Old but one of my fav hotel in sg. cozy and strategic location next to orchard.

Excellent location close to the train station and several great restaurants and bars. Beautiful and comfortable room. We were given the option of a quiet room or street view. We were very pleased with our quiet interior room.

Great place to stay even just a short period of time. The food is good as well. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious. Kudos to all the staff for being so hardworking!

Maintenance could be better but our stay here was awesome. We were assisted by a friendly staff and our rooms were neat and clean. Location is great, near the public transit.

Professional service. I stayed in the parkland suite which is a distance from the main building, the service is prompt. Excellent selection of pillows for comfortable sleep. But the facilities within the room need improvement. Hot water from showering take very long to arrive. The washing machine is not working in parkland suite so we had complimentary access to the washing machine in the common area. Walls are thin so you can hear the talking along corridors. Perhaps there should be security for parkland suite to ensure that people are not having late and loud party.

Goodwood park has never disappointed me. This place is probably one of the best hotels in Singapore. With easy access to orchard, plus excellent service. Furthermore, gordon's grill here is so good. I have stayed here a few times and they have always gone above and beyond to make sure i enjoy my stay

Five star hotel with a feeling of staying in a villa. Located very close to Orchard Road in a quiet section. Service is top class.

We did high tea at the lobby restaurant. Service and food we're both good but not excellent. High tea stands out versus other hotels as it is definitely more Western in it's offerings than other hotels . Goodwood Parks other eateries cover Asian well enough so this was a nice change for us!

Recently had a session with Eva who is in charge of events at Goodwood Park Hotel. She is extremely warm, enthusiastic and experienced in the things she say, do and reacting to our event needs. With her sharing, we were able to know the details of the specific ballroom, the activities that accompany my event and the food which will be provided. Very comprehensive and very thorough walk-through. Looking forward to executing the event soon!

The hotel has largely maintained it's original architecture since it's Teutonia club days. Although the rooms have been refurbished before, the interior looks a little tired. Nevertheless the room was pretty comfortable and clean. Service was great, staff were all friendly.

Had a fantastic lunch at Tatsuya restaurant at Goodwood Park Hotel. Chef and servers were polite and professional. The food was fresh and affordable for the quality! Will definitely visit them again!

As always the durian buffet here does not disappoint. The staff here are really professional and attend to us really efficiently and the food for the Taiwanese porridge buffet is served really quickly as well. Highly recommend if you're looking for a Taiwan porridge fix and the durian is just an added big bonus!

The whole family loved it. Spread of food was good and waiters were friendly. Tea selection was fantastic. Atmosphere was nice, seating was great. But for the amount you pay, there should be free flow of tea and coffee. I needed a third cup of tea.

Goodwood Park is a grand hotel unlike New hotels today. Service is impeccable. I had lunch at Gordon's Grill, food and service were great despite a full restaurant. Kudos to the restaurant staff.

Great colonial style hotel. The staff is friendly, helpful and always smiling. They even give you a local handphone. The food is great. Two restaurants with Michelin stars in one hotel. Good location too. 5 minutes walk to Ochard.

The durian buffet was very good. The service there was also amazing, with the waiters and waitresses being very prompt to refill water. Overall experience was very good

Went for the durian buffet at the coffee lounge, get the porridge buffet, much better, and their dishes are pretty darn good, and that pork belly in soy sauce is really the bomb. Get the prawn paste chicken too, tad salty though. Their veggie dishes are good too

Positives: The staff are helpful and courteous. The location is close to Orchard station. Negatives: The facilities are old and a little run down. The pools are small and the fitness centre is very basic and there is no fan. Worth it if you can get a room for ~175, but for anything more you can get better.

Ate at min Jiang restaurant. Food was delicious, duck was their signature dish. Overall ambience was good bit service could have been faster. Seem to be slightly understaffed.

Was there for a Wedding. The food and ambience was excellent. I had a good time with family and friends celebrating the wedding event. I will recommend others to hold their wedding banquet there at Goodwood Park Hotel.

Went for dinner, it was great. It was pretty pricey for porridge buffet but atmosphere was good. Bread pudding was indeed a must try for dessert.

Had lunch at Alma restaurant. Service ws fantastic, the staff were warm and efficient with their work. Ambience is great and food... needless to say, everything tasted perfect. Would highly recommend to visit there for special occasions. Location is also convenient.. however no free parking for dinning customers though.

Had a 3D2N staycation at Goodwood Park Hotel. Room is spacious and clean. Great for toddlers to run around in the room. Service staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread is limited. Food quality is average. The hotel is situated at the outskirt of the main shopping area in Orchard Road. Nearest MRT is about 700m away.

Nice ambient. friendly staff. good location. parking there was free. room was satisfactory. would have preferred if there was a rug in the living room where the floor was tiled as it was too cold to step on.

Nice hotel.. very expensive i was in the park lane suites.. very large.. but a little out of the way.. i would book main hotel next time. The use of the handy free smartphone was a huge plus.

Was attending a friend's wedding and allowed to check in early to prep the ballroom. Staff extremely kind and the banquet manager- Mr Viswya (I hope I got his name right) really helped out with the wedding lunch event. Pleased everyone enjoyed the event

Dinner at Tatsuya was good. The sushi were pretty good at 3.5-4 stars. Though, service could be improved because I feel rushed. The waitress rarely came by to check in. On the other hand, one of the waitresses' dish recommendation was pretty good.

Love the beef it was tender and melt in the mouth. Tempura and aburashi sushi were excellent. As we were in the private room sometimes we were unable to get the attention of the wait staff.

Old world charm at the start of Singapore's shopping strip. Service is friendly and professional. Rooms getting upgraded, but you don't stay there for 21st Century tech. From the moment you arrive you are made to feel welcome.

Attended a wedding and it was amazing. The victorian ballrooms provided a luxury vibe to the whole event. Service throughout the dinner was nothing short of spectacular however based oj personal preference the food may not be the best that I had. Overall a wondering and enjoyable evening.

Situated on top of a mount along Scotts Road Goodwood park hotel is an old hotel which has a grand feel to it, just next to Far East Plaza where there are many public buses that stop in front of it. It might be slightly cumbersome to get up there by foot as there is not direct pathway to walk but still manageable. Walking through the hotel you can tell it's an old building but maintained very well. Public toilets are adequately around and on the floors that services the hotel rooms they are newly renovated very clean and chic. They have their yearly maoshang wang buffet if you are ever interested to go there once to see it yourself.

I was there for a wedding dinner banquet held in the Windsor Ballroom. It was big enough to be able to host 30 tables quite comfortably and the interior with mirrors all around was cool. Food was quite good and the service at every table was prompt.

The staff was friendly and even the bellboy helped me open the door when I was there. I bought some moon cakes from there as well as they offered trying services so that was good too. The location of the hotel is good and central but it would be easier to take a cab out of the area if you do not want to walk about 10 mins to the nearest mrt which is orchard. The rooms were clean and well equipped too!

Nice low rise iconic building. Old fashioned but renovated rooms. Ceiling fans plus aircon.Ex German legation, rooms in 2 stories round two pools. Quiet but only 200 metres from Orchard Road.

Had a great dim sum lunch at the Chinese restaurant located at level 1. Food was fresh. Had to wait a while for a la carte dishes.

Their standard rooms are spacious & cosy. Service is great. Variety of food, including the famous Chinese restaurant Min Jiang. I enjoyed the dim sum very much. Location is good. It also has a wonderful tropical theme at the first floor.

I attended a wedding event at Tudoc Ballroom and it was great. The buffet style dinner was really yummy. The hotel is located near to Orchard MRT which makes it very convenient.

Was attending a wedding reception at Tudor Courtyard. The setting was beautiful and cozy. The high tea buffet spread was great. I loved the desert. The service however has a lot of room for improvement. My glass of coke was never refilled even once throughout the time I was there. The buffet was only refilled when containers were left empty.

It was a neutral feeling. I did not feel to excited nor unamused when I visited the hotel for my weekly patrol duty. The place just has a quaint feeling in my own opinion.

I was there to attend a wedding ceremony cum lunch. Waiters & waitresses were attentive, the outdoor venue for the ceremony could be improved because the hot weather melds all the makeup on the lovely faces. However, the indoor lunch venue and good food made up for the initial setback.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. A free phone was provided with room. I give it a 10 out of 10. Would not stay anywhere else. Staff courteous and rooms very clean.

For 16 years, I've never once had a bad experience here. The two Japanese restaurants that a present within the hotel are great - the atmosphere is a really nice mix of old Colonial style British architecture definitely makes ones stay here quite pleasant.

I recommend this hotel to anyone coming to stay here in Singapore for the first time, or anyone in general.

Very good hotel, you do not feel lost in a tower hotel of 50 floors. Nice swimming pool. Go to the small swimming pool at night on the back of the hotel. Eat the high tea from 2.30pm.

Great architecture and polite service with good attention to details. The entire area needs some rejuvenation and some areas are showing wear and tear.

An old but charming hotel at the heart of town. Time has stood still with the pool and majestic architecture remaining unchanged all these years. Service is impeccable. Also home to the famous Gordon's Grille restaurant.

Did not actually live there but visit the hotel once n had a japanese expensive dinner next to hotel. The hotel has a great landscaped garden n very Dutch Victorian style n decorated. Impressive interior designs!

Absolutely wonderful. Well appointed rooms. Fantastic service. Pools and gym equipment ate in good condition. It's in a great location with a 3 minute~ walk to the MRT (subway). Decent choices of food around the hotel. I wouldn't eat at the hotel itself. Food is a little lackluster and a bit too expensive. I would recommend this hotel over most in the area of Orchard and nearby districts.

Good service, Good location and friendly staff. The architecture of the hotel is brilliant and after the Raffles Hotel this probably one of the oldest in Singapore. The food in the hotel is also quite good.

Wow, what a treat. I had to spend 24 hours in Singapore as part of a round the world flight deal. I honestly had no desire at all to see Singapore but my stay at the Goodwood Park really, truly, put a smile on my face. My room was just gorgeous, the staff were super lovely and the pool, oh my word what a treat after a nasty long flight. Positively reeks of old world charm, exactly my cup of tea. Would love to call on them again some time.

Very pleasant and nice hotel. Sitting by the pool having afternoon tea was a delight at the cafe. Food was very good. Just wish service was a little bit more attentive. We struggled to get their attention on a few occasions. Otherwise lovely experience.

Mooncakes are amazing. But the staff were not trained well, they got confused about our order and left out one box we paid for until we found out by checking our order.

Reminds me of Raffles Hotel but both are very charming in their own unique ways. Goodwood park's charm, besides its architecture, low rise and low density, lies in its famous restaurants, supper porridge and durian pastries.

Love the beautiful facade, its elegance and great food. Great place to catch up with friends or having couple quiet moments. Ample parking space, centrally located. Highly recommended.
