Ver clean and tidy. Great view if you have the right room. The parking is very big advantage. It's free, enough space and easy accessible. Every room has a mobile phone that you can take during your visit and use it to call and browse for free. The rooms are cozy and well equipped. Cleaned our room every day. The only thing that disturbed me is the noise from the cars nearby, but that is not fault of the hotel of course.

Delightful hotel with plenty of parking and close enough to the highway to be convenient but far enough to be quiet. Breathtaking views over the charming town of Chxbres and a mouthwatering selection of local wineries and restaurants within easy reach. Beautifully appointed rooms with balconies and an excellent breakfast. Highly recommended.

The location is brilliant with a particular highlight being the restaurant. You will not be able to understand what I mean until you experience the view, food and service as a whole package. I sure you the photo does not do it justice. Regards an Aussie abroad far away from his smashed avo and flat whites.

Excellent location with great view but, terrible management and very poor architectural design. Management shouldn't accept other hotel guests if they are having a special event like a wedding. We couldn't sleep until 4am because of the noise from the wedding guests. Poor architectural design --- food smell all night everywhere --- very very poor ventilation. Fish smell gave us headaches. We will NEVER return to this hotel.

Had a business conference over there, the view is amazing and the services are quite good

The room was very comfortable with a great view. The staff was friendly and prompt.

Plenty of room and a fantastic view of Lake Geneva. Our room had two beds, plethora of pillows and two TVs. Free parking in front of the hotel. Overall a pretty good stay.

Great hotel, especially if you're American. It's roomy, clean and covers the normal standards.

What a view from the restaurant! The room are not super sound proof.

The Préalpina is a nice hotel, beautifully situated over Lake Geneva. The view from the lake-side rooms is stunning, the rooms spacious and modern, having undergone a recent renovation it seems.
The breakfast is rich, and the breakfast room, especially on a nice day where one can sit outside, is a real treat.
It seems quite popular for conferences and events, and it was in that context I was there. The catering for the event was very good, and food was good.

Facile d'accès depuis l'autoroute, vue magnifique, chambres modernes et propres, bien équipées, personnel aimable. Beaucoup de lieux à visiter aux allentours ainsi que de bons restaurants à moins de 10mn en voiture (l'Hôtel ne fait plus restaurant)

Stunning views, nicely updated rooms but slightly let down by the extremely slow internet and less than welcoming receptionist. The location was also handy and situated within close walking distance of the main train station. I would certainly recommend a visit.
