problems in the Lobby and the prayer rooms. Food was great. Staff where polite. Swimming pool water was a bit cloudy and needed more filtration. Had a great message.

Serene, isolated and somehow completely perfect. A great getaway with marvelous service, delicious food and beautiful sights and sounds - both within and outside the hotel.

Loved our stay here so much. We had a gorgeous rom with dune view and was amazing to wake up in the heart of the desert. The hotel offeres many activities such as quod or camel riding, 4x4 safari for sunset ot sunrise, moon gazing, bikes and sandboards. I only regret not having tried them all.
The buffet in the restaurant was very satisfying, with a great choice of international food.
Will definitely be back soon.

I stayed here for 6 weeks, and the whole time was amazing! The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were beautiful, as well as the hallways, and pool/courtyard! I believe they just refinished the food bar area, and that is amazing as well. It is a hideaway hotel in the middle of the desert, so they also offer canel rides, and quadbiking (for a fee), the food is very good as well!

Have been to many hotels, but this one was very special because of the service & people, a very special thank you to Mr. Sanjay, for making this occasion unique. Food is excellent, rooms added to the occasion, and an unexpected up gradation was a welcome blessing. We were pampered to the extent that leaving was difficult. I would definitely recommend this place and My family too, would look forward to coming here again. Not forgetting the ever alert & resourceful Hassan, and the 1000 watt smiling Lekshimi, and never tiring Pandian.

Fantastic rooms, food, drinks and facilities. If you can take the drive (4-5 hours from Dubai) you will fall in love with this place.

All inclusive options available with full buffet 3 times a day and a limited selection of house beverages including beer and spirits.

Recreational activities such as foozball, pool and table tennis all located pool side. Camel rides, atv, bicycle and sandboarding at your finger tips.

If given the opportunity, do not miss out on this pearl.

Lovely place,beautiful staff and easy drive with google maps. Even locals helped us to get out from the sand with our car. Also bare in mind to have you petro tank full because perro stations are not easy to find .

It is a good place to stay, though driving to the hotel location is a challenge. We had a lovely room when we stayed there, we had the Oasis room, overlooking the swimming pool. If you will be staying here, make it at least two nights and make sure to try their activities like the ATV.

The hotel is in the middle of the desert , so the best thing to do is to take an all inclusive stay , as there is nothing close by . Its very nice hotel good for one or two day stay.

Rooms were clean and everything else was bad. The dunes outside the hotel are filthy, they gave us a different room than what I booked and were not helpful to fix it, more than 40 kids at the pool screaming from early morning, bad smells at the pool from the camel and quad bikes right next to us, the photos of Al Dhafra Oasis restaurant on the website are complete nonsense and they don't do barbeque as advertised, poor staff was overwhelmed and depressed, loud music at the pool and in the corridors even late at night when trying to sleep. Beautiful hotel, terrible management.

This place was hit and miss in many aspects. But overall I had a very nice stay.

Pros:
-Easy check in and friendly staff throughout the hotel
-Room cleaned thoroughly and new towels etc given when needed
-Excellent location in the middle of the desert
-Very nice pool with dune views
-Indian buffet dishes were great
-Lots of kids
-Good entertainment options including pool table ping pong and foosball

Cons:
-Room not available even though I came at 6pm
-Only two bottles of water given per room per day. Extra bottles are chargeable.
-Buffet food was largely not that great other than the Indian dishes
-Inconsistent service (waiter gave us a bottle of water with our buffet meal one night saying its included in the price of the buffet but not the night before)
-Lots of kids
