The location was in a good spot right off the interstate and was located by a lot of restaurants and gas stations. The room itself was very cool. It felt like a little apartment with the kitchenette included. The room had a large refrigerator with an ice maker in the freezer portion, a microwave, a toaster, sink with garbage disposal, a dishwasher, coffee pot, and a two burner stovetop. Some pans and cooking utensils were furnished with silverware, plates, cups, wine glasses, and mugs. Some dish soap was included along with salt/pepper and creamer and sugar for the coffee. A bag of popcorn was included as well. There were two flat screen TVs with one in the living room with a vcr/DVD combo and a pull out couch in the living room. The other TV was in the bedroom. The bedroom was separated from the living room/kitchenette area. The hotel offered breakfast from 6:30am to 9:30 am during the week and 7:30am to 10:30 am on the weekend. I would highly recommend staying here.

Very nice hotel. Very friendly and helpful employees. Really nice complimentary breakfast. Great little happy hour Tuesday through Thursday. Staybridge Inn is my favorite hotel chain. Always clean and professional.

We originally had reservations at the Holiday Inn Express next door, but due to circumstances beyond their control we were offered the opportunity to have our reservation transferred to Staybridge Suites. Our 2-night stay could not have been more perfect and enjoyable. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, the staff were so kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Their level of knowledge about the immediate area and surrounding areas was so amazing and helpful to us. We truly could not be happier and more appreciative!

Rooms were clean and we'll kept. The staff, though, they were the stand out. Incredibly accommodating for my wife and infant son. Top marks for that.

Great time and great service

Quite yet very clean and spacious rooms and kitchen with dishes and dishwasher microwave and a icemaker in the refrigerate and our kingsize bed was very nice. Free washing machine and dryer. Wishing we
had brought our bathingsuit, there was a beautiful swimming pool . Didn't make it for breakfast. I heard different people talking about breakfast was really good. I enjoyed a real cup of coffee that wasn't watered down. We did payed a little extras, for our suites but not much more than we normally do. But well worth that, plus we have a cat. What a pleasant surprise . Earlier in the week they, had a Barbecue for all of there guests . It has been a great stay and wasn't far from airport. And plenty of great, places to eat at in close distance and in walking distance. Thanks for a great stay. B.Day

Really liked the hotel. Will stay there again. The only reason I gave a four instead of a five is the room was a little dated as well as the television. I have gotten spilled by hotels that have internet on the television so I can sign in to my Netflix, Hulu, etc. Nice warm breakfast in the morning. Friendly staff, clean.

This hotel is a lovely combination of homey touches and modern looks and conveniences. The staff was extremely friendly and our time there was more than delightful.

Beds and pullout couch were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Wonderful coffee and tea bar available. Workout facility was simple, but clean and spacious. The service was kind and helpful! Loved this place!!

I had a room on the 4th floor, room was clean and nice with a half kitchen including a full refrigerator. Complementary breakfast every morning and dinner Monday through Wednesday. The hotel staff were friendly, nice and very helpful. I really enjoyed my stay.

Great staff nice clean rooms and a great fitness center. It was raining during my visit so didn't get to enjoy the pool or jacuzzi but the lobby is great.

Other than the night worker Russell being so rude to me which was corrected right away. I have nothing bad to say. The staff is great. It was my husband bday and they bought him a piece of cake and placed balloons in our suite. Dan is wonderful and the two young ladies that helped make my husband bday special. Thanks you guys.. we will definitely be back..

I loved very clean and friendly staff I would go back

We stayed at three different hotels in as many days between Indianapolis and Bloomington. This was our first stop and our favorite of the three (Hampton Inn Plainfield and Hyatt Place Btown were the other two). The bang for your buck is by far better here with very spacious accommodations and a free hot breakfast that was better than either of the other two places we stayed. Definitely a more traditional decor, but everything was very clean and well-kept from the lobby to the rooms. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff were also very sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. And although we did not take advantage of it, I think they have a comp airport shuttle. Awesome stay. Recommend.

Very nice establishment. I believe all room have kitchenettes. Laundry room free to use. Located near I70 and the Indianapolis airport . You can hear planes flying over during night, but it's not often or terribly loud. Free breakfast every morning, and dinners Monday through Wednesday. Room are clean with nice tv's. HBO included!

Staybridge Suites has been super accommodating with our yearly family reunion. Rooms are nice and clean, there's a very nice buffet for breakfast, books/boardgames to play with, office area, great fitness center. So many things that make you feel at home.

Everything is always clean and comfortable. It looks like they have upgraded the carpet since I was last here and it looks even more inviting. The breakfast is better than some I've had at newer and more expensive hotels. I would rather enjoy the atmosphere at the Staybridge than some hotels in the vicinity unless there were no vacancies which has been known to happen. My family and I look forward to our stay here every year. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is clean and pleasant. The staff is friendly and outgoing making the stay even more pleasant. They serve cocktails and beer and wonderful snacks. I'd stay here as often as I can when traveling.

Friendly staff, large rooms with plenty of space and overall great place to stay. Really love the free guest laundry facilities and free hot breakfast which is unusual for extended stay facilities. Perfect for a night or a month.

The hotel is usually booked and for good reason. It's comfortable and there's a lounge area that is attractive to business travelers. Also, an outdoor pool and I believe an indoor pool, if memory serves me well. As a traveler visiting in surrounding areas, I didn't focus on a gym or spa. They offer a complimentary breakfast and the area is surrounded by restaurants, as well as, a winery next door. It's convenient to the airport and major roads. The only negative is that wifi is problematic in some rooms and the password cycle is a bit of a nuisance.

Booking early would make sense as it's very popular. Once, I was unable to connect to wifi but I could see the SSID of the sister hotel next door. Not a problem, they called and provided a password - quick fix. Also, we often returned late and the parking lot was full except for some areas behind the building. There are card access entrances there and never a time we didn't feel safe.

If you find yourself at Staybridge in Plainfield, I suggest a walk to the winery next door.

The best hotel ever I will always look for a Staybridge Suites on all my travels. If you stay you will never turn to another hotel in the same star rating again.

The facility is spacious and up to date, very clean and personnel are great! Could not ask for better!

Iusually stay at Marriott but was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable bed, spacious room and breakfast at this hotel. Is definitely stay here again.

Good customer service. Convenient location near airport

We stayed in the hotel for single night and our experience was a mix of good and bad. To start the front desk girl not very friendly, not that she was rude but the smile was altogether absent and she did little to acknowledge our needs. We had booked a two queen room and were at first given a single bad room. We went down to address the issue and received no appology at all. She just searched for rooms have us a new key and asked for our old key back, for which we had to come downstairs again. Rooms were as usual par standard, clean and confortable, kitchen well equipped and we enjoyed the complimentary popcorn provided

Great service. The woman named Irene who makes the breakfast made the best hotel food I've ever experienced. Rooms were great and the hotel is located in a great location close to the hotel and fast food restaurants.

Recommend. Clean, comfortable bed, good breakfast buffet, enjoyed the "Social" they offered some weeknights. Shuttle drivers were personable, friendly. Good airport location. Lots of chains and a few local restaurants nearby. Ask for a room facing west for sunsets and natural light in the room.

Had a wonderful time staying there. It has a great staff, the rooms have everything you need and the shuttle bus will take you to the stores and restaurants.

Great place to unwind

Very nice hotel with an outdoor pool. The staff are really very friendly, rooms were great and the breakfast was good. My family had a great time here. We stayed for here Christmas for a skiing vacation trip. This was the first time in many years that we go to a hotel and we were unable to point out any issues or problems.

Good place to crash for a couple of days. Each room has a kitchenette, plus decent free breakfast and evening snacks a couple of days a week. Staff started to know me by name about my third time there. Gym is basic but good.
