Amazing location, perfect food, the staff is really nice and the place is very convenient for children, we had the best location the only thing that is a bit annoying is there is no Sandy Beach. You cannot enjoy the waves you can only scuba dive.

Wonderful place! I would never say it is 3star hotel. Rooms are nice and well maintained. Overall the hotel is quite old but very clean, food buffet was very tasty and fresh. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

We arrived half an hour early before our check-in time, and the reception was unacceptable.
We were told: "It will take about 10-20 min for your room to be ready", so we decided to just wait it out on the couches only to be told the same thing again!
After the second time we went out for a late lunch and came back only to be told the same thing...
We weren't even offered anything for our troubles untill we insisted...
The rest of our stay was adequate but honestly more what you'd expect of a three star place. Price-quality is not in order.

The facilities are nice, you have everything you need. The decor is a bit dated but it doesn’t really matter. We were happy to use the facilities after check out but this place is so old fashioned they don’t accept payment by card. So if you don’t have any cash on hand, you can’t buy anything. Quite frustrating when you want to buy water to have at the pool or any other drinks or snacks. For sure it’s also a lost opportunity for the hotel. They could sell a lot of drinks, snacks, ice cream etc to all the guests around the pool.
