Ein Holiday Inn Express wir jedes andere auch. Parkplätze sind vor dem Haus ausreichend vorhanden, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie ein Restaurant sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Hotel war nicht überall (Bad) zu 100 Prozent sauber, von daher ein Stern Abzug.

Nice hotel, clean, staff are friendly. The pub over the road is good value for money. Food is tasty.

Worst Holiday Inn I have ever been in, with all staff it felt as though you were interrupting their duties and the service didn't exist and became a burden. Rooms were old and didn't feel clean and the bathroom was a joke, taps barely worked and the door either covered the toilet or covered the bathroom. Maybe it's a Scottish Holiday Inn but the breakfasts weren't anything like the English Holiday Inns. I love Scotland definitely not a Scottish thing it's a Holiday Inn decision.

This is the standard Holiday Inn express. Staff are very nice and helpful.

Easy to check in, very friendly staff. Nice and clean room, room even came with a iron and ironing board which I found unusual for a Holiday Inn, as normally you have to request one. Bathroom very clean. Daily service with no issues, room tied back up fine each day. Would recommend. Great location next to a retail park with everything, from shopping to eat in, cinema and coffee!

Rooms and facilities are what you'd expect from a low budget hotel, staff were extremely friendly and helpful, food in the evening was much better than we expected (had tikka masala, delicious!) Breakfast was okay, nothing special but not bad! Would stay here again!

Loved our stay here, clean and comfy room with everything required. Breakfast good and I made use of the microwave for our evening meal, saved going out of the building.

Handy budget/mid-range hotel that in my opinion is a grade better than your typical TL or P.I. chains, but can very often be cheaper priced, especially with advance bookings.
This particular HIE is in a good location for the driving traveller, being just outside the city on the eastern retail park.
Staff were friendly and helpful, and the included free breakfast was a full hot offering.
On site parking, and also handy for/popular with the the Inverness Airport holiday-goer, given its specific location.

After staying in another hotel in Inverness the night prior, I had a better stay here, staff were very friendly, food in the Snow Goose was ok, breakfast started at 0630 and was good enough to start the day. Happy bunny.

Well Set out and a good place to stop over for a few days! Rooms are spotless and pleasant as is the bar/lounge and seating area. Breakfast is normal holiday Inn express deal but loads on offer and it's a nice relaxing start to the day. For my evening meal I went across the car park to " The Snow Goose" restaurant which is very good with an amazing choice of meals.

Efficient without being unwelcoming, basic but functional. Perfectly designed for a short stay on the way.

If you have stayed in one of these places you have stayed in them all. Entirely bland. Other than a few local scenes photos of Inverness you could have been anywhere. Nothing stood out apart from the free WiFi being slow and unreliable. 40 minutes (not particularly pleasant) walk into Inverness centre along a busy road. It's a functional place.

Clean, modern rooms. Great shower! Generous breakfast buffet. The room is a bit cramped with the sofa opened out for a bed, however, it was already open and made up when our family of four arrived. Very helpful staff.

The hotel is located near a retail park where there is a choice of retail outlets, restaurants and a cinema. It is a short distance from the town centre. Although it does not have restaurant in the same building, the nearest one is just yards away, across the car park. There are plenty of parking spaces. The room is very comfortable and feel very homely. The staffs are very helpful and pleasant. There is a wide range of breakfast items and if you are in a rush, there are paper bags to take away items and disposable cups for drinks.

use this hotel whenever we go south for swimming completions in Inverness. friendly efficient staff in a well maintained property, with good access to shopping, Inverness and the surrounding areas.

Cosy hotel near Inverness. It's a dated 3 storey building situated right beside A96 highway. There is a Tesco extra nearby which is convenient for travellers. A bus stop is located there as well. It's about 6mins walk from Tesco to hotel

Easy to get to great rooms and great staff

As i was sharing the room between 3 people, one of us was on a sofa bed. We neededd to ask for this to be set up and it took a long time for the staff to do it despite it being 9pm. however, every thing was very nice and clean

Stayed one night due to it being close to Inverness airport. Reception staff very helpful with Pub and restaurant next door. Good food and selection of real ales. Room clean and comfortable. Will use this hotel again as it provides an excellent stop over for onward flights. City of Inverness only short taxi ride away. 10 min £14 Taxi fare to airport.

So this is a normal good Holiday Inn...but the doors of the room stay open if you push then all the way.... No need to fight with a door that's closing on you before bringing the luggage in. I appreciate that. Besides that the water pressure in the shower was a nice addition.

Lovely service on arrival and departure. Super clean and tidy room. Not a place with lots of personality, but perfect for a short stay or for someone arriving late in the evening from the Airport, since most of other places require earlier check-in.

You always know what to expect with Holiday Inn. Nothing fancy but what it has is just right. Staff was really nice. Breakfast is ok, eggs are fake but otherwise you can get a nice full english or continental on the buffet. Normal portions on the bar are double the ones on any normal pub, that was definitely a plus. It is hard to get a proper serving of spirits in the UK.
The bed was very comfortable with a choice of soft or not so soft pillows, had a great night's sleep.

It is what it is. A typical HI Express. Comfy bed, decent bar and friendly staff. Breakfast isn't gourmet but it's sufficient for a complimentary one. Only real negative is wifi is pretty slow.
