Nice staff, nice rooms, the surroundings are nowhere near as strange as described in other posts. Great breakfast if you ask me.
Only downside I would see is the noise coming from the street for rooms facing it.

Great rooms, very quiet, lovely breakfast!

Spacious, clean, in the center, great staff, parking garage and even the coffee tastes great at the breakfast machine. Price was pretty low, maybe because I booked the same day of my stay. Very pleased anyway, will come back definitely.

Clean, quite new furniture, not far from the central railway station, but the room is a bit noisy.

Nice, quiet hotel. Haven't heard any sounds from the hallway. The business double room we booked through a deal was spacious, clean, flatscreen tv, fine bathroom, good shower. Haven't had any problems with the wifi. A bit of a walk to the inner city, 30 mins to get to the middle. Close to the train station and the skyline plaza mall. Enough food options in the streets around the hotel. Would go here again.

- Staff was not so professional. The guy at the desk was confused and when we arrived he said that we don't have a room. I showed him the booking confirmation and we sat there waiting for him. Until he finally found our reservation and gave us our room key.
- The street is sketchy especially when walking from the Central station

I had a nice stay, the room I had wasn't too expensive but still pretty luxurious. It was my first stay in frankfurt and although the area had some nice hotels and malls there were still a lot of homeless people and drug dealers all over. But the hotel itself was really peaceful and private.

Hotel is quite comfortable. Location is in walking distance to popular places. Staff is understandable and helful.

Clean and well maintained. Very cozy. The space is enough, good bed and shower. Definitely recommend it.

Very clean, need and professional service. Breakfast first class. All staff members we met were very friendly and helpful. Only few minutes walk from the main railway station.

Accommodations were good. Everything worked. Shower a bit on the small side but fine. No iron in room. They do provide you with water and clean sheets and towels daily
