Stayed overnight for a business trip and was very surprised how huge the room was. Booked it through a work site and didn't do much research other than proximity to the office and that they had breakfast. It was a two room suite, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining table, 3 TV's, and a fireplace. I've stayed in the area before, and it was comparably priced to other rooms, but it was huge with a FIREPLACE. It was way above my expectations. They also had a nice outdoor fire pit to hang out around at night by the pool. They had a nice selection for breakfast, eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, and coffee and tea with to go cups. The area was a little noisy being next to the metro train, but it wasn't enough to keep me awake. Overall I was very happy with the choice and would definitely book it again.

Hard to get much closer to the airport than this. For a quick overnight after spending the day at the beach and a flight in the morning, tough to beat this location. You can tell it had been recently remodeled and in great shape but it is a rehab of apartments or other hotel. The one odd thing they didn't replace is the face plates and the plugs and switches. That always shows. Otherwise, clean, convenient, airport hotel at a decent price.

This is our 2nd time at this spot. We could have gone to a hotel closer to our vacation spot. But Aisha the lady at the front desk shifted our decision. She was and continues to always be do pleasant to us. I truly look forward to seeing her at the desk.

The facility was very comfortable with smple free parking. The staff was pleasant and professional, which was much appreciated. Our room was clean and provided adequate space for my family.

I enjoyed the stay here. The room met our needs and lodged the three of us comfortably. The breakfast spread was on par with what you would find at an Embassy Suites and the Residence Inn has close proximity to the Metro for those who don't want to experience traffic on the 405, 110, or any other southern California highway. Overall good value for the money with a very cordial staff.

Easy access to train station (El Segundo Station) Best Value for both business trip or leisure. Well maintenance facilities eg. Pool, Whirlpool. Feel likes staying at home

My family and I stay for the weekend while attending my niece's graduation. We had a wonderful and pleasant stay starting with a warm welcome from Aisha at the front desk. She was just amazing all the way around, friendly, beautiful personality, and so very helpful. I wish more people in customer service would adopt Aisha's style.
The hotel was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kids love the breakfast and pool, we will be going back whenever we are in the area.

Clean hotel and tidy rooms. The complementary breakfast is a plus. Location is near LAX as well as The Forum. Would visit again.

Staff were polite and friendly. Evening happy hour and morning breakfast is convenient. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice pool with fire pit with plenty of outside chair for groups to gather. I would stay here again

Room was spacious and clean in all in working order. The hot breakfast was alright with pork sausage and eggs although no potatoes. The mini waffles were good. Free parking was a definite plus since so many hotels in the area charge for parking. If I were to return to this area, I'd definitely stay here again. This hotel provides great value and is a great location if you have a car.

Nice location with plenty of parking. Staff was very helpful when we needed to change rooms. Dont get your hopes up with the breakfast which is very simple and honestly not that good. Hotel is otherwise holder but still very clean. Only like 10 minutes from LAX which makes it a perfect place to stay the night before flying.

This is the third time at this hotel. Besides being a safe hotel with Marriott standards, the front desk is especially accommodating. Nelly and Nancy helped me find some Xmas cards that I forgot to buy. They were so helpful and makes me want to come back again.

Staff pleasant and friendly. Rooms comfortable, although bath tub is very uncomfortable with vertical back, so lying back and relaxing after a 10hr flight is impossible! Buffet breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, with limited choice, cook your own waffles, no bacon, and no restaurant or specific eating area (just eat in the foyer near the reception). Food was eaten off cardboard plates and cardboard bowls using plastic cutlery, cardboard cups, and plastic glasses. Not very impressive for the Marriott hotel chain

First, go into staying here because it is a Residence Inn, don't be expecting fancy, I sure didn't. What I didn't like, it really is right on top of all sorts of business complexes so if you aren't there for that, you will feel like nothing is around. That is a bit of a stretch, if you have a car you can get to a lot of things. That said, the things you can get to quickly are not touristy, unless you count the 405, so keep that in mind. The set up, it is 2 buildings and it is CRAMPED. Parking is a royal pain and you will probably not be parking near your entrance if you come back later. Breakfast is available, but be reasonable, yeah, they probably are powdered eggs, but come on, what were you expecting? Grab a hard boiled egg, that's real.

The rooms were newly renovated and incredible! The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Great location for the airport. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location hotel that has has a feeling of a small apartment. Very clean and nice looking. Rooms have a kitchen with an electric stove, fridge, and dishwasher. Nice and courteous staff. Internet works great. Small driving needed to get to restaurants. Close to LAX also. Makes you feel at home while living out of a luggage. Free breakfast, internet, and parking.

I needed a very quiet place as I was there to take an exam and had to sleep very quietly. I got just what I was looking for and had one of quietest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. PARKING: Self Parking included at no extra charge. ROOMS: Modern, quiet and comfortable with kitchen that is equipped with everything you might need. BE AWARE of bringing water, as they provide bottled water for $2,50 each, so much better if you bring you own. Also, good quality amenities are provided. WI-FI: Included at no extra charge. AREA: Nothing interesting. This is just a hotel around the airport area, if visiting for longer I’d suggest to stay at a more central area or rent a car. COMMON AREAS: Very good with many things to do. Nice swimming pool with jacuzzi. LAUNDRY: I didn’t use it but I know it’s available. BREAKFAST: Included at no extra charge and they offer pretty good food. I had fruit and Brie cheese, scrambled eggs (did not see made to order available), sausages and ham, Greek yogurt and waffles that you can make yourself and add any toppings you wish. PLUS: Also, there are some daily activities every afternoon, which I find really interesting. OVERALL: If I need to stay near the airport, this will be my choice. If visiting the city, I’d rather look for another option closer to the city.

Great hidden gem in large office building area. Convenient access to light rail across street. Easy walk to any number of restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies. Will definitely stay here again.

Newly updated. Close to the airport. They don't have a restaurant, but there is great Poké joint next door that's open til 9pm. There's also a full-size 7-11 sharing the same parking the Poké restaurant and a Farmer Boys Hamburger restaurant. The rooms have everything you need... even the kitchen sink! I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying for an extended period of time (4+ days). They have a small basketball court adjacent to, but fenced from the pool and Jacuzzi. The sign says the pool is closed after dark so you'll have to take your chances on sneaking in after hours. Their service is top notch to boot!

Perfect for an overnight stay before a flight. Clean and up to date facility. Only complaint would be a lack of parking when full.

Special mention for Andromeda , Ayesha and Matthew on the front desk. They have the highest standards of customer service I have EVER seen in Marriott staff in all my years of corporate travel .
I accompanied my husband on an assignment this year and stayed at this hotel for over 4 months. They really made it feel like home . I came as a guest but left as a friend.

The hotel was nice for the fact my room had a full kitchen but the alarm had a wire that was chewed through by something so my alarm didn't go off in the morning and missed the beach yoga I was going to do.

Location is pretty out of the way for everything besides the beach and LAX but the hotel is nice. Good hot breakfast for free 6:30-9:30 weekdays, and later on weekends. They had free chocolates and a smores activity when we arrived! Rooms are clean and some have kitchens. The walk in showers are great too.

Nice place. The landscaping is beautiful. But I wish the hotel recycled. Also, the El Segundo meeting room is sketchy. The AC is absurdly loud. Staff hospitality is top notch though.

Convenient location and good amenities. I liked the apartment style accomodation. A good base away from home.

Great staff and very well kept premises. Visitor events several nights a week - the Wednesday I was there is was waffle sundaes in the evening. Breakfast buffet is good with a large selection that varies a little each day (so you don't just have breakfast sausage every day... One day it's andouille, and one day it's smoked, etc)

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful;.really good breakfast buffet; and several nights of the week they have special events for guest (when I was there it was a waffle sundae bar)

Really enjoyed the room here. Nicely laid out, has kitchen with options to cook your own food if you want. Bathroom area is well done. Fitness center was nice as well, although temperature in the room could be a little cooler. Enjoyed my stay.

Very good overall experience at the hotel. I stayed in a spacious room on the second floor with a queen sized bed and a pull out couch. The room was quiet, and the daily breakfast was satisfactory. There is also a pool, hot tub, basketball hoop, and rec room available to customers.

Friendly housekeeping staff. Front desk customer service is good. Free full American breakfast choices including waffles and cereal as well as vegetarian choices. They run out pretty quickly.

Comfortable beds and pillows. Free breakfast every morning with plenty of choices. The coffee is good and available in lobby all day long free of charge along with hot chocolate and tea. Large BBQ grill outside pool area. Fire pit for evening lounging.

Location is good. Rooms are large and updated. Staff was friendly and helpful. A train passed by every 10 minutes throughout the entire night.

Stayed this hotel for a night before flying out. Though, this hotel is a combination of old and new layout of Residence inn, the front desk are friendly. Bed is comfortable and most importantly the cleanliness of the public areas as well as the room that I had been.

First of all, the airport shuttle is very confusing. You have to call to request a ride, but don't jump in the shuttle with the big Residence Inn logo on the side. That's for the other location near LAX (why they don't rename one of them is beyond me). Rather, there's an unmarked black van that will come pick you up. Other than that, the hotel was very nice. Nothing fancy, but the rooms were very large, clean and quiet. No real complaints other than the confusing shuttle.

We have stayed at this hotel several times while visiting LA. This is now our "go to" hotel primarily because of the friendliness of the staff, location and updated rooms. On our last trip in October/November 2016 the front office manager, Nelly Aguirre was very helpful and accommodating. She is a plus to the great staff here. Looking forward to our next visit.

Great location and the rooms are pretty nice. The only drawback is the transit train platform is on the east side of the property. My advice is stay on the west side to avoid hearing the train stop all night.

Wonderful ground floor 2 bedroom unit, very clean aand nice. Comfortable,, spacious and quiet. Full breakfast buffet with eggs, sausages, fresh you make waffles, fresh fruit, oatmeal, cereals and drinks.

Location was nice, a little out of the way with restaurants you could walk to. There was a living/dining/kitchen room and then the bedroom. It felt like we were walking into a cruise ship bedroom, and the queen sized bed felt a lot more like a Full.

We got a 2 bedroom suite, it was wonderful, the pool and jacuzz were amazing! The breakfast had a wonderful selection as well! It was right next to a train station.

Clean rooms, decent location, and great service

my experience was pretty good overall. my room actually got a couple of noise complaints however the staff were polite about it. whenever we needed anything we would ask the front desk and they would help us with great customer service.

Only spent 1 night, but the couch was miserable. Everything else was wonderful, so the average was, well, average.

Our room had a small kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster. There is a Ralph's grocery store within walking distance. The hotel also has bbq near the pool that guests can use. Cooking at the hotel helped us save a lot of money during our trip.

Room was just ok. Request for high floor was not accommodated. The towel rack in the bathroom was coming off the wall. There was some sort of mold coming out of a vent and also along the ceiling by the vent. We have stayed at other Residence Inn hotels and this location was not as good. One positive comment - the bath towels were softer than I've ever had any hotel towels be before.

Five star service for a three star inn! (I think that makes it a five star inn.) The entire staff cheerfully went out of their way to provide a happy stay. It's been awhile since I've been treated so royally.

Because I have allergies, the desk carefully selected my room, double checked with me that it was OK, and then graciously and quickly re-located me to make it closer to the elevator. .

When I thought I lost my laptop, management contacted the entire housekeeping staff, and was ready to make a police report. However, the laptop was safe all along. (I left it on the wrong floor -- I know, never leave your laptop unattended. My bad. )

The desk provided a huge bag of ice until I could get the freezer in my room up and running.

They enforce a NO SMOKING policy (except in designated areas).

The groundskeeper noticed a car with its lights on, looked at the parking pass, and said, "Now I know who to notify their lights are on." The lounge is comfortable with a huge TV screen.

The sheets were heavy and cotton, as was the bedspread, not polyester! With two TV's, it was hard to decide where I should kick back to relax. It's quiet, I never heard my neighbors or even the elevator bell (and I was next door to the elevator).

Housekeeping worked around my schedule. When I asked for 2 extra towels, housekeeping brought me FOUR warm towels fresh out of the dryer. The room was spotless. The housekeeping team works hard (the Friday I checked in there were 75 rooms to clean), yet they are always smiling. One employee likes the workplace so much he's been there 17 years. Whoa!

Super close to LAX. Free Shuttle. Took only 15 minutes in LA traffic.

A free massage was the only thing lacking : - )

Good hotel..i've been there in aug 2010..and jun 2011

We stayed a night in this hotel and had terrific experience. In the early morning around 4 AM, my wife and I were on the way to LAX airport by the hotel shuttle service. We were talking with the nice driver about LA and Tar Heels in NC. Suddenly my wife realized that she left her artificial teeth in the hotel room. When we asked the driver for suggestions, he very professionally asked us for the flight time and calculated whether we could still catch our flight around 5 AM. He decided to drive us back to the hotel. When we got back to the hotel, the front desk lady immediately issued a new room key for us to reenter the very room we stayed. We got her artificial teeth and catched the flight with no problem. We want to give our sincere thanks to them. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND PEOPLE STAY IN THIS GREAT HOTEL.

Solid hotel. We booked a two bedroom/ two bathroom for a wedding and there was plenty of space. Kitchen was stocked with standard equipment also if you wanted to cook (electric stove). Complimentary popcorn was really nice as with the breakfest buffet.

The gym is really small tho and there weren't really weights if you want to lift. OK if you want cardio. Pool was warm on a fairly cold day so I'm thinking it's also heated - wished I had a chance to hit it. Excellent facility and service.
