I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. One bedroom hall suite was really comfortable and spacious provided with all the necessary kitchenette facilities and washing machine . The two complete bath tub shower was available . Buffett breakfast and it's menu selection was perfect. The operational team members are well trained and cooperative. The location of this hotel apartment is excellent near to the Burjuman mall and Carrefour supermarket well know if it's kind more over the metro station is at the walking distance and taxi facility is easily available at the door step. The location of the hotel is ideally perfect by all means a nice small mosque ( prayer room) is also built within the premises with an ample parking space for room guests. I, personally recommends this place for families stay. I Wish best of luck to the hotel owners and their management.

Good place, reasonable price if you are not looking for high end luxury

This hotel is located at Bur Dubai. It is very close to metro station. Hotel staff is friendly. Check-in and check out was smooth. Breakfast served here is very good. Rooms are of moderate size with facilities like TV, AC, fridge, geyser, locker etc. They have swimming pool and gym at top floor. Wifi is available at hotel. It was pleasant stay here.

A well maintained apartment,,, staff are very helpful and professional,, upon our check in the desk was very busy and lobby was crowded but I have noticed staff were handling each and every guest perfectly..A lady at reception was handling the operation very smoothly with a smile... the same day I had an experience to visit one of my friend in a well known apartment close to our apartment and I approached the reception I found sad faces at reception.. under pressure..not welcoming.. there was a big difference of services despite of big apartment with an advanced features but service was "zero" other side welcome apartment-1 has amazing service even with a less features and quite old building. Well Done and keep it up.. We will definitely visit again during our visit to Bur Dubai.

Busy hotel with lot of bookings. Staff is not so friendly. Room is ok. Bathrooms need to be more clean and tidy.Swimming pool ok. Safe hotel for those who travel with family.

I stayed in one bedroom suite with family. Building and furniture must be 8-10 years old but overall it's very good value for money. Their rates r cheap, location is good, near to metro station and staff is too honest. I had a personal experience whereby staff named Ali Balochi found my lost cash n ensured the safe return of the same. Recommended for family stay.
