Excellent location on the main street and so convenient. Excellent service, staff are so polite and helpful. Buffet breakfast is great.

Stayed here for 8 nights. The staff we’re so amazing. Room was always clean, food was amazing. They have Activity’s on selected days. The experience has been incredible couldn’t fault anything.

Excellent Stay. The staff is extremely attentive and helpful. The hotel has the best location in Seminyak, close to beach clubs and tons of great restaurants in the area. Easy walk to shops and markets. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is excellent, the omelets , pancakes and coffee are prepared to order and where always perfect.

This is the second time I have stayed at U Paasha and will indeed be back. It is well located near restaurants & bars but it is of sufficient mass that the street noises all but vanish when you walk into the hotel. Comfy beds, spacious rooms, and a decent buffet breakfast were the features for me. Small gripes: Their welcome book records that an international adapter is available on request, however when requested they advised I would need to go & buy one. Tissues in the room wouldn't go astray. Otherwise a great spot to stay.

An oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Seminyak. This hotel saved us after a horrible AIRBNB experience and we will forever be grateful. Superb rooftop pool area, great breakfast buffet included in your room package, ideal location to set yourself up in for a short stay in Seminyak. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed very minute of our stay at U Paasha.

Right in the middle of Seminyak. Super convenient for food, cafes and shopping. Walking distance to beaches.

Staff are friendly, hotel building is beautiful and room is clean. Room had a small balcony which has a hanger to dry your wet clothes, super useful. Bed and pillows are too soft for our liking. Do wear those bedroom slippers in room as my husband got a small cut by the rattan carpet.

The pool is great for relaxing as it is very breezy and great view!

Overall, this hotel is great and will stay here again when return to Bali. Highly recommended.

Would rate this between 3 and 4 stars. It really depends on your requirements whether you will like this hotel or not. Pros: Staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is great, with coffee from a real espresso machine. Rooftop pool small but nice. Very central location in Seminyak, close to many good bars and restaurants.
Cons: Already several years old and not everything is maintained well. Room cleanliness could be better. No direct beach access (10-15 min walk to beach).

Love this hotel so much. Very recommended to stay here. The ambience is great and it surrounded by good resto and shops. The service was great and also the food at breakfast. Swimming pool at rooftop is also the plus. Quite large and beautiful. Have to be back here soon ❤️❤️

Large lobby and spacious room. Room spelt a little funny upon arrival. Open bathroom with closed shower and toilet. Two basins which was perfect. Large lounge area with seating area.

Used the pool every night and always had the pool to ourselves. Not swarming with people at all though lobby area always had people waiting in the waiting area.

Didn't come across many people in the hallways which was good. Had a safe in the room. View from the window was at the back of the hotel with a rubbish heap.

Staff was fantastic but that’s about it really. We had a strong sewage smell coming from our room and the air conditioning was not working during our entire stay. The staff did offer us free transport to our next destination to compensate but still insufficient. Facilities in terms of swimming pool, gym , rooftop bar and breakfast area is good.

Best thing is about this hotel if you check in 4pm and next day you can check same time which is really unique. Staff is friendly and bed Was comfy

Great hotel with a perfect location right in the middle of Seminyak. The breakfast was great heaps of western and Asian food and really nice barista coffee. The pool is awesome with wait staff who will serve you drinks and food.

My favorite hotel in Seminyak. The only hotel I know of that will give you 24 hours from the time you check in. That means if you check in at 4 pm your check out is 4 pm they next day! Got to love that!!! The roof top pool not only had the best views in the city but the best food and service. Gede, one of the waiters there makes you feel at home and amongst family. Thank you Gede for your wonderful hospitality, we will definitely be back to see you!!!

This is a great hotel to stay in Seminyak! The staff is beyond nice and friendly! The room is big and full of light,loved the view! The pool at the roof top is amazing and has one of the best views! The staff made our bed and cleaned the room every morning and helped us with all our wishes. And then the breakfast buffet! All i can say i ate 3 plates every morning ��

I love everything about this hotel. Perfect location, parking is easy, can walk around for foods and shopping. Surrounded by amazing coffeeshops! The room itself is very spacious and clean. There’s really nothing wrong with this hotel!

Great hotel. Located smack in the middle of Seminyak. Clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff and yummy breakfast buffet. View from the rooftop was lovely. Free airport transfer and breakfast was included so great value too.

Good location. 24h availability of the room make it a good choice for one night before flying out the next day. All in all average hotel owing to a very cold environment and persistent smell in the room and overall building

This is a sensational roof top bar and restaurant, absolute must for at least a drink and a great place to view the sunset. We went for their regular BBQ which was ok, they have a good happy hour.

Great location. very good accommodation, very good breakfast. But the environment very cold, staff without the charisma of the Balines people. They sell the hotel by the choice photos. the corridors seem like a hospital.

The rooftop was amazing! Spectacular view and nice pool. Oh and dont forget to try their weekend bbq buffet! They serve grilled prawns and slipper lobster all you can eat!

Just a normal hotel, no surprise. But behind this hotel, you can enjoy different restaurants, which food are pretty good, and it's near the market. But if you want to head to beach, you need to take 15 mins at least. Also most of European and Australian are there.

Very pleased with this hotel, fantastic for the price! Even if just for the amazing breakfasts, probably the best buffet breakfast I've ever had. All staff were really friendly and the room was so spacious, big comfy bed. I really liked the location, in amongst the action and beach is walkable.

Their service is excellent. U have the right to check in any time and can stay for another 24 hour. So if you check in at 5 p.m, then you can check out at 5 p.m on the next day. Breakfast also available until 10.30 p.m. what a great place to stay and lazying around 😁

The hotel is stunning and the room are amazing but the staff are sneaky, our deposit was conveniently forgotten when we checked out. We did get it back.

Great location in the middle of Seminyak and within walking distance to many shops, cafes and restaurants. The room size is also very big. Spend some time at the rooftop garden to enjoy the sunset while zipping a glass of your favourite coctails.

Location was perfect if you want to be in the middle of restaurants and shopping. Hotel design was very nice and the rooftop looked great. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. My only complaint would be that there was a subtle smell in the rooms, which I attribute to the high humidity of the area. Overall, a solid spot that was offered at a great rate.

Very huge rooms with modern designs.. the most impressing is their pool bar at the 7th floor! You can actually see the sea from there.. breathtaking..

Pros, excellent breakfast, good spacious rooms, helpful service, nice roof pool, excellent air conditioning and well placed for everything going on in Seminyak. The gym is just about passable, just missing gear to work out legs (has cardio, no leg press or squat rack etc).

Cons, this isn't a cheap hotel for Bali, something like $100-150 per room per night, depending on rate and season. At those rates I expected reasonable wifi (we spent too long looking at the screenshot attached) and drains that don't smell like sulfur.

It's a good hotel, and we'd otherwise like to go back, if they can address these two somewhat unfortunate problems.

Very friendly staff! Hotel is perfectly located. Many restaurants and shops around. The only negative thing was the shower wish would need a good scrub. The floor didn't look very clean. Otherwise I'd recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay in the center of seminyak for a few days.

Centrally located, nice large rooms, rooftop bar and buffet breakfast. I booked online in USD but would next time do so in IDR - my booking was converted to IDR at the time of payment anyway and I'm not sure I got a very favourable exchange rate.

Very modern atmosphere with spacious rooms that aren't cozy but almost clinical. Saying that the rooms have everything you need with a few bonuses like checkout from when ever you check in time was. Miss breakfast? Easy, breakfast delivered to your room all day in the included rate. Also the rooftop pool rocks with a spectacular view of downtown Bali.

Pool on the rooftop is absolutely fabulous. Nice spacious and modern design in the rooms as well as in the rest of the hotel. It's clean and the staff is very friendly. The included breakfast was simply delicious. It's right in the busy centre of Seminyak City - yet our room was very quiet. Didn't hear a thing! But presumably that's because our room was located at the other end of the hotel that had a garbage dump right underneath it wich gave a slightly weird smell. Baring in mind the price of the hotel I was not disappointed!

Have stayed here twice. Rooms are beautiful. However, some rooms can have a nasty drain smell. Great location, very comfortable. Staying here again July '14.

Had a great time there. Nice modern yet simple design and feel to it. Rooftop pool is also a great place for a sundowner. Only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that staff told me the taxi to the airport costs as much as their private limousine service which I almost believed. Glad I quickly googled prices for taxi, which is only half as much as their limousine service. Not a good last impression to leave.
