The Italian restaurant downstairs is also very good and comfy, the personal is very kind.

Very nice and tidy hotel. Comfy bed, walk in shower. WiFi is free. 3 Mbit/s downstream and 1 Mbit/s upstream speed for free of charge. If you need faster one you can buy higher speeds. The breakfast was very good. The decoration of the breakfast room is one of the best what I have ever seen. Highly recommended hotel. Don't park under the trees in front of the hotel as they are some kind of oil trees and the car will be sticky and covered by oil for next morning.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, able to tell us about the public transport around the area and even have games you can rent for the children (Lego, Uno etc) The rooms weren't anything spectacular, but comfortable and did the job for the two nights. The restaurant was a bit of a disappointment, we waited over 15 minutes to receive a menu, then a further 30 minutes to have our order taken. After another long wait the pizzas finally arrived, but there was then a 5 minute wait on the 3 lasagnes that had been ordered (which I had seen being lifted from the fridge so clearly prepared and shouldn't have been delayed) my only praise was the food was very nice when it eventually came.

It's a nice little Hotel. Not of those modern ones which all look the same. But rooms are quite small. Bathrooms are renovated. Italian restaurant in the basement of the house is good for a lazy evening.

the location is in a residential are where there are coffee shops, restaurants, groceries nearby. Freshly-brewed coffee is available at the lobby and the hotel staff are helpful especially on suggestions as to our itinerary. This is my second time, and I will definitely be back to this hotel when I go back to Munich

Construction work at 10pm, phone doesn't work in the room, the bedside lamp doesn't work, bed sheets need replacing, the fabric on the frame is grotty, and soundproofing in the corridors is non existant! For 150 Euro a night it's a bloody big ask!

Too far from town, you have to go for food and shopping etc by car. Service of this hotel is slow. It's good if you just spend night for sleep. Too small room. Public parking is available and you have to pay for it. Internet is too slow.

Poor Internet, rooms okay, distance to Neuperlach south U/S - Station (S7/U5) about 8 mins.

Zimmer sowie Personal Hamma ! Wird mein standart Hotel

Wegen einer frühere Erfahrung in einem anderen kleinen 3-Stern Hotel in Wellich (NRW), war ich etwa skeptisch bei der Buchung bei "Golden-Leaf-Hotel" in Perlach.

Ich war total begeistert:

Ankunft: Alle nötige Infos werden mitgeteilt (Internetzugang, Früstückt, Zugang nach 22h, U-Bahn Stationen, etc)

Zimmer: Ein grosses Bett, das Zimmer war sauber. Ich hatte alles was ich brauchte. Das Badezimmer war ausgestattet mit alles was mach so braucht.

Frühstückt: Einfach Klasse. Ein Buffet mit viele Auswahl.

Noch Was: Da ich meinen Termin erst um 15Uhr in München hatte, und um 12Uhr ausgecheckt hatte. gegen 13:30 kam ich zurück zum Hotel und wollte die Toilette benutzen...Das Personal hat hier wieder bewiesen, wie menschlich sie sind und mich sehr freundlich den Weg zur Toilette gezeigt.

FAZIT: Ich würde ein zusätzliches Stern diesem Hotel verleihen. DIeses Hotel hat es meiner Meinung nach auf jden Fall verdient.

Die Übernachtung (inkl. Frühstückt) hat übrigens nur 55 EUR gekostet.

Zum übernachten völlig okay für den Preis. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren super, und Kostenfreies Parken war auch möglich. Mit der U Bahn braucht man nur 15 min ins Hauptzentrum. Das Essen aus dem Restaurant fand ich überraschend gut, nur dir Wartezeiten waren etwas zu lang.

Das Hotelzimmer war mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Leider staut sich die Hitze im Zimmer, auch wenn man das Fenster auf hat. Und im Badezimmer waren Silberfischchen, also die Sauberkeit war ausreichend. Deswegen 2 Punkte Abzug.

We booked the hotel for four nights, but had to return early, so we only stayed 3 nights. The Hotel did not charge us any cancelation fee and was very professional and friendly. The room is big enough for two people, it's not huge, but big enough and also our room was clean, no hair on the floor. Nice bathrooms as well.
We did not eat anything at the Hotel, so I can't say anything about the food.
The connection with the Underground worked very well and is really close to the hotel.
We were fully satisfied with our experience. :)
