The staff were friendly for the most part. The Echo Restaurant was good and reasonably priced. If you are handicapped I would advise not to book an accessible room as they are on the 3rd floor and only one elevator, so should it break down we were trying to figure out how I would get out, as I cannot climb stairs. Also the bathtub was very slippery and did not have a mat to put down, I fell and hurt myself badly and when I told them about it as we were checking out all the woman said behind the desk is thanks for letting us know. I have a major bump on my head and hit my neck and bruises all down the left side of my body. My husband and I fought to get me out for 20 minutes I was in major pain and had fallen so hard not very accessible to a disabled person, with balance issues. Good thing I am not old or it probably would have killed me I fell that hard, and the grab bar was of no use to help me up as I could not reach it from down in the tub.

I stay here often for work(I stay over a 150 nights a year at different hotels and this is my favorite) and will not change Hotels. Very friendly front end staff. One of the best lounges in the city with good food and service. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Enjoy the heated floors in the washroom...a nice touch. Definitely the best place to stay in Brandon.

Guest services was very accommodating when we needed a crib, though they forgot crib linens the first time. The pool and waterside area is great and there is an area to eat by the pool deck if there isn't enough room in your room. Having a poolside room will, unsurprisingly, result in a fairly strong chlorine smell in the room itself, presumably from the carpet if not the pool itself. There was nowhere I saw to shower off at the pool, leaving you to drip pool water through the hotel room to get to your own shower.

Great hotel with huge waterslide and great food at the restaurant. One lady wasn't the nicest, but everyone else was so friendly! Pet friendly although the one from desk lady didn't seem to approve and treated us as such. The water slide was worth every penny!

Our stay at the Clarion Hotel in Brandon was phenomenal.

The room was clean, and well appointed for the price.

What made our stay really special was the staff. We had a few last minute changes in our plans for the weekend the staff made every attempt to accommodate us. They really made what could have been a very trying time very comfortable. Teresa at the front desk was a life saver and a delight to deal with.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel itself was good. The room we got was fantastic. However thier entrance at the time of this posting was not clearly marked. As well the pool was not open to the public for some unknown reason.

The room was great, spacious and cool. Tv kinda sucked, remote worked with the cable but couldn't turn the tv on. Also the pool wasn't open, but that's just bad timing. Very accommodating.

Been here at least once a year ok place pool was closed this time and they where good about telling us. Nice place to stay..

It's a very nice hotel. Great location close to alot of amenities. Staff were friendly and courteous. We were a bit disappointed that the pool and hot tub were closed and that our booking site did not advise us bit that was no fault of the hotel's.

Friendly staff. Clean room and very comfortable bed and pillows! The ribs in the restaurant are really superb.

What a great hotel, I don't know if they just renovated or what but it looks and feels brand new in the lobby, restaurant, and room. The hallways, pool, and exterior look very dated but super clean. The prices are beyond reasonable, staff is very friendly and attentive. Right off the highway and close to grocery, gas, convenience, and liquor; all the vacation needs! The room has everything, including fridge, microwave, coffee maker and more. TV channels are decent, A/C works so well. The shower is very roomy and water temperature was spot on. I'd make this my first choice next visit right away.

The first night was a full house and the pool was packed but was quiet at night. The second night our neighbors partied until nearly 4am. Kitchenette Room was great though.

We rented a social room for our party and this worked very nice
Had cake in the room and the kids had a swim
The pool and the hot tub were both very clean
The liner is lifting but I'm sure they are replacing it soon did not effect our swim
Reason for a four instead of a five is that the water slide was not in operating state for the date we were told that it was working the day prior however the kids were a bit upset that it was not working for the party
Nice area for parents to watch the kids swim and stay dry.
Lots of poolside rooms as well and good food from the restaurant on short notice as well

The rooms here are very clean, well maintained, logically laid out and the beds are sooo comfortable. We booked here specifically for the pool for the kids after spending 3 days driving. Unfortunatly, there was some sort of birthday party or something going on in there and it was incredibly PACKED! No big deal, except that the families who were there were occupying every inch of available lounging space and had destroyed the place! They had brought TONS of outside food they had splayed out all over the table tops (chips, pizza, pop, candy). There was garbage and half eaten food, (even beer cans) strewn about everywhere, even in the water of the pool! There was even pizza crust and garbage in the halls!! It was utterly filthy, loud, crowded and overall a horrible experience. I cant believe the guests could be that disrespectful of the hotel and the other guests staying there. Too bad because otherwise the place was great. We did mention it to the front desk staff and they did say they would take care of it. I would suggest giving birthday parties a marked off space in order to give other guests space to enjoy the pool as well.

Stayed at the Clarion for 2 nights with my family. The kids had a fabulous time in the pool and on the WaterSlide. Pool area was very clean and you always saw someone testing the pool levels. We stayed in a suit and the room was very clean. We went down for dinner Saturday night in the restaurant the service was good and the steak was amazing. We have stayed at a few hotels in Brandon but this will be our go to from now on.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The beds are comfy and the staff is nice. The only issue is the pool, they need to fix the pool liner. I would recommend tho.

Honestly, I didn't get to my room until 4:30am(ish) and was gone at 8am; so my review may include some unknowns. The pool looked fantastic though, wish I could have gone for a dip and a slide. Great location, any interaction that I had with the staff was quite pleasant. Will be back. Thanks.

My room at the Clarion was clean and updated. The bathroom was beautiful and spacious. I loved being just off the pool area, perfect for kids. Will definitely stay again.

Stayed here a couple of times. Renovation to the entrance is now complete. Pool, slide and hot-tub is OK and great for kids. Sign-in a bit old school with the whole 'Sign here, here, here & here routine'. Staff pretty friendly including housekeeping. Will stay again when back in Brandon.

The pool siding was coming off.Look terrible on Christmas eve.The Water slide was closed for that reason.Not enough tables to put outside the rooms.Had to go buy our own.They gave us one for three families. Expected more from the Clarion.But on the upside they did and the end give the rooms for a discount.So they are still good in my books.Checkk before you go if the siding of the pool is fixed if you intend on using the water slide. IT WAS ALL TAPED OFF WITH CAUTION TAPE.

Am constantly there for meetings and functions. Everytime is always a pleasure coffee is good space is always enough. Staff treat you very well. The hotel would be my first choice if I was a out of towner. See ya next time clarion

Very nice suites with comfortable beds and pull out couches with beds. Clean and comfortable, newly renovated. Disappointed that you no longer receive a voucher for free breakfast when staying in a suite, however.

I enjoy my stays here. It's always clean. The restaurant downstairs is good, although a touch pricey. There is a bar/night club in the parking lot, if that's your type of thing.

Went for lunch on a Sunday. Restaurant was quiet and very clean. Meals were appropriately priced for the city, and even a little cheap considering a hotel restaurant. Food was good, party of 12 left full with no complaints.

Room was nice and updated, banquet food and appetizers were good. Drink prices are pretty high at 6.50 each.

So far, a great stay! Large spacious room with kitchenette. Original room that we booked was adjacent to the pool and was
not suitable for us trying to relax away from noise. The front desk clerk, Jesse,? was able to arrange for this upgraded room even though the hotel was full with evacuees from forest fires in Northern Manitoba.

I believe we got a newly renovated room. The Junior suite was very spacious. A 2 bedroom suite. Only sleeping 4 but plenty of room for a cot or two. I called down a few times needing something and they were very efficient at getting it to our room. Pool area is nice and cool, you can bring liquor in but it has to be in an unmarked cup. They gave us a few breakfast vouchers however, we have not eaten yet as I am writing this review before the night is over :) I would stay here again and I would recommend this hotel to others.

The pool in the middle is a great feature but definitely makes getting to your room take a while. LOVED the style of the room and having a large glass-walled shower is excellent! Felt very modern!

The WiFi was an okay speed. I do think the place is overpriced for what it is. It cost around 175 a night and did not come with a continental breakfast. For the price I feel like it is not worth it. The rooms were clean and nice though. And the hotel comes with the slide which is neat and fun. Also it was so loud at 2 in the morning. People were walking down the halls drunk at 2am the were loud.
