Nice clean and friendly place to stay while in town., the continental buffet breakfast was good. I would recommend this Hotel if you are in the Battle Creek area.

I was there for an outdoor event. Great place. Love the updates they've made.

We were very happy with our stay. Room was clean, bed was comfy, it was quiet and the staff was unbelievably welcoming and accommodating. This is the only place we will stay in Battle Creek.

Best experience with Joe at valet parking. He is an outstanding person. From the time you meet him, you know he is Joe. An Energizer bunny!

Nice, clean rooms, exceptional staff especially the valet. Would have given them 5 stars but the pool was closed.

Staff was down to earth and accommodating with a few guest requests. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were a bit dated. All in all a satisfactory stay.

Mostly for events these days. The circus performs there every year. Concerts, flea markets, RV show, wrestling are just some of the events. Has a covered parking garage, does cost to park there most times. Handicap accessible. I believe they have nice rooms. Never stayed there.

The rooms are nice. The restaurant on the top floor was wonderful until they closed it years ago. Also, there is no shopping whatsoever since they closed the Marketplace. Battle Creek is a sad city.

We were here for the Navy Ball in 2017. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating to our event which made it go by so smoothly. I hope we have it here again because our experience was so positive.

Customer service is amazing. Super awesome for conventions the service staff is top notch. The updated rooms are nice. The shower heads are too low and suck. There is a stopper on the faucet in the shower, so enjoy a lukewarm shower each morning.
Lastly the pool is "closed for construction" but in reality it is used as storage.
I would have liked to swim in the deep end tbh.

Rooms are clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly and willing to work with you if you have any issues or questions. Location is great of you are attending an event at the Kelloggs Arena as it is connected to the hotel.

Room was clean and nicely put together. Bathroom looked recently remodeled though it could have used some more light. However, the real asset to this hotel is it's staff. I have never been as thoroughly impressed with the politeness and general helpfulness of a staff. Thank you!

The customer service at McCamly Plaza is excellent. Everyone I encountered from the vallet, to the front desk, to the maintenance worker was incredibly friendly. We had an issue with our key, but they were able to get it fixed by the next day. The pool wasn't working, but they preemptively gave us a discount and provided a movie room for the kids. The rooms were slightly dated in regards to decor, but clean. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would probably stay again.

I would to provide Jamie at the front desk recognition for the outstanding interaction during the phone call to book my room for the evening as well as for the warm, friendly and just kindness that she offered as I checked in. After a rather trying week, her smile and kindness brought a smile to my face. Top notch service by Miss Jamie!!!!! You are an amazing asset to the hotel! My room is very nice and very clean. We were there for a formal. The food was delicious, the drinks were appropriate, and the ball room was almost perfect. The only flaw was that the dance floor was too small for the number of people present.

Convenient location to downtown Battle Creek. The rooms are clean and spacious. My only complaint is the staff aren't the friendliest. Don't expect amazing customer service here, but I guess you get what you pay for! Other than that, it was fine.

Nice, clean, but expected a little bit more. It is Thanksgiving, almost no one here, minimal services (they should have told us when booking) no restaurant will be open and can't even get breakfast. But it's a room.

Staff are friendly, rooms are kept clean, and the food is good. My only complaint is that we're here for a large event and the restaraunt staff seemed unprepared for this many people. Other than that, our accomadations were very good.

This hotel has been very good. The internet is great, which has been rare at the hotels I stay at. The service has been very helpful and friendly. The beds are comfy and room service does a good job cleaning the rooms. The hotel is kept pretty clean and the view from the 16th floor is beautiful. Only issues I noticed were inconsistencies in the rooms for our large group and a lack of vending machines.

5 star Front Desk Staff. Housekeeping not more than 2. We were there for 5 days and our room was never vaccumned. Four adults in the room, we had to ask for coffee, cups, and water (bottled) water every day, and then received 2. Towels plentiful. Refrigerators and microwaves in rooms. Restaurant so so.

The lobby and banquet area of the hotel has been nicely updated. The location is ideal for enjoying the restaurants and stores in downtown Battle Creek. The staff seems knowledgeable and capable of handling multiple needs.

Great hotel !! Spacious room, comfortable bed, fab shower and quiet. Starbucks close right outside the hotel. Nice restaurants within walking distance and beautiful river gardens. Front desk has great customer service attitude. Good price for this comfortable and classy hotel.

Never too busy, but the rooms are nice and comfortable. Starbucks located inside is convenient to the parking structure. This hotel also has plenty of great food and beer options within very close walking distance. I always stay here when I visit Battle Creek.

Older hotel, but the rooms are nice. Shower had great water pressure. Comfortable bed, AC worked well and quiet. Would return if in the area again.

Nice hotel. We had a good view & the bed was comfy - there's a Starbucks in building. Staff was very nice. Valet is available for $10/day or there's a garage around the corner that's $8 per night.

We went to a banquet at McCamly Plaza Hotel (so a catered event in one of the event ballrooms). The meal was really good - roasted chicken breast, grilled summer vegetables, pasta, breadsticks and salad. They had cupcakes (yum!) and coffee for desert. The serving staff were all very nice and helpful. Overall, our was a good experience. I would recommend it to someone looking to host a big event for their company.

Really nice and relaxing hotel. Rooms are a little out of date and the towels feel like they soaked them in starch but otherwise awesome place! Nice comfy bed. Pillows were nice and we had a good view :)

Attended a morning event in the ballroom that included food catered by the hotel. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. There was only one "breakfast" menu item however. The staff was friendly and the facility is attractive and spacious.

Refreshed rooms but still showing age. Service isn't extraordinary and parking is not free. Uncomfortable beda even though they are new. Small bathrooms.

Housekeeping failed to refill coffee supply both days. Food was overpriced with small portions.

Was in town for an event at the Kellog Arena. The hotel is literally attached to the venue, couldn't be more convenient. The staff were friendly and informative and the room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again for any similar events.

The location of the hotel was easy accessibility with valet parking for $10 a night. The room price was reasonable at $104 and might have included a discount. The outside appearance of the hotel is acceptable while the inside of the hotel is outdated. The hotel lobby does not offer complementary coffee or breakfast. It does however have a Starbucks(open 7am) and a full restaurant(open 6:30am) inside the hotel. Some of the rooms have a micro wave, refrigerator and a coffee pot. The food quality was average for breakfast and lunch.

We attended a weekend long ( 3 day ) Competitive Dance Convention by Showstoppers. We did not stay thete over night but rathet drove there each day because we lived close enough to commute. The facilities, food, restaurants, lobby was all very nice! Their location, parking facilities were also excellent. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Had we stayed overnight we were eligible for a 50% government discount room rate!

We have a power outage so we came here and the staff has been so incredibly nice and accommodating. The rooms are so nice and the room service is nice as well. I honestly have nothing negative to say about this hotel or the staff. Amazing service!

This was a great hotel, nice, big, welcoming. Easy parking and access. The venue was really nice too. I recommend staying here even though I was not a overnight guest.

Fairly updated hotel. Clean and friendly service. Parking was a little odd. Pool could use a little update. There was little to nothing to do outside of the hotel. One food option in the hotel. The food was pretty good and reasonably priced.

Rooms are ok size. Didn't have any mini refrigerator there is never enough when they have events. Never enough carts to lug your stuff to the room. Seems like they are never prepared. We have the same event every year at same time so they know it is coming. And there is always a problem. I think we may switch next year sence this is the third time for us.

Stopped at their beautiful restaurant, absolutely loved the food, and was surprised at how great the prices were! The staff was also very friendly.

Checked into the hotel, place looks nice and everyone was pleasent. We had a nice looking room and thats where it ended. The floor on one side of the room was 2 inches then the other side. This caused the bed to lean, the bed was short and uncomfortable, the cheap overstuffed pillows were uncomfortable. The bathroom door was not hung properly and wouldn't close. The walls are superthin and we were placed next to a loud couple with a baby who cried all night, sounded like they were in the room with us. Even though it was the dead of winter, the bedding was light and consisted of several sheets. For the cost of the place, we could have stayed at a nicer hotel in the area.

The rooms are comfy, the service is wonderful. The banquet food amazing. The staff is very accomidating of the Order of the Eastern Star of Michigan who have been coming here for years for their yearly Grand Chapters.
The hotel is clean and inviting, staff friendly and helpfull.

I stayed here a couple years ago and it was nice. The room service was great. But for the price we paid for the room was not worth it. I couldve went to baymont and stayed for the same price. Today is 9-20-16 and i just tried to call and book a room and also get a quote and nobody picks up the phone. How professional is that. I wont call again. I will just stay somewhere else
