The staff was friendly the rooms were clean and the breakfast was awesome Couldn't have asked for anything better.

The hotel is fine. Nothing exceptional but it is clean. Location is close to the freeway and there is a free breakfast.

We stayed one night passing through on our way to Kentucky, check in was fast and easy, the staff was all curtious and smiling, they had something to offer everyone at the breakfast , much better then some hotel a we've stayed at. The beds were comfortable and plush, great pillows, the a.c worked amazing. It smelled clean and looked as such. We had a suite with a pull out bed and we located the bedding easy and found everything we needed quickly. Great stay!

All I can say is Thank you! Very clean hotel room! Has a small fridge and microwave. Clean bathroom and plenty of towels available! Very nice front desk person! Very close to the freeway, but not so close you can hear traffic pass by.

This by far is one of the best places I stayed on the road. Its not a expensive place and they gave me a military discount as well and the young man shook my hand and said thank you for my service! The breakfast was the best breakfast I have had in a hotel. This place is amazing.

Missing something? Properly installed wall paper, sure. But, a shower curtain? Nah, we'll carry on. Not a bad hotel, but attention to detail considerably lacking. Still love Manchester, though. Cheers.

The room was great. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was very good and a lot options to choose from. The staff was very nice at checking in and checking out.

A really nice stay. Staff was great the room was roomy. We plan to stay here again when we are in the area. Breakfast had everything you would want gravy was very tasty and there was two types of waffle mix.

Great location in Manchester, TN. Just off I24, close to stores, fuel and food places. The Motel has been recently renovated so our room was spacious, clean and the bed was really comfortable! Great place to stay!

As someone who spends half the year on the road for business this was the friendliest staff I have ever met! From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left everyone was so nice and accommodating! On top of that my room was very clean! I would highly recommend this hotel!

When we entered our room, we realized the fire alarm needed a battery change because of the occasional "beep. The manager called in the maintenance man on a Sunday afternoon to replace it. We then realized the television wasn't working. Again, the manager had it replaced within the hour. After waking up in the morning, we found that the second tv had died as well. We told the manager as we left and by the time we returned it had been replaced. Even though there were a couple of issues, they handled them quickly. It has been a really nice stay. Clean and comfortable.

Easy off the highway, good rooms, good breakfast. Stayed here a dozen times and never had a bad experience. Always quiet.

9-17-2017 Very very happy with Comfort Suites in Manchester, Tenn. Room was spotless & bed & pillows were wonderful. Was sound proof which that along is really nice. Breakfast was great everyday. Would defiantly stay here again. Stayed 4 nights and they worked with us on price to stay within range with others in area.

Staff is so very friendly, helped IRMA evacuees feel right at home. Very clean & comfortable hotel. My only comment is if you are familiar with suite hotel's, this is not a traditional suite. Only one room. But the dbl room does have a pull out sofa and refrig/micro. No wet bar. Other than it not being really a suite (2 rooms& 2 tvs) it is a great choice in Manchester-really close to shopping too.

Rooms were excellent. The king suite was spacious with both a couch/chaise area and the king bed, TV, and desk. The bathroom was spacious as well with hair dryer, bar soap, and shampoo and conditioner provided. The staff were very friendly but I had minimal interaction. The location is rifht off the highway and very close to a good running road off the highway nearby the KOA and Bonaroo campgrounds. Excellent stay for a business trip.

Staff was great. The rooms were clean and the pool was nice. Air conditioner worked great and the beds were very comfortable. I slept so good. The breakfast was amazing and they kept everything stocked with a very big selection. This hotel was the best visit I have had in a long time the staff went above and beyond to accommodate check in and check out times. Overall 5 stars. Great job and great visit. Thank you.

Have stayed here several times. Nice facility. Rooms are really nice. Breakfast was ok.
No one man's the front desk. They seem to stay back in their office/lounge with the door closed and rely on a security camera. Several time I have had to "speak loudly" to get them to come out.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. WiFi would never connect, which cost us data usage and the satellite TV never held a signal, despite the fact that it was a perfectly clear and calm evening. Breakfast was a good assortment of choices and coffee/hot water was available at all hours (including decaf).

Great location and friendly staff. Love that the rooms all have fridges and sitting areas.

My stay was fine. The room was a good size. It was a non smoking room but there was still a stale smell in the room.

Both the room and bathroom were great! Very roomy. Our double featured a living room area with a sofa bed, which was very useful. Breakfast was enjoyable and we were treated very kindly by staff.

I really liked the my room that I got for my family. I was able to fit up to 6-7 people in that room. It was pretty incredible. The beds were very soft and I really liked the blankets.

I am often on the road. This is one of the best hotels i have been to. The service I received was top notch, 5-star worthy. I forgot my cell phone charger and the service clerk at the counter had one that i could barrow. My name was on a dry-erase board welcoming me to the hotel before I checked in.

Beds are not as soft as the other hotels we have stayed. The hotel was very clean and inviting other wise.

The rooms were extremely clean and smelled wonderful! I thoroughly checked for bed bugs and found absolutely no signs of anything. Everything was dusted, appliances were all in working order and clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly!

Comfort Suites was by far the most amazing hotel that I have yet to stay in. I have been traveling for 4yrs between Cleveland and Nashville with my son due to medical issues and I have not yet to be please with one hotel. Comfort Suites pleased me!!! Clean room, sound proof, clean bathroom and kitchen area, floors were soft and clean, it took me two hours to get out of bed because the beds were very comfortable!!! Breakfast was absolutely amazing, huge selection amd food was warm. I will definitely stay with them from here on out. My next trip is already booked

Excellent service, clean and brand new bathroom. Everything was clean and comfy. I wish breakfast was a bit later on weekends but it was good too. The bedroom was a bit noisy but I think it was a very full hotel weekend. Pool was nice. A hot tub would be nice too. The King Suite was beautiful. Great view from the windows!

We had a great experience at this hotel and I would definitely recommend. A few things were nice but fairly standard, but other things were heavenly.

Bathroom was fine but nothing special or extra. Shower water pressure was on the low side. Free hot breakfast was good but nothing amazing. Included eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits & gravy, and waffle station, in addition to standard continental breakfast options. Served on paper plates. I saw (but did not have a chance to use) a decent indoor pool, a workout room of some type, and coin-op guest laundry facilities.

What set this hotel apart was the spacious, well-appointed room and the most comfortable bed I've ever had in a hotel. We had a king suite with a half wall separating sleeping area from "living room" area including a desk, task chair, coffee table, armchair, and loveseat. Desk featured charging station with five standard electrical outlets and two USB ports - perfect for our recharging all our devices (and mobile chargers!) after a long day on the road. I think there was also a CAT5 or some other cable port. Wide screen TV had both HDMI and USB ports. We streamed Netflix via a laptop and the internet connection was okay but did time out occasionally. The loveseat pulled out into a twin-size bed and the front desk had well put-together packets of bedding and pillow - we did have to go down and get it and it would have been nice if they would have brought it up to us. But the best reason to stay there was the bed. Best rest I've ever had in a hotel. For that alone, I would highly recommend!

Had a very pleasant one stay while traveling on business. Desk clerk was super efficient, had me checked in in about two minutes. Room was spacious, clean and nicely furnished. Skipped the free breakfast but the coffee was decent (but there's a Starbucks across the street).

Good value for the money - would not hesitate to stay here again.
