The hotel was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was great (especially the design-your-own omelette: an excellent touch!), the hotel was full but you could not hear any noise from the hallways. The room was large enough for our family (2 adults in the room, 2 kids on the pull-out sofa) with ample room for luggage. It was also cheaper than other hotels in the region.
The only reason that it gets 4 stars from me rather than 5 stars is that the king suite does not actually contain a king-sized bed: it was a queen, not a king. We pointed this out at the reception (not that it was uncomfortable, but because I know I paid for a king suite and I want to be sure I did not over-pay). They tried to convince us that it was a king-sized bed. Please go ahead and measure it: a king-sized bed is wider than it is long.

Deserves full marks on being a Great hotel, friendly staff, nice ambience, and facilities. However, 1st entrance to the room was slightly taken aback when i found brewed coffee in the coffeemaker jar. Not something to really highlight but when everything's so nice, such small things do get noted.

My room was really nice & clean. Nice TV, and the bathroom was very modern and clean as well. The complimentary breakfast included scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, and coffee. This hotel was better than most that I have been to.

The hotel is very nice, and our room is nice as well. Apart from some crumbs and hair in the fold-out bed and a smell of popcorn in the room (fixed by opening the window) everything is great.

Stayed here on an extended stay for 6 months. One of the best hotels in the town. Rooms are pretty clean and nice. Staff is very friends and hospitality is 5 star.

I would strongly recommend if you plan to stay in an around morristown or Parsipanny area. Best if you are looking for an extended stay.

I stayed at this hotel for a work trip. There is a nice park, with a path around water, adjacent to the hotel. On the other side of the hotel, there's a small plaza with restaurants and a Dunkin Donuts. My room was clean. The morning breakfasts were good.

Very beautiful hotel which has outside pool and very clean rooms. I had stayed here two times and satisfied everytime.

Stayed for one night recently while in town for a wedding. The front desk representative was not very friendly and was downright rude. He asked if I wanted a room on the ground floor and I said 'sure.'. I started walking down the hall toward my room, only to look at my key card and see that it was on the third floor. The room was pretty standard but nice and clean; however, it was very warm. We noticed the AC only turned on if we were moving so we chalked it up to that. Three hours later our room was still warm and we were sweating while trying to get ready for the wedding. I decided I'd get some ice water, only there was no ice in the bin even though I'd turned on the ice maker three hours prior. I called the front desk about the AC and eventually we were given a new room. They must not change out their shampoo and conditioner after each guest because both rooms had half empty bottles in the shower. Also their ammenity sheet mentions they have a free shuttle which we planned on using to drop us off at the park and ride to catch the bus back to NY, but apparently the shuttle only runs during the week ( which I only found out because I asked). Long story short, this hotel has lots of potential to be nice, but they let a lot of little things fall short. I will probably stay at the Sheraton nextdoor if I come again.

Best place to stay! Bring your own groceries, becausr they have fully equipped little kitchens in every room. Cleaning service is great too.

Was very nice and comfortable. Staff was extremely nice. Louis was really helpful when for some reason I got locked out of my room. He did not leave until Peter had to show up to fix it even when it was time for him to go home. (Things happen.)Staff was very accommodating. I do highly recommend this hotel.

No indoor pool. Food at the H Bar is not very good. People were very nice. Rooms were clean. Personally, I found the pillows uncomfortable and went out and bought a "My Pillow" at Bed Bath and Beyond.

Very nice hotel, stayed for a week and wished we could have stayed longer. Very convenient to all stores and major highways although everything we needed was right in the room. Breakfast was a perfect way to start the morning. Nice employees and everything was very clean, couldn't ask for more.

Maybe it's because I'm used to a different location. This location was nice, however, we didn't really care for it. If this is your first time at a Hyatt House then you would probably love it too. Staff was very friendly. Our room wasn't too tidy. The refrigerator and freezer had stains in it. There were some stains on my pillow. The breakfast could have been better but it wasn't horrible. We tried this location but going forward we'll stick with our original

Clean place. A little dates. In a quiet area. Kitchenette. Big enough room for a person or two. Functional for a short stay. Hair dryer was very weak barely blowing air.

When I stepped in this place, I right away fell in love with every detail of the interior which was so relaxing and felt like a home. Nice division of space( just the right size of kitchenette and bathroom! : )) We have two kids, ten and thirteen, and felt the room was spacious enough to get around. I'll def. come back!💕

Kids had a great time while we waited for mommy to train. This location is central to various attractions, if you are willing to drive at least 45 min. The hotel was very accommodating and the staff was polite and helpful.

Was a visitor on the third floor. The room was amazing. It included a small kitchenette and living area. Everything was clean and updated. Would definitely go again.

The Hyatt house was a beautiful hotel. I loved that it was set up like a home away from home. The kitchenette was convenient. We also loved the couch giving the space a living room feel. The hotel had loads of amenities many of which we unfortunately did not use. We loved the pool, the ability to cook in outdoor grills, and the basketball court. There was only one thing we didn't like; noise. There were children in the hallways running toy cars along the walls. We were on the second floor overlooking the basketball court and the pool. You could hear everything happening down there. The worst noise came from the neighbors upstairs. The walking was soooo very loud. You could hear every word they said. One of them had a basketball they repeatedly bounced on the floor making everything shake in our room. The hotel needs to invest in better sound dampening materials between the floors. Everything got quiet at about 10pm so we never complained.

Really enjoyed the time there. Can't think of anything wrong about. There's a pool and breakfast. And the rooms are neat and beautiful. They have TV and coffee and other things. Is a really good deal. For 100 dollars. Or the even the usual 120. Recommend it.

It's a nice, and clean hotel. Very modernized rooms, and tasteful decour. I loved the kitchen portion of the room it was very quaint. You guys made the hotel feel like home. Also the pool area was really cool, and bigger than I thought! Very good place to stay for a week if you want to stay somewhere quiet, and relaxing.

Had our wedding block here. Absolutely wonderful stay. Rooms are really nice, have full kitchen living room bedroom and nice bathrooms. Complementary breakfast in the morning was excellent with omlete bar and other options. Price was also extreamly reasonable for the rooms and breakfast. Really enjoyed the easy check in and process after the wedding. Good with early check in too.

Such a wonderful room! There are even pots & pans provided in the kitchen cupboards. Really clean place & nice atmosphere. Great for extended stays!

I came here for a wedding so didn't get to spend a significant amount of time here, but this place is beautiful and cozy. I stayed in a room that felt more like a mini apartment than a hotel room. It has a modern feel with nice amenities (fridge, stove, sink, cabinets, etc.) and a comfortable bed. I would highly recommend this place for the rooms alone. Can't speak much for the food offerings because I didn't eat here, but from what I experienced, the place is comfortable and staff is professional.

I have truly enjoyed my 2 night stay at The Hyatt. It was a get away. Breakfast was great. They had hot and cold food. One of the best was that they prepare fresh made to order omelettes. Also, the manager went above and beyond accommodating me. The room has a kitchenette and all the necessary utensils and cook ware needed.
The room is very spacious and updated nicely.
Will definitely stay again.

The rooms nearly count as a Studio apartment with everything including kitchen cookware provided for. Comfortable stay in a really quiet neighborhood. Might be a little out of the way if you're the social kind though. But everybody needs some time on their own right? :)

Pretty nice facility. Seems to be more geared for long term people. I was just stopping in to visit a friend and his family while they stayed for the weekend. Place was spacious and clean.

Hyatt House in Parsippany. Stayed overnight after a wedding after party in one of their meeting areas. Had a little trouble finding the meeting room, staff seemed to think I was looking for somewhere else. My room for the night exceeded expectations by a huge margin. I'm used to having a bed and a tv, maybe a desk. This "room" was more like a small apartment, including a small living area and most of a kitchen, for roughly the price I'm used to paying for half the space. Hyatt will be my go to for extended stays in the future.

Hospitality at its best. Ab Fab rooms, clean interior, and easy access to the freeway. Nice walking path and a small shopping center adjacent with a couple of food selections.

The rooms were nice with a nice full kitchen .
They have a nice pool. But when it came to service It was horribe by the pool there wasn't towels and house keeping came like 6 pm and when they came I asked them to change sheets they said they don't change sheets...
All they did was make bed (half fast job)and give towels . They didn't give us more shampoo and soap or anything. I was very disappointed

Very comfortable and quiet, rooms clean and up to date looking. Bed, shower, couch and bathroom where all clean. Pick the suite w/a kitchen it is definitely where you want to stay if you do not want to worry about anything. Just pick up your groceries and beverages before heading to the hotel and you are all set for comfort.

Very nice hotel. I've stayed here several times over the years and they have updated their rooms (and prices) several times. They have little convenience store, outdoor pool, bar & restaurant 5-10pm), fitness center and computer center. Staff is friendly and usually pretty attentive. A silly negative for me is lighting. Most of the lights are a cooler led/cfc and it isn't as cozy to me.

Clean, comfortable and staff was great. The room was like a home away from home - we didn't expect to have a kitchen! Price was perfect - great, quick getaway.

Of all the different businesses I had to interact with for my wedding, I had the most pleasurable experience with Hyatt House in Parsippany. Of all the hotels near our venue, Hyatt had the best deal in packages and friendliest representative (Jennifer Springstead). No one got back to us as fast as Jennifer, whether on phone or email, and she was always so pleasant and helpful- despite the fact that we contacted her very often to get all the details straight. I wish everyone we dealt with in the wedding process was half as great as her. We didn't hear any complaints about the booking process, even though we had 40+ rooms booked since my husband's family and friends were from out of state, all because Jennifer made sure to help them all herself instead of through general booking. Delivering welcome bags was easy as pie.
The accommodations were really nice, to the point that everyone raved about their rooms and how spacious they were. Our bridal suite was big enough for the photographer to take photos of the groom and his guys. Jennifer made sure to get the cleaning staff in the bridal suite so it'd be tidy after the wedding.
The best part- the lounge area being open until 2am! It gave my husband and I a chance to change into comfy clothes and hang out with friends we haven't seen in ages. The staff was super helpful in making sure we were happy.
The breakfast hit the spot the morning after, and we appreciated that check out was only at noon.
I highly recommend this hotel- the staff is great in every way and the accommodations were very nice and spacious. I especially recommend it for a wedding- you won't find someone more helpful than Jennifer and they have an after hours lounge! Thank you to everyone who made my experience amazing :)

Was better than I expected..Room and hotel were so clean and had a really nice atmosphere..It was quiet and relaxing which is exactly what we needed. There were also many stores and other things really close by to have something to do..The staff was excellent and the continental breakfast was very nice..We loved our stay....
